Great floor choices and excellent service. Reasonable prices and a clean showroom with kind, knowledgeable staff. I have bought floors here for several remodels and would highly recommend them.

Brought in a piece of marble I wanted to match

I typically don't leave reviews. But I absolutely had to. Not only the quality of flooring is impeccable, the service provided by Mike and his team are unparalleled. I shopped around as well and I did very well for myself. They not only care about style and quality, but also make recommendations regarding safety(kids love to fall). Amazing place for flooring!

Lots of wax stuck on the floors had to scrape off with a putty knife
Tammy L.

The first time I bought laminate floors at ReFloors in 2017 I didn't have any problems. But last week I got some more laminate for my living/dining room and there was so much wax on it. It took me over 4hrs to clean and scrape off the wax for about 300sq feet of flooring. I literally had to use a putty knife because just scrubbing and wiping would not work. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I messaged Mike to let him know the situation because it wasn't normal. He told me to call him and said he would file a claim and look into things and then call me in 24hrs. That was 6 days ago. I really don't like when someone tells me they will do something and then not do it. Integrity is everything in life and business. So to sum things up I was not happy with all the wax on the floors and how the situation was handled and the poor communication. I've posted a couple photos for reference. Update: Mike ending up filing a claim with the manufacturer to help sort out this situation. He made sure I got a partial refund for the inconvenience and my time. I appreciate the effort he made to fix this problem.

Beautiful color! Couldn't find it anywhere but here.

I have zero complaints about this place. They are the sweetest most helpful human beings you can ever come across. We had a million questions sometimes the same ones and every time we were assisted with a smile and genuine help. Jay and Mike really know how to keep this place running smooth. I'm so grateful we found them . The quality of their products is superb. They have a huge selection also. I'm 100% sure you'll find what you're looking for.

New floor over existing.

This is a big shout out to Mike at ReFloors. Everything about that place was top-notch, from the show room to the shipment to the texting of updates and communication. They provided a designer discount and the floors were not much more expensive than far inferior from big box stores like Home Depot. You might think you know the color and type of flooring you want, but if you go to the show room there will be three or four flooring options that if you didn't look side-by-side you were think they were the same. Mike had excellent knowledge of all the individual nuances of the different pieces and we ended up with a really great result.

Part of the installed floor (we are renovating so not the best for a big picture lol

Omgh the famous MIKE, from all of the reviews! he was AMAZING!!! It's true! I mean, ah. Just so grateful. For background we went with him first for prices and started "shopping around" which he was all for, and was kind not pushy at all and just the upmost professional ever! -no kidding. We went back and made the purchase and he was so attentive, helpful and made this transaction and process really the best it could be. Save time, look no further, get your floor here! I feel like this is so "good" of a review I have to mention this is in no way sponsored or anything of that stuff. Just happy customers.

Located on Sherman way, they carry their own line of wood flooring with a very limited amount of other flooring products, but do have a nice selection of moulding and trim. Really cool showroom and very nice staff.

Mike was great helping us choose the right floor for our new home. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We LOVE our floors and even went back for more to do the whole house. We ended up with too much and they returned the rest with no hassle. Nothing but good things to say about this place! Thank you Refloors and thank you Mike!

Best price in the valley! Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The store had many varieties. I loved my experience with this store. If you guys need flooring, this is the place with the best hardwood floors and the best prices!

The bamboo was suffocated and it buckled and got moldy underneath and started to push my LVP floor up. At first sign of trouble I decided to find the highest rated wood floor company in Burbank for help. Robert came and instantly knew what was going on without even demoing the floor. He kindly provided reference material for me to present to my contractor to prove he was at fault. He answered questions here and there while I fought my contractor to take responsibility and fix the issue and after a quick-fix failed, it was a no brainer to me to use Robert and his team to start again and get the job done right. His crew included Jason who worked like a craftsman to surgically remove the two layers of old flooring from around the footprint of my kitchen cabinets and entire ground floor area. The challenge was to retain the clean look of our new kitchen, avoiding trim to hide gaps, even though we were removing almost an inch of flooring and replacing it with 5/8' hardwood. We opted for a moisture barrier, an additional cork layer to try to retain the same height and then a beautiful, rustic looking engineered hardwood floor. I can't tell you how happy I am with the quality of the work. Eduardo expertly cut the flooring and brought up the level of the flooring around the cabinets to exactly the same height. The transition is seamless! If you are weighing up who to use for your flooring, pick these guys, they get the job done right. We are really happy with the appearance of the floor and the final product.

Amigo's Carpet Warehouse, you have made the cut (the bad one). We get there. It was easy enough to find. We walk in and are greeted by a man, who was with a customer, but he was pleasant enough to say hello and invite us to look around while he finished with his prior customer. And so we do. He finishes with his client and makes his way over to us. We explain a little about what we are looking for, and the size we need - he responds with some sales-y line like "let me guess, someone you *think* you trusted gave you that size and told you that was what you needed?" - Which, it wasn't so much what he said, but how he said it, as if it were his salesman approach to getting on our good side. My husband repsonds with "no, I am a contractor, I know my way around a tape measure". I wont give him a strike for that, but it was cheesy as hell, and made me giggle... he backtracked after that one... (awkward)... Anyhoo, moving on: The first srange thing we notice is that the name of this company is not what the Craigslist ad said. We look it up again to make sure we are in the right place, and we were, only the ad called itself Eco Carpet Warehouse... When outside the building looking at the signage there is a big ol' banner with Amigo's name on it covering the Eco Carpet sign... No big deal, but why does the CL ad say the Eco name ? That ad was placed that day... Again, no strike for that, but so far this place is strange... So he starts calling prices out to us and they are pretty dang high. Kinda surprising actually since we went to this place because his Craiglist Ad said he had swatches in the $0.40 cents per square foot range. We told him that was what the online ad said and he said he was out of that carpet... Interesting. He and Hubby begin to walk off as they try to find something that will speak to us... So far nothing does. Nothing reasonably priced, anyways. As they are off doing their thing I sort of putts around the warehouse. I figured if there was a carpet I really liked I was pretty sure I could talk Hubby into it even if it is out of our price range. So, I begin folding over carpet swatches (they have them rolled up so that I can only see the under-parts, and you have to flip over the corner to see the carpet). So I open one. Stare at it for a little...think to myself 'hmm, I'll come back to that one"...I make my way to another, do the same thing...I un-flap the corner. Stare for a bit, tell myself I'll come back to that one too... I do this to about three more swatches... It takes me a few minutes to notice, but I finally realize I am being followed around by one of his Office gals... She is folding each swatch back over the moment I walk away. So I test the waters... I unfold one more. This time she sighs and walks right over and folds it closed, ecept this time it was AS I was looking at it. I say "Excuse me, I am still looking at this one" She says "Well you need to pt them BACK!". I said "I planned to when I was done, but I am pondering....you know...being pensive....as in trying to decide..." She says "You can only look at one at a time!!!" ...WTF? Really? Honestly, we are talking about five swatches, and I'd hardly made a mess at all... Whatever, I've chosen to not spend my money here. I went and told Hubby, who was still talking to Corny Sale-sy Mike, "lets go, they dont want our business..." He and Mike both look at me strange...Mike asks what happened, and I told him I was followed and scolded by a woman with bright blue glasses and massive headphones on. He apologized and said "that's just how she is, she's....she's...." I said "Don't worry, no need to make excuses for her... take care" and we left... Ok, so, all of the above is really just my rant outlining my experience there, but it doesn't really speak about what this warehouse offers as a business... So here goes: -Their Inventory is small. -The inventory they do have is for smaller rooms (12x15 max). If you have a larger room you wont find much here. -Mike is nice enough, but his staff is rude as hell... In this day and age there is tons of competition in every industry...if I were he, I'd have my staff in check to ensure I was the go-to for carpet.... - I was turned off by the fact that their CL ad was misleading, and pretty much a downright lie simply to get us in the door. We ended up finding our carpet about a block East of his shop who had GREAT selection and inventory (darn, i cant remember his company name! Sorry!). ^^ That being said... I'd simply go to all the carpet places... being a distributor of swatches means from time to time they just might have exactly what you are looking for. It's all going to depend on chance and timing. Happy Carpeting!

I have no idea why there are negative reviews for this business. ‍…read more I started dealing with Carpet Depot over a year ago. I live in a rental house, where I had put in carpeting (using another carpet business). While I looked after the carpet, it became very worn and I could not get it clean any longer. I went back to the place I bought the carpet from, and learned that my color was discontinued. I sought to match the carpet, which is how I found Carpet Depot. Angel (the sales rep at Carpet Depot) is very aptly named. This man only wants to help his customers. I drove to his location with a small sample of my existing carpet and he matched perfectly. Moreover, the carpet quality was much better than I had before and the price was very reasonable. The installers, (Sergio and his colleague) were incredibly professional. Not only did they do an amazing job of the carpet installation, they were very respectful towards me and with my property. I can't say enough good things about Angel, who took the time during his vacation to get my order placed one year after I first spoke with him. I was SO glad the carpet was still available. I had guests I had not seen in a many years coming for a visit, so I wanted my house to look nice. Thank you again for Angel for the great service. The carpet looks and feels GREAT!

These people are criminals and scammers, DO NOT do business with them. They were sent to our apartment to assess water damage on our floors from a leak that had been going on for WEEKS. Water was coming up through the seams of the floor boards and mold was found under two panels that were pulled. There was visible bubbling and water damage on our floors, they didn't remove any other panels and they cleared it as "safe and no replacements needed". HOW can you see mold and deem this safe? What kind of corrupt company are you running? You should be ashamed of yourselves. 0 stars, I will be reporting you to the city and health department. On top of it, they are blatantly rude and the representative hung up on me when I called to ask for the report for our unit.

However I have to spread the word. I arranged to have Mikes company come in to install new carpet on my stairways. I made his job easy and sent the exact carpet and color we wanted. His quote was reasonable so we accepted it. The job was scheduled on a Friday. We were told it would be an all day thing. The installers arrived 45 min late (scheduled at 9, arrived 9:45) and let themselves in using the lockbox we had onsite. The job that was supposed to be done in 6 hours was completed in 2. That already made me nervous. Well you can imagine my shock when I arrived to inspect the job and found MULTIPLE things wrong. The carpet installer scratched my new wood flooring. He broke the drywall on the stairs. The carpet wasn't secured down on the corners of the stairs. It was mistake after mistake. And the most upsetting part is that he didn't even call to tell me about these issues and acted as if the job was done perfectly. I was livid to say the least but Mike sent them back out to repair the issue on the next day, Saturday. The repair to the damage they did took longer than the original installation. In the end the installer was able to remedy the issue. He patched the drywall. He affixed the carpet to the stairs correctly. However my wood floors are still scratched which is upsetting. Mike is a great guy, very very nice and responsive and offers good customer service but I have to say I was pretty annoyed that he didn't offer any kind of discount or compensation for the errors they made. Not a good business practice in my opinion. With all the carpet guys available in this town, I won't be a repeat customer, which makes me sad because I like to keep contractors on speed dial. I renovate houses all the time so I'm used to contractors being eager to please me as a client and these guys just didn't seem to care.

Mike's was listed on their website as a certified distributor. After I called about 3 additional places on the UrbanFloor website, Mike's seemed to be the least expensive (in fact..he quoted me about .30 cents a sq ft). I ordered the hardwood with him and it came in a few days in a timely manner. After that great experience I decided to use him again to re-carpet my bedrooms. Mike helped work within my price range AND was able to schedule installation for 2 days later! Was it as cheap as it gets? No (you can get much cheaper stuff at Lowes or Homedepot), but I think the quality is really great and the service was awesome..they literally came 10 minutes early for installation which is unheard of in the service industry. I would 100% recommend Mikes.
