I cannot recommend Premium Carpet Cleaning enough. With a holiday event approaching, I needed a last-minute deep clean for our living room, master bedroom, and my daughter's bedroom. My 3-year-old had left some creative stains--crayon, marker, and even slime--that we couldn't get out ourselves. Anthony was able to fit me into his schedule as soon as possible and worked with my busy holiday schedule. After researching many other companies, I found Premium Carpet Cleaning's pricing to be very reasonable and well within my budget. Many of the other cleaning professionals I spoke with didn't seem to have the right supplies, knowledge, or respect for the job, but Anthony worked tirelessly to make sure every last bit of slime was removed. The results were amazing; the carpets look brand new. Since the cleaning, I've received many compliments on how wonderful the carpets look. The customer service and final results were fantastic, and I will definitely be calling Premium Carpet Cleaning again. read more

Anthony is such a nice dude and was a pleasure to work with. Super efficient and thoughtful. Plastic under the wood, moved furniture around where possible to be thorough. Great price for the service performed. Was available within 1-2 days after I reached out. read more

I apologize for the late review, but it's been a crazy few months. I believe it was Anthony who came out in the middle to March for a deep cleaning of the carpet. I really thought it was a lost cause, but he did a beautiful job and I was so impressed at some of the seemingly VERY deep stains he was able to get out. We sincerely appreciate the great work and care that went into the job! read more

Wow! I am so happy I found Anthony of Premium Carpet Care!! I had hired another company who was recommended through a trusted local community and I'm so happy that it rained on the day that they were supposed to come because once I tried to reschedule with them, they never responded back to me to reschedule until three weeks later after I already found Anthony on Yelp. Not only did Anthony show up on time, provide a very professional expert carpet cleaning and steam cleaning of my porcelain floors service, but he also quoted me a lower price than the other company wanted to charge me and threw in an extra rug and shower tile floor! We were very impressed with his professionalism and his quality of work. Very nice guy too! Anthony will now be our one and only Carpet Cleaning and tile floor cleaning service that we will use from now on. Anthony, please put me on your repeat customer list as I would like you to come back again in about 18 months! Highly recommend this wonderful family run business! read more

Premium Carpet Care came out to my home in Canyon Country this passed Saturday and their service was excellent. Quick response, amazing customer service, and quality work delivered. Beyond happy with the way my carpet and couches turned out. If you see this review, no need to look any further, these are the guys to go to! Thank you guys once again! read more

I scheduled Premium Carpet Care to come out and clean the carpet at the house that I just bought. The carpets were in bad shape. The appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm, but I was pleasantly surprised that I received a text from Anthony that he would be able to come earlier. When he arrived he assessed the work and explained how he would proceed to bring the carpets back to life. He spent almost 2 hours cleaning 5 rooms, hallway, and a flight of stairs. The pricing was very competitive and it was money well spent. I look forward to using his services again. read more

Moved to a new place and the last owners had done a number on the carpets. With three large dogs and 2 teenage boys there were stains everywhere!!!!! Anthony did a miraculous job washing the carpets. He first used heavy duty vacuum to suck out the dog hair. Then treated the carpets with special formula (safe for kids and pets), then steam cleaned the nasty carpets back to their nice clean condition. I also called him back to retouch some spots and he immediately came over without any hesitation. Anthony's demeanor and attitude was exceptional. Very happy I didn't replace my carpets and saved so much money by having them professionally cleaned. read more

My carpet was in major need of a cleaning. I have a dog who has had a few accidents and incessantly licks the carpet. I was considering replacing the carpet. It seemed so bad. I reached out to Anthony and he was able to come the very next day. The area looks fresh, clean and just like new. but the main reason I am giving this company a five star rating is the level of care, hi attention to detail and professionalism.. My expectations were exceeded in every possible way. I am adding Anthony and his company to my phone and will be referring him to all of my friends and clients. Thank you for such a wonderful first experience read more

Highly recommended! Prior to our appointment, Anthony was very responsive and feels like a friendly/professional person, thus the reason why I chose him. He accepts different modes of payment, including credit card. I scheduled an appointment for his services at 2pm and he arrived on time. He made an initial walkthrough and informed me the potential issues with the carpet; he mentioned that it might be impossible to remove the rust stain on the floor but offered to do something about it but I said it's fine. He initially assessed that it will take 2 hours to complete the cleaning. I was surprised that it already includes his setup of his equipment and he finished it 15 minutes early! Overall, I am very happy with his work and would be booking his services again in the future. You can see the before photos and after video for reference. read more

HIGHLY recommend Anthony for carpet/ couch/ rug cleaning needs. He got rid of years-old stains and smells from my kid running around barefoot with messy hands. Our stuff looks barely used, and we've had our couch for 6 years. The real kicker was the carpet in my son's room (photo)... it had stains and an odor from spilled lotions, food, etc. that we had actually tried to remove ourselves previously with a steam rental from Home Depot (we probably made it worse tbh). On the customer service side, Anthony was very responsive, available same day, arrived exactly on time, quoted us in a range we were comfortable with (much better than some of his competitors), honored the quote even though it took longer than expected, and was really professional. I will be referring him to everyone I know! read more

He's the VERY BEST in every way! Anthony we've known know for several years now, & we thrown him horridly dirty travertine, carpets, couches trashed by renters that we have just never cleaned!! Just look at the photos below! They speak for themselves. He's so professional and upbeat. One by one he's taken these surfaces and makes them brand new again! He lets us add on when he's over doing one job & we've never heard an unfair price for the work. He takes his time, until the job is fully done and we love his attention to detail, and kindness. A true gem in this world!! Thank you Anthony!! You are the BEST!!! read more

These guys do awesome work at a reasonable price. We've lived here 5 years and the blinds had gotten soloed and stained especially on the doors near the door handles. Our blinds are white. Thin white fabric nicknamed up-downs because light filtering one way, obscuring the other. I didn't think they would come clean but Premium carpets proved me wrong. He spent about 3 hours and scrubbed 10 blinds. Very professional and clean in his work. I've found my go to carpet, upholstery cleaner. read more

Honestly, Anthony was very professional texted me to advise if a 15 min delay. Which was appreciated, since I was waiting in a empty apartment. He dresses professionally, clean cut. The old saying, "Dress for Success" Anthony explained how his carpet cleaning products he uses would take off deep stains. And it certainly did, I am very impressed with outstanding job. Although, in addition to the bedroom carpet, he came over to my new home and cleaned a 8x8 round carpet. The colors are now brilliant as opposed to the grey dirty areas. Anthony is the "man" for your carpet cleaning needs. read more

I sent a request out on Yelp looking for a professional upholstery cleaner as our couch is light grey and had multiple water ring stains from spilled coffee and tea. Anthony responded very quickly. I sent him pics, got a quote and he was there the next day. Just to note, the other quotes I received where either comparable or a lot higher. Some folks sent quotes without even seeing the stains. When Anthony arrived, he got straight to work and cleaned the couch diligently making sure to get all sides and protect the carpet underneath. When it was done, it looked brand new! We were about to replace the couch but instead can keep it around for awhile longer with its new cleaning. read more
