I found JW Floor Care through Yelp. I went through the projects feature and couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I requested a quote, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous. He came out promptly to provide an estimate, and within a week, the job was underway. Justin cleaned both my carpets and tile grout and WOW, what a difference! He arrived on time, worked diligently, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every stain was gone. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. This is not easy work, but he handled it like a pro, scrubbing the tile by hand and making sure everything looked spotless. He's a one-man operation, but don't let that fool you, he delivers top-notch service. His pricing is very reasonable, and the results were worth every penny. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and is very knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning our carpet and rugs. A big shout out to Justin for doing a great job with our 2 white sofas. When you have a dog who loves to run up against the couch and their natural oils get embedded into the fabric, it's not an easy job to clean. We have tried other upholstery cleaners with no success. Perfect experience with JW Floor Care. Pricing was great, communication was perfect and the job was done above my expectations. For reference we have a 20 year old couch that we just won't replace yet because of grandchild in the house who's still young and makes messes. After they were done being thoroughly cleaned they looked awesome!! He also did my husbands recliner and it looked good as new! We will be hiring JW Floor Care again in the future for our marble table (yes he does that too!) read more

We experienced great communication with scheduling our job, cleaning couch and kitchen tile floor. Justin came the next day after my inquiry. He arrived on time and performed a great job cleaning our large sectional and small kitchen floor for a very reasonable price. There was no upsell or renegotiation. Justin was responsive, honest and his prices are incredibly reasonable. We just purchased a home in Porter Ranch with beige tile. The grout was almost a dark dark grey. By the time Justin was done, the floor / tile / grout was a completely different shade of color. He mentioned it was a bit dirtier than he expected, so he went over everything twice just to make sure it was covered. Turns out the grout was supposed to be a light beige. We will be calling on him for now on! read more

Justin is friendly and provides the best value out there. He brought my $2K gaming chair and other office chair back to life. He even went above and beyond by cleaning my floor tile. All this for $80! I really don't think you can find better value anywhere else in Simi Valley. I'll be deferring to Justin for all future cleaning services! read more

Highly recommend Justin! Quick response to my inquiry, fair pricing, service was exactly what I requested and exceeded my expectations.

JW Floor Care is a pleasure to work with. We just closed escrow on a property and my agent recommended to have the floor cleaned prior to moving in. I searched Yelp and requested quotes from all the local 5 stars businesses. Justin of JW Floor Care was by far the most responsive, informative, and upfront with pricing and expectation. He was on time to the initial assessment, took his time to explain the process of steaming clean and sealing my floor, and provided a quote with detailed description of service. One day prior to our appointment he reached out to confirm scope of work and time of arrival. He showed up on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day without even taking a lunch break. I was at work and completely trusted him alone on my property. I returned home to inspect my floor and was absolutely amazed with the before and after results. Justin is a magician! I would definitely recommend his services. He's nice, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. The quality of work speaks for itself in the pictures and video. read more
