They did a great job cleaning my white couch! Andra was a great communicator. Despite issues with their van, they were able to come same day and make it work! Responsiveness and price were competitive. I contacted multiple places and they responded timely with a great quote. Thank you Andra for all your help!! read more

I had a major need to clean up my husband's assisted living apartment. The upholstered lift chair had major urine stains after a series of medical breakdowns in my husband's health. The floors had blood stains from a fall and were really a major bio-hazard. Andra was amazing. He worked me into the schedule - let me know when he was headed over, and just kept working at the situation until the apartment smelled wonderful and the carpets were back to beautiful. As I sat in the hallway, I could smell the room improve..... I was very impressed with the service, the attention to detail, willingness to keep at it until he was satisfied that the room was right, and the price was so reasonable that I added a 21% tip. I would totally recommend this company for your cleaning needs. read more

I found this company on yelp. They delivered! I got an estimate via yelp. They asked all the right specific questions unlike some of the other companies that gave me a quote. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. They were true to their word on the price. They spent over 2 hours on my couch and 3 area rugs and they look amazing! They gave specific instructions on drying and care. I will be using them again! Thank you! read more

We've never hired a professional carpet cleaner before. Our more than 10 years old carpet and couch have become darker in color due to dirt, oil & dust despite cleaning it ourselves by renting rug doctor. My family are visiting in two weeks & i am so desperate about getting it cleaned. I did a lot of research, made a lot of calls (i called first those offering coupon discounts thru Groupon & Amazon) but right after I talked to this guy Andre (owner) of Metro Carpet Care, I finally decided to get his services. Not only he was so courteous, but he offered the best deal even throwing in one room free! Andre came on time despite of the heavy rains. He did a walk thru and started working. He did 3 bedrooms, a hallway & a living room all by himself and even gladly moved some of the furnitures. My husband and I are happy with the results. We will definitely hire him again. And for those still searching for carpet cleaners, search no more, hire Andre and you wont be disappointed! read more

Another GREAT job by Tim at Metro Carpet Care! We are selling our house and needed all stains removed from our light colored carpet. Tim was on time courteous and very respectful of our home. Or care carpets came out beautifully. Price was awesome. He gave us very clear instructions and some extra booties in case we didn't need to walk on the carpet prematurely. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend using them. read more

Wow. I did not expect a rug cleaning to restore my faith in mankind, but it did! Andre is a miracle worker! This experience could not have gone better. The techs arrived exactly at 9 am on the dot (window was 9-10 - has this ever happened before in history?!) Andre walked me through the process and let me know my white shag rug, which was very dingy, would become a couple shades lighter. About 20 minutes later, he was done, and the rug looked BRAND NEW! It is completely transformed. The work was done so efficiently and the price was lower than I was quoted elsewhere. Thank you Andre, for the wonderful customer service! 5 stars all around. read more

Amazing customer service, quick response, professional, prompt & excellent work. So happy I chose Metro Carpet Care. Andre was great! He explained everything I needed to know about the process. He made everything simple and straightforward. I've hired others who show up and start adding things. He did exactly what he stated on the phone. Refreshing experience overall. Highly recommend! Thank you Andre & Metro Carpet Care. read more

GREAT contact - so happy I found this vendor. Andre was on time, communicative, clean and professional. He was done with my one room cleaning in less than 30 minutes (maybe less- I got occupied with TV) . took the time to explain the procedure to me and the products he would use. Room smelled great afterwards (not the usual wet carpet smell) Shirley, the woman who answered my call to schedule this appt, was patient and again, very communicative and professional. Unlike other carpet companies I have worked with, THIS company really appreciates their customers. read more

This man and his crew are SO SWEET! Be careful when you're calling places that they're actual the local business they're trying to look like, this one is close by, Ask to speak with the owner, Andre. He went over the rooms, average sized vs the master, I explained there was a large living room but it's a VERY large living room, so when he arrived he explained that if we had him back in the future he'd have to add a little extra but since he gave me a price after I said it was a larger room the price wouldn't change today. It's a big house for my grandparents who are in their 90's and people always try to take advantage so they have me arrange any work to be done now. Makes me feel extra responsible for finding good people (sadly seems harder these days). I keep a list and add to it when I find that honest auto mechanic, electrician, etc. and this guy's going on it, actually a kind man who does great work and keeps his word! Thank you Andre! We'll be seeing you again:) read more

Hands down the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I have 3 dogs and really needed my carpets cleaned and disinfected. There were stains from them tracking in dirt etc. They treated the carpets with different solutions and by the end of their job my carpets look like néw. I am so happy I found them. They were thorough, so friendly and professional, and very reasonably priced. They gained a customer for life. Thanks metro! read more

This is the second time I have used Metro and I'm always amazed! I scheduled on Yelp which was a breeze and only took a few minutes. I was the one who had delayed replies and ask for multiple days... I couldn't make up my mind on when to do it. SORRY! Andre is so amazing! He walked us through what he was going to do and told us it was best to put the kitties in the bathroom because of the pre-soak spray (that's what I call it). He was so friendly and quick!!! The price is also better than most - I asked for quotes all around and they were definitely the most reasonable. I will definitely keep using them. read more

So happy with my rug and sofa! They look and smell brand new. Andre and Shirley were very helpful and friendly. They are honest and upfront about their cost and services, and also very punctual. What a great company. read more

Great, friendly, professional service. We had another company clean our carpets and they did a poor job, leaving lots of sticky soap in the carpets. Andre came with an assistant and they knew what to do, even had a strategy to minimize a coffee stain that won't completely go away given how deep it is in the carpet. Shirley was pleasant as well, in making the appointment. We will definitely use their services again. read more

My wife and I called up Metro carpet care after our previously-booked cleaner was a no-show. The person who picked up on that Friday morning said that Andre would come around 5pm that day. Andre came at 5pm and was extremely nice. He was quick, friendly, and very polite. We live in a condo so he brought a portable cleaner with organic cleaning chemicals. We talked through the order of rooms that we wanted to do and the cleaning also included our large sectional sofa, which was the lion's share of the cost since it is so labor-intensive. What impressed me most is that near the end of the cleaning, Andre was running out of liquid. Mind you this is 7pm on a Friday evening. He did the awesome thing and stopped cleaning and COMPLETELY refilled the steam cleaner with liquid. No half-assing here. He was done in 2.5 hours after a full vacuum, spray, and steam cleaning of 3 rooms and our couch. He was incredibly professional and I will not hesitate to use him in the future and recommend him to others. read more

I have been using Metro Carpet Care for YEARS! The service is consistent, as is their work. They go over and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. You will have no doubts; this IS the best carpet care I have used and trust me, I've used plenty of companies before finding Metro. Very reasonable and can always accommodate to my schedule. A+ work here!! Plus, they are a small family owned company and I support small business. And I believe you should too. :) read more

3rd time using these team! This time around instead of carpet I had my kitchen and tiles cleaned. I can't tell you how awesome it looks. My once black grout in the kitchen is now tan like newly laid tiles. Andre is still awesome! Very personable, easy to talk to and most of all honest! I'm particular about paying for professional cleaning. Andre made sure I was happy with the work done. He even came back a second time, no extra charge for the grout. What can I say, I'm a slave driver. Will definitely use this group over and over; if it's not obvious already. :) read more

Couldn't have asked for a better service and group of people to do business with. Shirley made sure I had every detail needed to let me know that the price and process would be what I wanted, didn't try to over or under sell anything and called to confirm things with me multiple times even though she had a cold. My technician was ANDRE who is maybe the nicest person I've ever met, just in general, and he did a great job. Didn't take long either. Can't recommend them enough! read more

My kids destroyed my new micro-fiber couch. Everything from yogurt, crayon, lasagna, pastas, and fried chicken have found a seat. Moreover, my toddler likes to bring dirt in from the backyard and "play" on the ottoman! Geesh, kids! Anyway, Metro came and in an hour I had my beautiful couch set back again! Now...if he can only help me train my kids! GREAT WORK! read more

I have never had carpet. I loathe carpet because it needs to be cleaned and i prefer wood however i am a new mom and rented an apartment fully carpeted;( Its beige. I Called Metro Carpet Care because they're in the area. A delightfully jolly generous man named Andre came knocking at my door with in 20 minutes My spotted with coffee jelly formula urine you name it was beautifully Beige again. His super power fan had it dried in less then 30 min and it's a huge living room. He also did my glider which I assumed had no hope and it was amazing! He has been back twice and every time I just want to roll around on the carpeted floor I never thought I'd have. Thank you so much Metro Carpet Care and most of all Andre for giving me a love for carpet and a sparkelingly clean one at that !!!!! read more

I hired Metro Carpet Care to clean my office carpets at The Hollywood Production Center in Glendale and from start to finish Andre was off the charts professional, did a great job and had reasonable prices. Also, the water in his machine post cleaning was as black as espresso..........so much needed, and a testament to power of their equipment. Do not think about it another second, and just give Metro a call. You will not regret it! read more

Shirley and Andre were great! I contacted them via Yelp and they were very responsive and professional. I was looking to have my carpet cleaned along with 8 fabric chairs and happened to give Metro Carpet Care a call. Right from the start, they were very professional and personable when scheduling a service appointment. I called on a Wednesday spoke with Shirley and she was able to schedule me the VERY NEXT DAY!? Met up with Andre and I showed him around my office building. ABSOLUTELY wonderful person to work with, I can't stress that enough. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! How can you beat that? Andre explained to me the services he will be performing and was very thorough with his work. He also gave me the option of using his truck mounted equipment or a portable one. Since my office building is located in a odd spot, Andre had to use his portable unit, which worked out really well. Thank you Shirley for responding to my calls/emails! We've used metro carpet care 3 times, they are that good. Before we moved into an older 1923 home that had carpets we called metro carpet care and experienced their incredible service for the first time. Scheduling was easy, they are super friendly and so thorough! They put in furniture lifts on legs so that the carpet won't get damaged and they wore booties the entire time they were in the home. I've the course of time, we got 2 puppies who we had to potty train and of curse they had accidents so we called metro care again and they were even more impressive. They deep cleaned the carpets, walked us through after care and gave us tips to avoid dogs accidents again. Lastly, our office moved into a new place and the carpets are industrial and in need of deep cleaning and metro care outdid themselves once again! Some of the spots were tough to take out but they never gave up. I recommend metro carpet care. They're well priced and go above and beyond for their customers. read more

I'm expecting a new baby soon and wanted a "clean slate" on my carpets (which have seen their fair share of dirt, potty training accidents from kid #1, and hairball vomit from my 2 cats).
