Highly recommend JM carpet cleaning! I had an "urgent" doggy accident (on already freshly cleaned carpet 3 weeks prior ) situation and they were very responsive and able to come the same day! The owner was professional and clean! I really liked how he and his assistant wore shoe bootie's coming into the house. It's those little attention to details that make a difference to me. They were also friendly as well. Super satisfied with the work! I saved his info to my phone for future services bc I will def use them again. 10/10 recommend read more

Answer the phone the the second ring, made my appointment for the following day, arrived on time, asked about my specific issues/stains and locations of them, cleaned my couches and master bedroom floor. Covered my tile floors to prevent them from getting wet, and used covers on his shoes to keep my floors cleans. He did his work, I was very happy with the job. Noticed the following day that a few stains returned, so I called him and sent him photos, he returned that same day with new cleaning solutions and equipment to work on the stains, actually removed them and explained to me, that the stains returned because they were deeper then the carpet. Did not charge me extra for the return ( other companies would ) and told me if they returned to let him know and he'll ask his people if they gave other technics to help him finish the job. I'm happy to say after the second visit the stains are gone and I'm very happy with JM workmanship! read more

I had a really good experience with JM Carpet Cleaning. They responded very quickly when I first reached out and showed up exactly when they said they would. Communication was excellent the whole time, and they were very responsive to texts. They were polite and professional from the moment they arrived. They automatically put on shoe covers, were careful about keeping the area clean, and used cloths to protect the surrounding areas. After the job was done, they cleaned everything up thoroughly. Pricing was straightforward with no games. They gave me an all-in quote up front and even cleaned a few extra couch cushions without me asking or charging more. Overall, very pleasant to work with and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. read more

At the last minute, he told me his machine was not working and referred me to his friend instead. When his friend arrived, he quoted a price that was way higher than expected. This was very disappointing and felt unprofessional. read more

3 crew team, they did great job, we hired them before we moved in to new place. Highly recommend

My mother moved to assisted living after being in her home for over 50 years. In order to pay for her care we fixed up her home and put it on the rental market. I found Jimmy on Yelp and he had great reviews for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning, both of which we were in desperate need of. I also noticed on his website that they did over all general cleaning and so I reached out to him. He was very responsive and he and his wife came out right away to give me an estimate. He is such a sincere person. He promised me he was going to do a great job with all of the cleaning, and I believed him. I wouldn't say his pricing was cheap but it was totally fair and appropriate for the amount of work that needed to be done. The carpet was in a downstairs basement and smelled bad from dogs, dust and some previous water leaks. It was still in pretty good shape though so we thought we'd try cleaning it before deciding if it needed to be replaced. Well, Jimmy delivered! Not only did it look brand new when he was done, the smell was completely gone. And hard water deposits in both bathrooms that we were unable to remove...GONE. And he left both bathrooms spotless. The kitchen and pantry cabinets that were so filthy we though we would have to replace the shelves. Nope, he and his wife got them clean. Window blinds that hadn't been cleared in years were spotless. He and his wife worked for two long days and at the end of each one he texted me pictures because I don't live in the same area, so that was appreciated too. Clearly, he takes pride in his work and it shows! I highly recommend JM for all of your cleaning needs. read more

Jimmy shows on time, what he quoted me is what I paid, and he did an outstanding job. Got rid of pet hairs and pet urine smell from my rental property in Santa Clarita. He comes to the site in a big van with some serious vacuum machinery inside. You'll be impressed. I recommend Jimmy and will use his services again when the new tenants become my ex-tenants and it's time to clean the carpeting again. read more

Prompt, efficient, well priced and did an excellent job cleaning my sofa. I've had it cleaned in the past and this job was far and away superior. After seeing the result I had them take a rug in for cleaning. I'll circle back to this review when I get it back in a week. read more

I called my usual carpet cleaner I've used for the past few years and they just didn't respond. So, I went to Yelp for help. JM Carpet answered the first time I called and scheduled a prompt appointment. I like that they have text reminders of your appointment. I had them clean 3 carpets and couch/2 armchairs. They arrived on time and were very friendly. My carpets had bad traffic dirt and stains from an old dog we took care of. They were able to get up all the stains. They also cleaned my vinyl hallway on the way out. I found them comparable to other carpet cleaners in price. I will use them again! read more

Jimmy was AMAZING. I have 2 dogs and my couches really needed a cleaning, he was prompt, did a full scrub down on all the furniture and rugs (not just spray and vacuum, actually scrubbed with power tool brushes) and honestly took his time making sure the couches were thoroughly cleaned. He was here for hours making sure all the stains were out and doing extra spot treatments. My rugs look brand new and my couch is unrecognizable from how it was, I feel like I love my couches again! He was also super reasonable on price and really took his time to make sure the job was done right. Also the size of his washer (located in his van) is the most giant machine I have ever seen, like that is no ordinary washer. He also left my house squeaky clean and made sure to put everything back as it was. Do not hesitate to hire him! read more

JM carpet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my couches! I will definitely use their services again. Thank you Jimmy!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Jimmy and his lovely wife showed up on time and kept to their quote as well as providing beautiful service. They have a great quality cleaner and spend time making sure it is done well. I have two dogs and my two couches had an egregious amount of hair on them, they were able to successfully remove all the hair, drool and smell leaving them look like new again. If you are looking for a small business to support that provides quality service go with this company! read more

Jimmy was a godsend. My puppy vomited all over my couch yesterday while I was at work. My girlfriend did her best to clean it up, but she could not get the stains (or the smell!) completely out. Honestly, it was pretty gross. I googled around for couch cleaners last night and decided to give JM Carpet Cleaning a call. Jimmy picked up (even though it was after 8pm), asked me to text him a photo, then told me with confidence he could get my couch cleaned. I made an appointment for 1pm today. Jimmy showed up 5 minutes early and got right to work. It took less than an hour and now my couch looks (and smells) a million times better! Thank you, Jimmy! If if ever need my couch cleaned again, JM Carpet Cleaning is who I will call :) read more

10/10! I recently moved & I was in the process of personally cleaning my carpet. Halfway thru my walk in closet, I QUITE LITERALLY gave up. Money comes back, but time? Time does not. It was too time consuming for me & I figured why not leave this to the professionals? I immediately jumped on Yelp & requested a quote. Yelp automatically messaged about 10 business, HOWEVER, JM immediately responded & was SO nice. I felt the vibe through the screen. I got a quote & he was so accommodating. He immediately came the very next morning. Him & his wife are SO nice, polite, professional & kind souls. They did my carpets for 2 bedrooms in & out. Spotless. It was a night & day difference!!! I truly recommend this company! read more

Great customer service, timely and fair pricing. Our couches looked much better, especially our white one. The blue one had a few of the stains lifted to the surface once dried, but overall good improvement. Definitely satisfied and will book again. One thing to note is the cleaning solution has an intense smell that seemed like chemicals, so will need to ask for a non chemical solution next time. read more
