Ok you guys they are the best! My dog had a huge accident in the night in our closet, she covered a lot of ground. I woke up to the smell at 6 am and did what I could with a spatula gloves mask and my at home bissel carpet cleaner. It still looked terrible. I called valley carpet and they were so nice and literally had someone out the next hour. The before and after photos say it all. Luis showed up and was wonderful and so friendly, he worked hard and quickly got the job done. Thank you so very much read more

Valley Carpet Cleaning eliminated years of dog smells and toddler play stains from my carpets and left my furniture immaculate! Carpets took about 8hours to dry during cold rain season. There was a slight wet smell while wet but went away once dry. And the cherry on top... the service was professional and delivered with a smile! read more

James was a pleasure to work with. He was quickly responsive and then gave his cell phone number so I could send photos for a quote. He was very friendly and made the process of breeze. Our tiled shower is only about three years old, but it was time to properly clean and seal between the tiles in the shower. He was unable to come himself, but he sent Luis who was just as friendly and helpful. I think it only took about a couple of hours and it was $300. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend again. I will add that they are in the Valley and I live in Valencia! read more

" THE BEST OF THE BEST" I had a different company come out last week to clean our couch & area rug. When the guy finished I still had a urine stain from the dogs on the rug, and the flap on the couch the other company totally missed. He was supposed to return the next day to do the grout floors and never showed up for his appointment. I wasted my entire morning waiting for him. When he finally called he stated he had a "flat tire", and would come the following week. The next day I found Valley Carpet Cleaning and they were able to service us on a Saturday. Carlos was the tech. He was incredible. Polite & professional. They had corner protectors so the walls don't get damaged & laid long floor protector over my wood floors. As well as redoing my couch so there is no longer the odor from our then new puppy peeing on the couch corners , and marking the rug. They also did the grout and it also came out perfect. Valley Carpet Cleaning has most certainly earned my loyalty as a very satisfied customer. I can feel more than 100% comfortable to refer Valley Carpet Cleaning to my friends & family. A big shout out to these incredible people, from James who 1st took my call and got the ball rolling in the most expedient manner, to Carlos who did the work. read more

I needed 4 area rugs cleaned to get them ready to move to a new house. I honestly had no idea how soiled they were until we moved the furniture out and could see the difference in the high traffic areas. I didn't have high hopes of getting them back to looking great, and I told the VCC crew this when they arrived. Much to my surprise, they came out looking GREAT! I only wish I'd taken before pictures so I could show you the difference. They did great work at a very reasonable price. Thank you VCC! read more

I've tried a lot of carpet cleaners... living with three guys and a husky, my carpets get dirty! James with Valley Carpet Cleaning booked me an appointment over the phone and gave me a general estimate which was comparable to other services I've used in the past. The day of cleaning, Luis showed up right on time. I confirmed the price before Luis got started and he DIDN'T try to upsell me on any extra services. He covered my wood floor to protect them and got to work on the carpets. Two hours later he was done and I was amazed! The carpet looked almost brand new. Luis worked hard on a hot day but he had no complaints and couldn't have been nicer. I've found my forever carpet cleaner! read more

This was our first time using a carpet cleaning service and I'm so glad we did! We needed two bedrooms and a few closets cleaned. James was quick and easy to communicate through yelp and text. His crew, Josh and Santos, arrived on time, introduced themselves, and checked out the job. I knew I picked the right place when they started covered our floors leading up the bedrooms, and even put protecting covers on the corners of our walls so their tubes and wires wouldn't scratch it. The whole job took just about an hour. They were quick but thorough, asking us a few times if we wanted to check the progress and pointing out little problem areas. The team was respectful and professional. I would highly recommended them and use them again! read more

Luis showed up on time and did an EXCELLENT job for exactly the price quoted. Our carpeting is sooo much cleaner, and their customer service is amazing!! I highly recommend them!! read more

What are these guys are all pro. Very courteous very efficient. Very hard-working and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Talk about WOW! I needed my entire house shampooed and single-handedly started emptying contents to make everything accessible, but there were items I couldn't move. Our service person was Luis and his trainee Josh. They arrived promptly in the arranged window, very professionally attired in the company uniform and introduced themselves politely. Luis made a quick run through and assured me that they wanted me to be satisfied with their service. I had hurt my foot in a fall and by now could barely walk. They cleared a seating area for me and my granddaughter, making sure I was comfortable and talking to my granddaughter, not brushing her off. The results were absolutely amazing! Thank you Luis and Josh. The carpeting was restored as were the kitchen counter tops. I appreciate your service. See you next time! read more

In the past I have had encounters with unscrupulous carpet cleaners. Having seen Valley Carpet Cleaning reviewed positively on Yelp, I decided to give them a call. I was assured by the owner that this was an ethical service, and it turned out to be so. Luis came over on time and surveyed the home and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. I immediately shook his hand. My carpets had not been cleaned in six years and had dog vomit that I was unable to clean up with soap and water and vinegar. Luis did an excellent job and not only cleaned all the carpets but also the kitchen floor and one of the bathroom floors. I feel like I have a new home and will always use this service. read more

I got my carpets cleaned on 4th of July! Amazingly, Luis from Valley Carpet Cleaning showed up, as promised at 9 am. My dog had vomited a few days earlier in about 10 places in the living room, hall, and my bedroom. Luis spent about 3 hours spot cleaning, shampooing, scrubbing, and vacuuming. In the end the rooms looks fantastic, I couldn't even tell where any of the spots had been and the whole carpet looked renewed. I definitely recommend Luis at Valley Carpet Cleaning to clean your carpets. read more

Absolutely 5 stars. I thought my new wool rug was a goner due to how bad it looked from my kids. It's a light off-white color but was basically gray and brown with random stains. We were throwing a party and I needed it done that week. I called VCC and they were at my door within 2 hours for pickup and had my rug back to me before the party that week. It was so clean and looked brand new!! It looked so good that I actually kept a large blanket over it during the party because I did not want anyone stepping on it or even looking at it and getting it dirty. They saved my rug and had such incredible service. The guys who did pickup and delivery were so nice and helpful. Everyone was great. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. read more

I cannot thank this company enough! When ChemDry canceled (and hour after their 3 hour window) I was so bummed, because you know you have to get everything ready for the carpets to be cleaned, I called around at 4:15 in the afternoon looking for someone to save me doing it all over again. My very naughty dog peed on the sofa again so this morning began with my frantic search for an upholstery cleaner. I sent out a quote request here on Yelp to 8 cleaners, 6 responded each with different pricing but I went with my gut on this one and chose Valley Carpet Cleaning who came in right in the middle with no surprise up charges which I totally appreciated. Plus they were able to come today. Yay! Anthony arrived promptly at the scheduled time, wore a mask and even put shoe booties on which was nice. He inspected the sofa and then went to work. He spent more time cleaning this sofa than anyone has ever done in the past before so I know he was thorough. The couch is super clean now and smells tons better.
