Daniel, the owner, responded promptly and came out right away. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. He thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected my sofa and cushions, removing both the stains and the lingering urine odor. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond what I expected. As an unexpected courtesy, he also cleaned the large area rug underneath the sofa and coffee table, leaving the entire room looking, smelling, and feeling fresh again. Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's rare these days to find someone with such outstanding customer service and attention to detail. He treated my home as if it were his own. If you need carpet, upholstery, odor removal, sanitizing, or deep cleaning services, do yourself a favor and call AAA-1 Carpet Cleaner. Daniel is a real gem, and I will absolutely be using his services again. Highly recommended!

Irritating experience…read more I make a digital appointment for 10am and put all the details (name address phone all that) in to get the appointment. I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. I wait and at 3 I call to confirm. They tell me they are on the way and be here at 4:55pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way. So I wait, only to get a call at 4pm that "it's too far". I been trying to work with these idiots all day and then they tell me this? Do you have google maps? Do you advertise you serve my area? Yes and Yes but they want to hang me up ALL DAY Friday only to ditch me at the end of the day. What a terrible way to run a business. Hurtful and unprofessional. I strongly suggest anyone looking for reliable carpet cleaning services to look elsewhere. This experience is bad and really I hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of nonsense. The value here with this place is less than bad since they took my whole day away from me waiting around calling back and forth following idiotic promises. I wish I could get the time back! I called a different outfit and they are coming in 30 minutes.

He was so responsive and was able to provide me a quote with the photos and measurements I provided him. He was direct with his prices. Other companies advised a price per square foot which I feared doing. It's just easier to get a price direct because if I measure and think it's one size and then we schedule and they say another measurement or price, then it becomes a big mess. I don't want to be fooled by the price at the end. Graciano was straight, carpet, two chairs and 2 couches is this. Bam. Easy. We had originally scheduled for Monday however due to rain he advised it isn't favorable to shampoo/clean furniture as it will not dry as easily and it's more suceptable to getting dirty. I appreciate he messaged to advise and gave me the option to reschedule or not. Needless to say he arrived on time. Cleaned up area where his equipment was after. And wow, what a difference shampooing furniture can do. I loved using him and recommend him. We will definately be using him for other projects in the future.
