If I could give Mitch and The Carpet Store 10 stars, I would. We went to his store looking for carpet for our home. Mitch came the following day to measure. We ordered the carpet and two weeks later almost our entire home was carpeted. Ramiro and his sons did the installation and were as wonderful as Mitch said they would be. Not only is the carpet beautiful, it was beautifully installed and every piece of furniture was replaced back properly. They were very careful with some items that were very special to me. Everything was perfect. Mitch and the guys were professional in every way and I got a great deal on beautiful carpet when I compared Mitch's prices to Lowes and Home Depot. Thanks guys! read more

Excellent from start to finish, thank you Mitch and the the installers Romero and his guys. We highly recommend this business.

We have been using Mitch for years. He is fair, honest and reliable with great prices. We won't use anyone else!

I can't say enough about the customer service at The Carpet Store. Mitch is extremely knowledgeable and so patient. Our installer, Ramero was amazing. We had LVP installed and he and his crew were meticulous and did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend The Carpet Store for any flooring needs. read more

Let's start with the nice things. Customer service was awesome. The lady at the reception desk was nice, polite and helpful. The customer service over the phone was awesome. Their choices were descent but didn't browse much due to knowing what we already wanted. Went in there to get an area rug, descent size. We saw a rug that matched our vision and needed it to get bordered. Now the bad. When ordering it they said it would take a week. We planned ahead and asked to borrow a truck from a family member during the timeline they told us. They didn't get it on time and we had two wait a extra week. Exactly 7 more days. Bummer, but we just had to ask the family member if they could instead let us borrow their truck the following week. Inconvenient and what is more frustrating was we had to keep calling and asking as they weren't following up with us. When we finally got the rug we went home to find horrible stitching on a section along with poor quality here and there on other parts. We were pretty upset since we waited and extra week and we thought we would rather wait an extra week and have the rug done right. We were mistaken. Now their receipt does say "We will not be responsible for any damages/loss of any materials upon leaving the premises. (Please check all materials purchased before leaving the warehouse)." It was our fault and I regret not checking it before leaving. That being said I did call the store back and they were apologetic and said they would gladly fix it for us free of charge (even though their receipt did state we were on our own). Now that is generous but borrowing or renting a truck twice (once to take it there and once to take it back) was too much and we decided to just tough it out. We were disappointed in the stitching but everything else was pretty solid. Definitely don't regret my purchase but I wouldn't be able to recommend this store to anyone. Note: We know our purchase wasn't so expensive and we know if we spent a little more money quality and service would have probably been better. But still bummed out. That being said we spent 335 dollars for a 9x12 rug. read more

If you are not a carpet installer, you will be swindled by this merchant. He folded a cheap remnant ($100 for a low quality Berber) and THREW it in the back of my Land Rover - the backing scratched the backs of my SUV. But he didn't care because I knew nothing about carpet. I was an easy $100. If you consult an expert carpet installer, he should've NEVER folded the thin remnant - which took hours to just place in my room, with the help of a paid handyman. The wrinkles are impossible to take out. To this day. But he didn't care because I knew nothing about carpet. And he thought he'd just get rid of me and make an easy $100. read more

Excellent service, quality product. Mitch is very knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring. Prices are reasonable. We couldn't be happier! We had luxury vinyl flooring installed. And It is beautiful. Thank you Mitch for being the professional that you are. read more

Mitch isn't much help over the phone. Was trying to get a ball park figure over the phone pricing per yard and straight out cut me off and said "you don't know what your looking for!" without even trying to find out by asking questions. I should have hung up then and there but i still continued to try and explain what I'm looking for. He could have simply said "sorry but it's hard to give pricing over the phone because we carry such a wide variety" or whatever else. Rude and useless over the phone. Maybe he isn't a morning person read more

Mitch is my version of Santa Claus delivering a Christmas miracle. I had been calling everyone to help me recaroet a 10x12 room. It was now 4PM on Friday (12/13/19) and the day before I needed this done and I still hadn't even picked the carpet. I don't know why my internet search did not bring this place up but luckily another local carpet place (shout out to Valley Carpet One) who didn't have time do this job referred me here and I am so grateful. Mitch help me pick out carpet that was good quality and within my budget. Adan was the guy who installed it the next day and he did a fantastic job. I will def use them again. Thank you! read more

I had The Carpet Store carpet a rental, the selection, price and installation was quick and easy. Hardest part was selecting the carpet. I am now in the process of re flooring three bathrooms and went to shop for tile at The Carpet Store. I will let you know what happens. E. M. read more

Came in to compare pricing on laminate that a warehouse down the street also had. When I asked the the guy (which, I'm assuming is the owner) how much the laminate was he said it would depend on how much laminate I wanted to buy. Hmmm...I've been to many warehouses and the price is always the price. For example, the warehouse down the street (aqua kore, and many others) will till you 1.79 per sqft and how much I order is my business. This guy was pretty much like "let me come up with a price" and I'll get back to you. Kinda weird? He was very rude and unpleasant. read more

Highly Recommend - we needed to re-carpet after a wildfire hit our home a while back and we are so pleased with Mitch, his services and the crew he sent to install this past week (timely, efficient and great pricing) - so glad we didn't go with one of the big box stores or TV advertised vendors. Not only does he have a vast selection of carpet options, there are other flooring options as well. So, if you need flooring and appreciate great service, check out Mitch's store! We couldn't be happier...thanks, Mitch! read more

Mitch was great! Called him before heading over to see if he had what we needed. He already had a carpet in mind when we arrived. The remnant was perfect & more than large enough to cover the three rooms we needed carpeted. The transaction was smooth & reasonable. Only had to purchase the actual sq. footage we needed. The installers were professional & very efficient when they were at our home. I recommend this flooring store if you're looking for the latest & greatest or if you want to select a remnant. read more

We had a Marazzi porcelian plank tile floor installed by the Carpet Store and we could not be happier! Mitch is a stand up guy, low key and very easy to deal with. I am in sales and I hate pushy salesmen and you will not experience that. His crews are great and met my high expectations (being in construction). I cannot say enough good about our experience short of I should have wrote this sooner and use this company as you will not be disappointed. I will use them and refer them for all flooring needs. Thank you Mitch and guys, Jeff & Sharon read more

Sold me on a rainy Sunday when technically they were already closed. Great deal. Honest and direct.

We had originally ordered carpet with Empire Today and after several issues that spanned about a week we finally cancelled with them. We ended up going with these guys because the service was great, the carpet and padding we chose was top notch and the installation went as smoothly as we could've asked for. read more

Denise spent so much time with me, listening to what I wanted and what I didn't want. I was a kid in a candy shop looking at all the samples she pulled for me. Mitch was awesome, and the installers were great. They had to pull some pretty disgusting 21 year old carpet up that went through 3 house floods. We are so happy with our luxury vinyl plank floor that looks like real hardwood, but is 100% waterproof! Mitch, the owner is so honest, and will tell you at it is. Top rate, and so professional. Thank you! read more

The Carpet Store was great to work. They provided me with a number of options to choose from. I went with their recommendation for an affordable, yet durable carpet. The installation team was professional and were meticulous in their work. The carpet looks fantastic and feels great. They also have an entire section dedicated to blinds in their store that I purchased for this project as well. Really convenient, one stop shop for any home remodeling project. I highly recommend The Carpet Store. read more

The name is misleading-- they sell much more than carpet. Pretty much any of your flooring needs from hardwood, laminate, tile, etc can be found here. I've found their prices for material and installation to be the cheapest around. I'm a repeat customer- I've now used the Carpet store for carpet and tile installations in three different houses. The store owner Mitch is a super nice stand-up guy and will stand by his installations. read more

The five stars are for the Owner Mitch. My home builder contracted Mitch to replace my carpet padding after being damaged due to a rainstorm. Long story short, Mitch replaced all the padding in my bedroom (at his expense) due to some minor miscommunication. My home builder had only approved a small section to be replaced.
