My apartment complex uses this company a lot and they came in today to clean my carpet after a leak. Really nice couple. They quickly did what they had to do and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them and as a small business owner myself I was happy to see a family owned business coming to help. I really appreciate their time and effort! read more

Miguel & Melissa are the BEST Better Carpet cleaners!! I got a new puppy a year ago and needless to say, she's had many many accidents while being potty trained. I needed help ASAP and contacted Better Carpet Clean via Yelp and Miguel replied within 30 minutes AND was available the next day to come and clean my living room, stairs, hallway, master bedroom, sofa and love seat. They did an amazing job!! Making my carpets bright like when I first moved in my house and smelling puppy free(no worries, I still have my puppy). They are professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again. read more

Thanks Melissa. You did a great job. I appreciate your hard work. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service.

Just had our carpets cleaned and Miguel and his wife did a fantastic job. They are just lovely, friendly people that care about doing a great job. We walked through the house and discussed some tricky spots. They explained the whole process and promptly went to work. Our carpets had some tough spots, but they did a great job getting them out! I can highly recommend this team. read more

Highly recommend Miguel and Melissa! They are a husband and wife partnership- which I think is great. First of all, they were able to accommodate an afternoon appointment when other carpet cleaners said that they do not work in the afternoon! They also finished the cleaning in a timely manner. Before they left, Miguel was a true professional and reassured me that they wanted to know in case I have any concerns with their work. Good people and good work- that can be a difficult combination to find these days. Thanks! Make sure you give them a try too. read more

I got several quotes for cleaning 2 rooms and a hallway. Was impressed with the detailed quote and service. The carpets look 100% better. They were on time and everything went smooth. read more

They did a great job cleaning my hallway, bedroom, and staircase carpets. I was impressed by their attention to detail in identifying areas that needed more attention and when they put pieces of plastic under the legs of chairs and small tables to protect the carpet as it dried. They were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently. My carpets looked wonderful after they finished. I definitely plan to use them again. read more

Update: I forgot to get their names (my bad), but I hired these guys again to clean our master bedroom and they were phenomenal! Super fast. Super clean. Attention to detail, helped me move stuff, and super thorough. In and out, with a sparkling clean carpet. 10/10 would recommend and hire again! Miguel cleaned our place in an hour and the bedroom carpet is sparkling clean! I would definitely call him again for our next carpet clean. He seems like a good guy and deserves our business! He showed up one day after I messaged him on Yelp and responded promptly with a quote. He was able to fit us in the next day! Good thing because our roommate just moved in and wanted to clean before moving her thing read more

The best service at a fair price!! My couches look new. They came masked and were very professional. Highly recommend!

I bought a used couch without realizing how horrible the dog smell was. I tried cleaning it myself and hired a normal cleaning service and the smell was still there. I called better carpet cleaning and they saved me!!! They came and did a full assessment like I've never seen. They were extremely honest and friendly while being professional. They are also incredibly knowledgeable of fabrics and different pet smells that were causing the smell. I was worried to pay another service to clean the couch but I am SO glad I found this company. They took their time cleaning and were determined to help me. There is absolutely no more dog smell. Highly recommend to anyone!! read more

Miguel and his wife were so great. They responded very quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote and did a great job. We had an upholstered chair that we thought was all but ruined and then Miguel came and it looks some new. Thank you so much! read more

BCC responded to my quote request within minutes and the quote compared to others I received was highly competitive. Miguel was very friendly and professional. I have not had my carpet cleaned in several years and I have a pet who has left some unfortunate accidents throughout those years, so there were quite a few tough stains I didn't think would come out. It's been several days since the cleaning and the carpet has thoroughly dried - it looks beautiful and practically brand new and I'm extremely happy. I highly recommend Better Carpet Clean and I can guarantee I'll be calling them again in the future. Thank you! read more

I wanted to give a shout-out out to Miguel at Better Carpet Clean who did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my carpets. This picture shows clean vs dirty while he was working. I contacted him through Yelp and he quickly responded with a price quote. What sold me is he has a truck mounted steam cleaner, which is way stronger than a regular carpet shampooer and uses NON-TOXIC products. Plus, he was super nice, professional & affordable. As someone who also works by word of mouth, I feel like it's my duty to share my great experience. I highly recommend Miguel if you need your carpets cleaned in the Los Angeles area. read more

Better Carpet Clean - Dirty vs clean - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Simi Valley, California

Had to get my carpet cleaned after moving out of my last apartment and Miguel did a great job! I forgot what my carpet was supposed to look like and he made it look good as new. He also patched a piece of burned carpet and I couldn't even tell where the burn once was. Don't hesitate to use this company! read more

Miguel and his wife Melissa created an appointment at my convenience. They called ahead to give me an ETA and were on time to the minute. I had two large club chairs cleaned and I couldn't be more pleased. Their work was thorough, tidy and efficient. These are expensive chairs so I wanted a professional to handle them. Mission accomplished. Price quoted was the price paid. I will definitely use them again. Richard M. read more

Miguel provided excellent service at an affordable price. I'll definitely be calling them back for my carpet cleaning needs.

After having my 10' x 14' carpet steam cleaned, it's apparent Miguel and Melissa take pride in cleaning so the end product is what you expect. You need this team cleaning your home and cleaning your rugs and carpets! They even cleaned my daughter's car seats beautifully. I like how they were upfront about the limits of what their machines, their cleaners, and their abilities are capable of doing, based on the material they are cleaning and the extent and depth of the stain. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. I recommend them highly. On top of everything, they're just nice people! read more

Great service! Miguel really cares about quality and service above all else. He was punctual, polite and did a great job. Highly recommend.

From the very beginning BCC has given great customer service. I was browsing for a carpet cleaning company and they were fast in response, and were able to quote me on my one room cleaning. They require a 2 room minimum, and because they were so affordable, I agreed to deep clean 3 rooms! We were able to set a time, and they arrived promptly. The staff was very polite, and during the walk through before the actual carpet cleaning, they very clear of what they would do, and even helped me carry some of the furniture off of the carpet (I broke my foot and in a cast.) They finished 3 rooms in less than 2 hours, and were very thorough. I was very surprised of all the stains and dirt removed! I will definitely use BCC again, and I'd like to request the two that came to my location, because they were very professional, and awesome! read more
