No identifying marks -- unless you knew where to look. The first woman dismissed me right away, saying they don't carry those parts. The man next to her took the part and went straight to his computer and searched it out. Found it. Amazing! He clearly knew what he was doing; she was clearly a DEI hire. Turns out they don't carry the part, but he found a place that does and printed out that information. Smart customer service. When I went exploring for a door, another store guy saw my lost look, guided me straight to the right aisle and was right on target, including suggestions. So I'm a big fan and would go back, being careful to avoid the DEI hires, of course.

We have had the unique experience of having to buy the same stone from Stoneland USA not once but…read moretwice, because our home unfortunately burnt down in the Eaton Fire. Before our house burnt down we shopped around at all the slab yards before falling in love with a particular Rosa bellini slab at Stoneland and bought it for our kitchen renovation. Then, after the fires and we were ready to source a new slab, we knew there was only one place that would have not only the best selection but also the most special options - Stoneland USA! We shopped around again a second time but it was NO COMPARISON. Stoneland just truly has the best selection of slabs out there in the southern CA area. And the best part was, even after doing all our due diligence, we still ended up choosing the same stone a second time. It was too good to not have in our home twice! We are anxiously awaiting the day we get to have it in our finished home and see its beautiful colors ever day again. I am sharing photos of the area as well as the finished fabrication in our original home. I feel cameras never capture the beauty of these stone colors the way our eyes do, but they really are just so special. If you are looking for a slab, Stoneland USA has the best selection and most knowledgable staff. highly recommend!

I purchased a large number of doors and they were delivered quickly right to my house. The salesman was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure my order was perfect. I had to go with two different suppliers and was ready to accept two doors that were slightly different in design. The salesman asked me to wait and in about 30 minutes he not only found matching doors, but also at a better price! He seemed genuinely concerned that my renovations would come out looking great. you won;t find this at Home Depot! I also found the prices to be as good or better. FINAL WORD: STOCK is a great company. Any time I need doors, windows or larger items, I will go to them!

Our basement window was ordered wrong three times. Since it was his error, did he rush the replacement of the window, nope. The frame to our $10,000 window was damage because it was packaged incorrectly (according to the driver) for transport. I personally asked Steve to have them rush a new door frame so it wouldn't stop us from putting stucco on the outside of the house - nope. Our front door was sent to us with a defect. Steve is "aware" of the problem. Doing anything about it? Nope. We are rebuilding after a fire, you would like he would pretend to care a little bit. Or at minimum do his job. Nope. Ever delay in rebuilding will cost me personally thousands of dollars each month when our living assistance funds run out. I explained this to Steve. Does he care? Nope, not that I can tell. Is anyone at Builders FirstSource doing anything to help speed up the replacement window and doors. Not that I can tell. Is anyone holding Steve accountable at work, apparently not. The only thing I can say is please don't go to this store. You will be sorry if you do.
