He was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining our options between vinyl, laminate, and carpet. His showroom had plenty of samples on hand as well. Prices were higher than what we were hoping to pay, but as Alex explained to us, the price of vinyl is rising due to increased shipping costs. We already had a contractor who doing other work on the house, so we didn't go through LA Floor Covering for installation. Later on, we needed to order an extra stair casing and Alex was very quick in getting that additional order in. It was a pleasure working with Alex for our flooring needs!
