When the guy finished I still had a urine stain from the dogs on the rug, and the flap on the couch the other company totally missed. I found myself in urgent need of upholstery cleaning after a friend decided to redecorate my sofa with vomit. After looking at several services, I decided on Valley Carpet Cleaning, as they were able to get someone out on fairly short notice. The two crew members were very professional, efficient and courteous, discussing the issue with me and what I could expect before getting to work. They did a great job, and their prices were fair. So... I typically give my carpets a cleaning prior to my Oscar party, and while I've always had the people who clean the apartment do it, it's not like they were super great, so I decided I should give Valley Carpet Cleaning a shot at it. Such an improvement! I appreciated that they discussed the carpet with me--rather than just cleaning--so we were able to talk through any possible problem spots to focus on. They showed great care and attention to detail, putting down these little protective squares (which the old service never did) under anything with legs. Definitely a big step up from my previous cleaners--and I have to note that a stain that had been there for years suddenly turned up...missing.
