I shouldn't have to tell this flooring company that it is not professional or acceptable to have a huge white glue line in front of the fireplace. I'm still waiting for them to remove the glue from showing, glue it underneath & attach it so there is no glue showing and it doesn't move when stepped on. I had my bathroom remodeled in 2 week The whole project was stress free, drama free, anxiety free, and most importantly it was bad surprises free (meaning you sign the contract and that's it. They don't ask for more money once the project starts because of "unknown complications" like the other contractors are known for). Our granite countertop had split and cracked around our kitchen sink faucet. I was afraid the entire countertop would have to be replaced, but Eduardo & his colleague did excellent job repairing & leveling the granite. He went above and beyond putting silicone around the sink and faucet. Plus, he left the area very clean! Unfortunately, I don't have any before photos, but the before granite was really an eyesore. I called Aquakor last week because we had a hairline crack running from the stove on our kitchen island to nearly the edge of the countertop. They were super nice and asked me to text pictures. Immediately, they gave me a quote, invoice, and scheduled a time within the week to show up for the repair. Leiser called prior to arriving and then showed up on time. He was very honest with the cause of the crack---it appears that the installation of the countertop prior to us moving in wasn't done well. He spent a lot of time filling the crack. Aquakor was honest that it would still be visible, but now at least it is repaired and Leiser did a great job. Very trustworthy business and we'd use them again! read more

I bought a home in late June 2022 that needed A LOT of updating. Krikor from Aquakor came several times to help plan for the work to be done. He patiently listened to all the work I was looking to have done and then took the time to provide his expert opinion and suggestions on everything from flooring to countertops to cabinets to current styles for updating the Kitchen and Guest bathroom. He understood I was on a budget and his pricing was fair. We met at the warehouse to look at various materials and start coordinating activities. He drew up plans for the work and submitted them to me before starting. His team started demo right away. Krikor and his various teams worked around the painter and movers I had scheduled. His team also worked to install various appliances and fixtures I had purchased for the remodel. Went in on a Saturday early afternoon, nobody was on the sales floor. When they finally came out, they did ask if he needed help, I responded with were looking to replace our carpet with flooring. He said look around and let me know if you have questions and walked away. Not a good start but we proceeded to see if there was something we liked. We then asked for a rough estimate for our space and understood that we would need someone to come and check out the house. On June 2 and June 3, 2021 Aquakor employees Leiser and Alvaro came to clean and seal my tile floors and grouts. Both of these employees' even moved my furnitures in order to clean and seal the floors and grouts underneath. I bought a home last summer which had laminate on the first floor, but carpet on the stairs and upper floor. The previous owner left a box of the laminate and so I knew the name of the product. It was available at Aquakor. Peter came out to measure and Sergio provided a quote. The materials were less expensive than a different provider, but the labor to install was a bit higher. Since I wanted quality installation and knew I would get what I paid for, I decided to go with Aquakor. Aquakor removed the carpet on the stairs, landing, and upstairs hall and replaced it with the laminate. The installers put in the footing around the baseboards and then caulked them to the baseboards and the laminate. The other provider was only going to nail the footing to the baseboard, which explains the less expensive labor cost. The stairs, landing, and hallway look fabulous. The workers were professional, arrived on time, cleaned up after the job, and did a provided excellent workmanship. I will eventually have Aquakor replace the carpet in the bedrooms with the laminate. They did a fantastic job for a good price. read more

I've had Aquakor do multiple kitchen rehabs for flip-houses and each one has looked amazing. The white shaker cabinet quality is superior to many others I've seen, with quiet self-closing drawers (which actually close), smooth edges, clean angles and installation is done with great care. The price of the cabinets might be a little higher than some of the other kitchen cabinet places, but I have found the finished product is always worth it!! Krikor comes out to measure and listens to my ideas for cabinet layout and then guides me to a better design. Sergio and Gina are in the showroom and can guide you through the huge selection of counter top options, installed with the same high-standard as the cabinetry. There's a large display of tiles (kitchen, bath and fireplaces, floors and walls). The flooring selection is huge (with options at all price points from inexpensive laminate to elegant wood), crown and base molding too. Note: they don't have loads of kitchens on display, so don't visit the showroom in hopes of seeing a variety of display kitchens. I'm moving into a very old place. It had the original 95-year-old hardwood floors. I needed a floor that could take possible urine from my dog or spilled water from my cats. I thought I would just do lose vinyl on top of it as it would be inexpensive and I could take it up if I didn't like it. The first place I went said that would be fine. The next two places said that I absolutely will not work but were not helpful. Then I came to Aquakor through yelp. A wonderful gentleman named Peter helped me throughout the entire process. I told him what I was doing and he explained to me in detail why it would not work. And then with his expertise he led me to something I'd never even heard of called luxury vinyl plank. He said though it would be more than just putting down sheet vinyl it was really very cost-effective and it was highly resistant to water. Peter came to my house and measured, he was a true professional throughout the entire process keeping me completely informed of everything. Due to the color of my walls, I decided that I needed a different pattern than I had chosen and I went back while he wasn't there and chose one. It was slightly more expensive and he immediately gave me the new quote. His workmen came yesterday and installed the entire floor. Professional. And it's absolutely gorgeous. They are listed as a flooring place. I should have been forewarned. I had them in to do a resurface of my granite countertops. When I received my estimate, I was told that the granite would look like new. However, the tech who did the work said that we would never get all of the surface to shine like new. $450 later there were spots that looked very hazy. Thank goodness our housekeeper came in today and fixed their mess up. I would not recommend them for anything. read more
