This company came and cleaned my grout, master bedroom carpet and our couch a few months ago. To start off my husband and I are anally clean so for the most part nothing was trashed. The couch is 6 years old so needed help but the grout and carpet were not that bad. The master bathroom tile was exactly the same as before they came and had dirty patches. They said it would go away as it dried but it hasn't and the shower doesn't look good either and this weekend we are scrapping out the grout and replacing. If they couldn't clean it that's fine but I wish they would have told us. The couch they did a good job on and we'll get a few more years out of it. read more

Mike and his assistant came by today and provided an estimate. Despite the fact his price was around $45 more than I was hoping to pay, I trusted the previous Yelp reviews and purchased his services. Mike did an extremely thorough job. He moved furniture where needed and even moved my plastic office chair mat to clean underneath. During the 3 hour cleaning both gentlemen were professional and friendly. The carpets look amazing and I'm very happy with the service. The equipment he uses is very impressive as you can see from a before/after photo I took of the stairs. He also put extra time into the higher traffic areas and displayed a true passion for quality cleaning. I recommend Trust Carpet & Tile if you're looking for a seriously good cleaning. As I am inside the house trying to figure it out, the owner of Trust Carpet rang the doorbell. He saw what happened while doing a job up the street. Initially, I called Trust Carpet Cleaning to get an estimate to clean the tile in my house because they are supporters of the Free Clinic of Simi Valley. Also, some friends that I know in the property management business said that they were really good. The tile grout in my house was a dark taupe color. Trust gave me an excellent quote. I hired them. Amazing service! We originally purchased a livingsocial deal for another company and when they came out they wanted to charge me over $250 more for "heavily stained" carpet, which was not the case. I called Trust a few days later and scheduled an estimate and cleaning appointment. Danielle was so nice and really eased my mind on the phone after the incident with the last company. My appointment was scheduled on a Saturday between 9 - 9:30am. The tech arrived at 9:05 and after looking at the carpets and measuring, he gave me an estimate that was 1/3 of the price of the other company. The tech worked REALLY hard and was very professional. It did take him quite a few hours, but it was well worth it. The carpets looked almost brand new and having two small kids and two dogs that is pretty much a miracle. Mike and his assistant came out to clean my very old white carpet. The carpet was badly stained from our very sick little dog. I did not expect the stains to come out completely. Other carpet cleaners who have tried could not remove the stains - they would always wick back up as the carpet dried. It's been over a week and the carpets still look great.
