He and his crew demoed our existing floor (wood and tile), installed all the flooring and baseboard in 3 days! It was 1300 square feet of work. Couple months ago I started a renovation project on my home, and decided to redo the entire house. I was looking for quality flooring that was durable and easy to maintain. I went to numerous stores in the Santa Clarita, Sylmar, North Hollywood, and Northridge area and Your Flooring Guys had the lowest prices for the same flooring options that their competitors carried. If you already have a floor style in mind, give them a call and ask for a quote for that same floor model/brand and you will see that price difference that I'm talking about. They are great and genuinely want to help you find what you need. They even stayed past their closing time waiting for me to get there and pick up a sample to take home with me. I also recently ordered a restroom vanity from them, and the manufacturer sold out of the countertop color I had chosen, but they generously let me to take the display model home since it was the color I wanted. What a terrific flooring store! We had a flood in our home due to the huge rainstorms in L.A. last year when our outside drains failed, and water poured into the house. Arsen and the crew there were very efficient in finding us replacement engineered wood that was almost exact to what we had in the home from probably 15 years ago (not easy, since our flooring was long discontinued!). Very helpful and pleasant to work with also. We'll be coming back of course to buy the base moldings and other things that had gotten ruined.
