We ordered the carpet and two weeks later almost our entire home was carpeted. Ramiro and his sons did the installation and were as wonderful as Mitch said they would be. Let's start with the nice things. Customer service was awesome. The lady at the reception desk was nice, polite and helpful. The customer service over the phone was awesome. Their choices were descent but didn't browse much due to knowing what we already wanted. Went in there to get an area rug, descent size. We saw a rug that matched our vision and needed it to get bordered. Now the bad. When ordering it they said it would take a week. We planned ahead and asked to borrow a truck from a family member during the timeline they told us. They didn't get it on time and we had two wait a extra week. Exactly 7 more days. Bummer, but we just had to ask the family member if they could instead let us borrow their truck the following week. Inconvenient and what is more frustrating was we had to keep calling and asking as they weren't following up with us. When we finally got the rug we went home to find horrible stitching on a section along with poor quality here and there on other parts. We were pretty upset since we waited and extra week and we thought we would rather wait an extra week and have the rug done right. We were mistaken. Now their receipt does say "We will not be responsible for any damages/loss of any materials upon leaving the premises. (Please check all materials purchased before leaving the warehouse)." It was our fault and I regret not checking it before leaving. That being said I did call the store back and they were apologetic and said they would gladly fix it for us free of charge (even though their receipt did state we were on our own). Now that is generous but borrowing or renting a truck twice (once to take it there and once to take it back) was too much and we decided to just tough it out. We were disappointed in the stitching but everything else was pretty solid. Definitely don't regret my purchase but I wouldn't be able to recommend this store to anyone. Note: We know our purchase wasn't so expensive and we know if we spent a little more money quality and service would have probably been better. But still bummed out. That being said we spent 335 dollars for a 9x12 rug. read more

If you are not a carpet installer, you will be swindled by this merchant. He folded a cheap remnant ($100 for a low quality Berber) and THREW it in the back of my Land Rover - the backing scratched the backs of my SUV. But he didn't care because I knew nothing about carpet. I was an easy $100. If you consult an expert carpet installer, he should've NEVER folded the thin remnant - which took hours to just place in my room, with the help of a paid handyman. The wrinkles are impossible to take out. To this day. But he didn't care because I knew nothing about carpet. And he thought he'd just get rid of me and make an easy $100. read more

Was trying to get a ball park figure over the phone pricing per yard and straight out cut me off and said "you don't know what your looking for!" without even trying to find out by asking questions. Mitch is my version of Santa Claus delivering a Christmas miracle. I had been calling everyone to help me recaroet a 10x12 room. It was now 4PM on Friday (12/13/19) and the day before I needed this done and I still hadn't even picked the carpet. Came in to compare pricing on laminate that a warehouse down the street also had. When I asked the the guy (which, I'm assuming is the owner) how much the laminate was he said it would depend on how much laminate I wanted to buy. Hmmm...I've been to many warehouses and the price is always the price. For example, the warehouse down the street (aqua kore, and many others) will till you 1.79 per sqft and how much I order is my business. I've found their prices for material and installation to be the cheapest around. I'm a repeat customer- I've now used the Carpet store for carpet and tile installations in three different houses.
