Building our dream kitchen and we were in need of specific LED lighting. Our electrician is from out of the area and the place he buys from wasn't getting back to him on pricing and lead time. I jumped on YELP since we did not want the job delayed waiting for the electrician to hunt everything down. Bobby to the rescue! Bobby gave advice, ordered our lightning, got it in quickly and even texted within 3 days - as soon as the shipment arrived. Our order was a small order, but we felt valued. I'm secure knowing we finally found THE PLACE for all future orders for lighting and will use him for our next project. This place is a gem. First off, I came here to write about this place because everyone I know that I recommended it to…read morehas loved it like I have. Prices are fantastic, people are amazing and while not a ton people working at the Chatsworth or Northridge place at one time, they multi-task like no one's business. Okay, so while I came here to say how awesome this place is (I'm at either location once or twice a week), never had a bad experience. With all that said, the one star comments under this from two people (Birdee and Monica) make me realize how annoying they must be. Saw the reviews they both made on previous made and nearly all of them are one star so you both are entitled and don't understand what it's like for hard working people dealing with customers who blame everyone around them for things they can't control. You are why employees hate their job. Karen's at its finest. That "employee wearing wigs" has a name which I won't mention but she's amazing. She's run both locations like a pro and I've never seen her stop. I heard her one day talking to who I assume is a manager saying she was sick and was gonna lay down for her break/lunch. I would absolutely love to have her work in my department at my place of work. Kind, hard working, super sweet, and all of that while dealing with jerks like you two. Both of these locations are great. Go for yourself before you listen to any of these reviews, including mine :)

Not only do they take the time to inspect and clean every single cartridge, but I think they actually use different equipment to clean different types of cartridges instead of just shooting water into everything and hoping for the best. Rafael has been my sales guy for years and he is knowledgeable, respectful and honest. Very nice to deal with and even when there is a problem he always gets it fixed right away. I always feel like he understands my business and helps me grow it. The last thing I like about Planet Green that I haven't been able to find anywhere else is that they actually print a test page from every cartridge they produce. Without going into actual numbers, I can tell you that this process is probably why I have around 40% less failure rate from their product than any others I have tried. If you are outside of my area and need a good supplier I can't say enough good things about Planet Green! If you're right down the street from me and a competitor?
