I came here with my designer to pick out floors for our new house and I'm so glad I did! We were looking for engineered hardwood floors for a while and none of the options I saw were really all that great, to the point where I was just wondering if I should go to vinyl since I wasn't finding anything that I liked for the price. However, once I stepped foot into ReFloors, I could tell there was a difference. Mike was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained the differences between each of the floors I was choosing between and told me each of their pros and cons. I told him what colors I was looking for and he led me to the most beautiful engineered hardwood floor I've ever seen. I fell in love immediately. On top of all of that, he explained that it was a 5mm layer on top, the thickest I've ever seen. Meaning it could be sanded and re-finished up to four times!! The first time I bought laminate floors at ReFloors in 2017 I didn't have any problems. But last week I got some more laminate for my living/dining room and there was so much wax on it. It took me over 4hrs to clean and scrape off the wax for about 300sq feet of flooring. I literally had to use a putty knife because just scrubbing and wiping would not work. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I messaged Mike to let him know the situation because it wasn't normal. He told me to call him and said he would file a claim and look into things and then call me in 24hrs. That was 6 days ago. I really don't like when someone tells me they will do something and then not do it. Integrity is everything in life and business. So to sum things up I was not happy with all the wax on the floors and how the situation was handled and the poor communication. I've posted a couple photos for reference. Update: Mike ending up filing a claim with the manufacturer to help sort out this situation. He made sure I got a partial refund for the inconvenience and my time. I appreciate the effort he made to fix this problem. read more

This is a big shout out to Mike at ReFloors. Everything about that place was top-notch, from the show room to the shipment to the texting of updates and communication. They provided a designer discount and the floors were not much more expensive than far inferior from big box stores like Home Depot. It really does give me great pleasure to write this review. My husband and I came to ReFloors thinking we were going to browse flooring to replace the hideous floors in our new home. Jay came to our assistance as we were looking at various flooring and colors etc. As we were looking at samples, Jay asked us some important lifestyle questions and cautioned us on our choice of flooring. Now, any other individual would have stuck with selling us the more expensive flooring that we chose, but Jay did not. People go to this place and put up with the used-car-dealer treatment because they think they are getting a good deal. Frankly used-car dealers are not really this bad. These folks like to pretend they are giving you and only you a great price but they change their word so much and do so much scheister games and the product after the installation looks so bad that you wonder why you got anything from them and how you put up with their treatment. The laminate we got from them looked good in the showroom but the stuff we actually got looked like two different color batches and the patterns were so digitally identical that it takes any idiot a few seconds to realize your new flooring is a fake digital print that is repeating a million times. They could have used more variety in the patterns they obviously printed but nope. When you look from the side, each piece looks like cheap pressed board with some ultra thin paper print on top. This is the eco-tree brand that they sold to me as the Mercedes Benz of all laminates. We had to move a 5-bedroom home immediately after rehabbing the new home and we simply had no time to try to install a new floor even if it was free. read more

I searched over 10 different stores but, when I saw the floors at refloors, I immediately put in my order for some 9.5" natural white oak engineered hardwood.
