They did a great job installing the windows on my Nissan! The work was clean and professional, and the owner was very friendly, helpful, and honest. Great service and a smooth experience from start to finish. I'm very happy with the results and definitely recommend them! read more

Super fast service! We just pulled up, parked, and window was replaced within 30 minutes. We just sat and waited. We had broken glass in the floor and they vacuumed it all up! We did have to wait for owner to pay, but they showed up within 10 minutes of staff finishing our car. Thank you! read more

This was such a comfortable, quick, women friendly, accommodating, affordable experience. I have a vintage 89 Mitsubishi Montero truck with a very specific window cut so it took me a lot of calls with no callbacks to find a communicative and quick company like Crone Glass to replace my shattered window. I was in and out in less than 1 hour while they fixed it in front of me. The owners and contractors working around were so sweet to me, putting the fan in my direction and offering me cold beverages while I waited. Highly recommend. Ask for Alan! read more

The office staff extremely rude! I had received a quote from company a few months back but the emails don't come from company they come from employee so unless you remember employee name finding their email a month later is impossible! The person at desk was not helpful when I asked who it may have come from and said "i am the only one her today I am what you got". that wasn't what I was asking! Then she said "well I guess give me the info and I guess I'll have to do it again" Well yea if you aren't going to help me locate the qoute then I guess you'll have to take info again, I said forget it!! Going somewhere they want the business! read more

We were recommended this place to get a glass coffee top. It's a wholesale place and the person who suggested it had an account with them and placed the order for us and picked it up. When I came to get it we realized that the shape was rectangular vs oval and it was way too big so I took it back to see if it could be recut. The staff worked with us eagerly and even though it wasn't their mistake, they did offer us a new glass top at the same wholesale discounted rate. It looks really good and is a much better fit. Thank you for being so understanding and helping us!!! read more

For starters the pricing for this place is good not great. As far as the quality of the product, it is also good not great. Now this is why I am giving this place 2 stars. The blonde woman who works in the front desk is rude and I don't think she is self aware of it. explained to her this was our first time working with glass and she wasn't very helpful in helping us understand what we were buying. She hurried us in our order when we were trying to understand product first. Secondly they never called us that our order was ready when they said they would. Thirdly my father who is 60 years old went to pick up the glass we ordered and when he asked the workers if they would help him load the truck they responded with "do you have money?" Tipping someone to help is not an issue but when you ask for money to help an elderly man that makes me question these employees morals. I have helped elderly many times at my job and in my life and have never expected a penny. Customer service needs to drastically improve. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews for businesses I deal with, but the lady who answering the phones that's works in the office is beyond RUDE! No customer service what so ever ! Doesn't know how to speak to people! The worker in the back are always nice and very helpful. read more

The woman in the front office is RUDE. I was at the wrong place and went to the office for help and she acted like she didn't see me.

Had to replace a rubber seal strip on the windshield of my car. Alan is the one that helped me out. He's friendly, fast, and works well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there that is in need of replacing the rubber lining on top of the windshield. read more

Wow... doing business with them was a surreal experience... And in no way do I mean this in a good way. I hate giving 1 star in my reviews, but this guy, Richard, really deserves it. We went to go and buy a mirror from them and up to the time of purchase, the service was good, then it all went downhill from there. We were told that we would get a call from them on when they would deliver the mirror. Hours ticks by and no call. Finally, when it's about their closing time, we decide that enough's enough and I give them a call. I'm told that the delivery guys had to go home early and that they weren't going to deliver that day, rather they will bring it in the next day in the morning. Gee.. thanks for the update guys. Well, since we can't do anything about it, we wait for it to be delivered the next day. We get our mirror on time and the guy who brought it over is friendly and helpful. We had a $200 deposit for borrowing their suction cups. Now, I'm told that we will be charged $10 per day for 2 days including the day before when they didn't bring it. I ask why we are being charged for the day when they didn't bring it when they should have (or at least notified us promptly that they won't be bringing it instead of waiting until the last moment til I called.) I end up talking with this Richard guy and this guy EXPLODES! He yells, and let me see if I can recall this word for word, "I will give you back your $200! But never, ever, EVARR!! do your business with me again!" Then he hangs up the phone. Sorry, but I laughed a bit when it happened. I couldn't believe what just happened there. We weren't even arguing before he snapped. Then here's the kicker, he calls his delivery guy and tells him to only give me back $180. Seriously, can't you make up your mind as to what you should charge me? Well, there's my story. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe it was a one time incident (which I kinda doubt). Regardless, I don't know where or whom he learned his business from, but you never treat your customers that way. Don't worry buddy. If you're reading this, I won't ever, EVARR be doing business with you again. lol. read more

Money is tight right now! I called 10 places for quotes on my smashed windsheild. Just when I was about to give up and spend 299$ on a window, I decided to call Crone. Im so glad I did, because i saved over 100$!! I brought my car in at 9 and was good to go to work by 10:15. Alan was nice and even santized my car and my debit card and everything that was touched. I also forgot a face fask‍ but he had extra and gave me one so that I could wait inside. I just moved from to this area from Long Beach, and I will come back for every glass thing I need. If you google windsheild repair, keep scrolling till you find Crone because everywhere else wants to rob you. I wish I could give 6 stars!!! read more

I really like this place. I got custom glass and mirror done for my entire store and they were absolutely amazing to work with. From sizing to types of glass to types of cuts to the glass, I was in very good hands with Crone. The customer service is great, nice family atmosphere and they go above and beyond to help you here. Richard and Kelly are my go to people, honest, helpful and very nice. Thank you Crone - I appreciate you!! read more

The ladies in the office were extremely helpful, and the turn around time was amazing! The truck was late, and they called me right away to let me know that the delivery was behind. When my brand new car (three months old!) got broken into I was heartbroken. :'( Luckily my friends mom referred me to Allan, who she's been going to for years. He did the original glass for about a hundred less than I was quoted elsewhere. He got me in same day and the job was finished in about a half hour. I'll totally go back if my car ever needs serious window love again :) read more

After looking for a decent priced glass replacement location on Yelp I came across this business. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the woman who worked in the office I wish I remembered her name but she was super sweet and friendly. I came to replace a garage door glass that had been broken by a soccer ball and they were able to help me out in no time. As long as the Glass isn't tempered glass they can cut it same day I was out in about 10 minutes. The best part about coming here was it only set me back about $6. This place is awesome because not only do they sell to Glass professionals they sell to the General Public. I will definitely come back if I ever am in the need of glass replacement. read more

So someone broke into my car a couple days ago and broke the right passenger window of my car. I waited a few days before reviewing this place. I wanted to make sure everything was working after they replaced the windshield on my 2015 Honda Accord. Alan was the best. As soon as I drove up he came up to me and introduced himself. He pointed out a waiting area but I was hungry so I walk up the block to Mc Donald's. He said it would take 45 minutes and he was right on schedule. I am picky about cleanliness and they didn't disappoint me. I would highly recommend this place for any of your glass needs. His prices were very reasonable too. read more

My car got broken into a few days ago, and I needed the front driver's side window fixed ASAP since it was raining that day. I called around for quotes and was given Alan's number. He was super friendly on the phone and quoted me at $200, which was a good $50-60 cheaper than the other quotes I was getting. My car is brand new and the glass was custom, but he was able to order it and install it the same day. The installation itself only took about 45 mins - 1 hr, but because of the rain (water kept dripping down onto the master console), the master console was soaked and the window wouldn't roll up or down. Alan took time out of his busy schedule and went out of his way to help me. He made multiple calls to see what he could do to make the console work again. After a few eventful (and stressful) hours, the console suddenly worked again! I guess it had to dry out completely. The window works perfectly now; although I can hear a louder squeak than usual when it rolls up or down, l'm sure once the water dries out altogether, everything will be good. I highly recommend this place for all your glass needs, as they don't just do windows for cars. Thanks Alan and Miguel, and I will be back for sure if I need any windows fixed again! read more

I cannot express how professional these people are. I had the back glass broken out of my shell. I made a pattern, brought a piece of the broken glass with me and dropped both off with my name a phone #. The very nice lady explained that because the glass was tempered, it would be 2 or 3 days before the glass came back from tempering. I got a call the next day and my glass was finished. It was perfect. It was inexpensive, and people at Crone glass are the easiest to deal with ever. I went on a Monday and they were crazy busy, still , not even 5 minutes and I was on my way, same when I picked up the glass. Really Neman- Marcus service at Walmart prices. read more

I went here based on internett search, looking for someone to cut some round glass. The price they quoted over the phone was really reasonable, and they were very good about helping me figure out the size, as best as they could over the phone.
