We had gone to another local store and decided what we wanted but the quote we were given was higher than I thought it should be. The other store's quote made me pause and get a second opinion. Couple months ago I started a renovation project on my home, and decided to redo the entire house. I was looking for quality flooring that was durable and easy to maintain. I had looked at a couple of stores that sold flooring panels, but the colors were not to my liking. This store had so many great options! I went to numerous stores in the Santa Clarita, Sylmar, North Hollywood, and Northridge area and Your Flooring Guys had the lowest prices for the same flooring options that their competitors carried. What a terrific flooring store! We had a flood in our home due to the huge rainstorms in L.A. last year when our outside drains failed, and water poured into the house. Arsen and the crew there were very efficient in finding us replacement engineered wood that was almost exact to what we had in the home from probably 15 years ago (not easy, since our flooring was long discontinued!). Very helpful and pleasant to work with also. We'll be coming back of course to buy the base moldings and other things that had gotten ruined.
