From the moment we entered, as Hispanics we felt as though we were being closely watched and followed throughout the store in a way that made us uncomfortable. We had no large bags or items with us--just a wallet--yet we were treated with a level of suspicion that did not seem warranted. At the same time, another customer (take a gander) in the store, who had a large backpack, which looked like it could fit an arsenal was able to shop freely without the same level of attention. The contrast in how we were treated was noticeable and concerning. Prior to visiting, I had already spoken with someone about purchasing a higher-priced item. However, due to the way we were treated during our visit, my husband and I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Instead, we chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We ended up going to a nearby business (Ss donuts) where we experienced welcoming and respectful service, which only highlighted the difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel uncomfortable or singled out while simply trying to shop.

This guy is super shady, because tell me why, he looks at the pop in its protective case, sees the price tag, OPENS it up from the protective case, and is trying to rip and scratch the price tag off the funko box. He ruined the bottom of the box, which is completely unprofessional, I'm not even a scalper but he didn't even ask and I don't appreciate that at all. If I'm paying for it, don't tamper with it and decide to change your price. And then he proceeds to say that the price is $35..... now even with the tax from $30, that makes no sense....AT MOST WITH TAX it would've been $33. I didn't want to argue with this guy, seeing as a lot of people have issues with him, and this guy himself clearly has issues. He is super shady as he doesn't give you a receipt either. Unsure if I missed any context between the customer he was helping , but even the customer looked visibly uncomfortable, looking back directly at me as the dude rambled on and on. It was uncomfortable. I had to walk away as soon as regrouped with my partner. There's a lot of stuff here but we didn't stay long obviously. Pretty positive the dude's a scalper.
