It's always a pleasure to recommend good contractors, and "Tile Repair Service" is definitely one worth recommending. Eric showed up on time, was pleasant from first to last, and did an excellent job from first to last, at a good and reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Eric again. We had Eric come and replace a damaged tile, (not of his doing). He did such a great job! He had to take out an existing tile from underneath the washing machine to replace in our hallway. It was a perfect job. Eric is such a pleasant guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him at all anytime. read more

Eric has botched my shower. What started as a small replacement of a section turned into a full regrout. The tools Eric used have gouged my tiles to the point that I am now having to file a claim against his insurance for the damages. The whole shower has to be re-tiled and the shower glass removed and replaced. Estimate is upwards of 15k in damages plus loss of use of this shower for who knows how long. Eric should have known better than to upsell me on the full regrout if he was not confident in his work. read more

I hired Eric to refresh my 1950s tile grout and terrible calking job in the shower and vanity top someone had done previously. It's so much cleaner and crisp now! Eric was pleasant, communicated well and his price was very fair. Once he started the job he actually discounted it significantly when he saw that the tile wasn't as bad as previously expected. read more

We had a few tile projects needed around the house to prepare to sell. Eric replied quickly, gave us a fair price and had everything handled within a few days. He even adjusted the plan to work within my budget when one of the projects turned out to be prohibitively expensive. We would definitely hire Eric again. read more

Excellent work, came promptly and on time as scheduled. Was able to fix my tile basically back to exactly the way it was before. Price was exactly as was quoted. I would definitely call again if I had any tile repair! read more

My tile is ruined. There are numerous damaged tiles where the power tool he used to remove the grout damaged the tile. There's also grout haze on my paint. The tile he used as a replacement is ivory, not white, so it sticks out. The grout itself has numerous gaps and inconsistencies. This is a disaster. I'm going to have to retile the entire floor. read more

Eric was amazing. We have kitchen tile making up our counter space in our home, which was built in 1951. It is the original tile. with great care, skill and patience, he regrouted and cleaned up after himself, leaving our kitchen tile looking new again. He is friendly, on time and true to his word at very reasonable price. I highly recommend Eric. I promise, you will not be disappointed. read more

I'm thrilled, my tenants are thrilled, so very pleased that we found Eric. He is AMAZING! I'm looking forward to keeping him busy whenever possible. We found him because Ninja Plumbing DESTROYED 2 vintage 1930's tiled bathrooms by ripping through the original tiled walls when they were instructed to go through the plaster backsides to access plumbing for repair. NOPE. For good measure they destroyed restored valves and porcelain knobs and tore additional holes in the walls to install complete POS valves. Note: run don't walk from Ninja Plumbing. Eric was horrified when he saw what they had done and he has worked with us to figure out how to get the tiles matched - shout out to John Lenaburg for this work - and will be restoring the damage with the tile once it's done. In the meantime I hired him to clean up and repair the kitchen tiles that were broken. Amazing work, super happy. Can't wait to repair everything back with Eric's help. read more

It's always fun for me to find someone who is passionate about what they do. Wow! Eric really knows every little trick to get the job done correctly and fast. Eric is the best and very efficient. A+++++. My contractor installed my tiles crooked. He fixed 21 tiles but left the wedges, tinset and all of the mess for me to clean with another 2 loose tiles. I called Eric, he came out and repaired the two loose tiles... then helped me free of charge to grout and remove all the mess the old contractor left behind. A day later, I found two additional loose tiles next to where my old contractor replaced my tiles... Eric came out and repaired it. Eric is amazing, he has a method to secure tiles next to the replaced ones so they do not become loose. He replaced 2 tiles my contractor put in incorrectly and secure the 5-6 tiles next to them. He is the tile master. I'm so grateful to have him help me. read more

Great customer service with Eric! He personality is helpful and pleasant. He is trust worthy and responsible.

Eric did a fantastic job installing out kitchen floor tiles that needed to be replaced (cutting them to size even) but he also was very helpful about recommending the right product for after. We were going to steam clean the rest of the kitchen floor but he strongly advised against doing thus right away and cautioned about possible breakage if so. Highly recommend him and his services. He is also clearly knowledgeable about what he does and cares about what happens to his work even after the job is over. read more
