MOZAIC ART HAS GRACED WALLS SINCE ANCIENT TIMES If "ELIT…read moreTILE" had been founded these masters might have decorated Cleopatra's boudoir or Michelangelo's chapel. Jinah Kim is like an art museum curator. Her store, like the Louvre has artisan tiles from around the world, Jinah, and her team, have encyclopedic knowledge of the origins, materials, characteristics and best applications. I was not looking to decorate a chapel but just to find the tiles used in my Brentwood condo to do some remodeling. I was lucky to ask a question and she indulged me by showing me the best tiles and finishes for my job. Smart and creative as an artist herself, Jinah estimated my sq ft and sold me a perfect match for my existing deco and design. It was only when I went to leave that I learned she is the General Manager. WETHER YOU ARE BUILDING A PALACE OR A MONASTERY "ELIT TILE" has what you need (IN STOCK!)

I needed something quickly, so I decided to stop by this location instead. My first visit here was a great experience. The employees were attentive and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Every time I've come back since then, I've received the same excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Andrew and Karla. They always go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. If something is out of stock or I realize I need something else, they take the time to help me come up with creative alternatives and find the best solution for my project. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help have made the remodeling process so much easier. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and highly recommend this location.

Local Gem for Hardwood Flooring…read more I've been a customer here for nearly a decade and couldn't be more loyal. First worked with them on flooring for my store about 9 years ago, then again for my home 7 years ago. This week I went back looking for a replacement stair nose for an older installation, and even though the exact product has been discontinued, the team went above and beyond to find me a great match. What really sets this business apart is the personal attention and expertise. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful - they actually care about solving your problem rather than pushing a sale. In a world of big-box stores and corporate chains, it's refreshing to work with a business like this! If you're doing any hardwood flooring work, I'd strongly recommend coming here. Their product knowledge is solid, their service is top-notch, and they'll stand behind their work. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else at this point.
