There's an old saying in the service business: "Good, fast, affordable. Pick any two." Mike at Trust Carpet & Tile Cleaning somehow manages to deliver all three. Mike responded promptly to our request to clean a large white sectional sofa, did an excellent job, and charged a fair, reasonable price. There's a reason he has so many satisfied customers. We're fortunate to have a local small business of this caliber in our community. Thanks, Mike. See you next time! read more

We just had our carpets cleaned by Mike and they turned out great!!! We have very old berber carpet that I just assumed was old and icky and he came in and assured me it can last a lifetime - boy he did not disappoint! It looks soooo good!! He was so easy to make an appt with and showed up exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend him!! read more

This company came and cleaned my grout, master bedroom carpet and our couch a few months ago. To start off my husband and I are anally clean so for the most part nothing was trashed. The couch is 6 years old so needed help but the grout and carpet were not that bad. The master bathroom tile was exactly the same as before they came and had dirty patches. They said it would go away as it dried but it hasn't and the shower doesn't look good either and this weekend we are scrapping out the grout and replacing. If they couldn't clean it that's fine but I wish they would have told us. The couch they did a good job on and we'll get a few more years out of it. read more

Mike and his assistant came by today and provided an estimate. Despite the fact his price was around $45 more than I was hoping to pay, I trusted the previous Yelp reviews and purchased his services. Mike did an extremely thorough job. He moved furniture where needed and even moved my plastic office chair mat to clean underneath. During the 3 hour cleaning both gentlemen were professional and friendly. The carpets look amazing and I'm very happy with the service. The equipment he uses is very impressive as you can see from a before/after photo I took of the stairs. He also put extra time into the higher traffic areas and displayed a true passion for quality cleaning. I recommend Trust Carpet & Tile if you're looking for a seriously good cleaning. If you're looking to save a buck you might want to look elsewhere but hey.. you get what you pay for. 5 stars! read more

Showed on time and did a great job! Would highly recommend. My only problem with the day was I didn't tip.

Trust Carpet Cleaning... A++++!!! When I called Mike I wasn't even sure if our carpets were cleanable, he came out for a free consult and was very honest. Our carpet's cheap and old and shows every spot we've ever gotten from our 2 busy boys and a big stinky bulldog. On our appt. day he was here right on time, no bs, straight to work, and never tried to get more than what he originally quoted us. What Mike did was amazing! Our carpet is a completely different color now. It's fresh and CLEAN and soft. He worked very hard to make sure things were done right and we didn't have to put the kids up for collateral to get it done, VERY good price! I'm thrilled and have new love for a carpet that I had TOTALLY hated. Thank you Mike! read more

HAVE to give a shout out to Trust Carpet and Tile Cleaning here in Simi!! During the winds today, my son's motorcycle blew down and I had NO idea how to get it back upright. As I am inside the house trying to figure it out, the owner of Trust Carpet rang the doorbell. He saw what happened while doing a job up the street. Not only did he get the bike upright, he moved it into the driveway with the hopes that my truck would block the wind and put it in an area that if it happened again, the bike would go down in the grass instead of the pavement again. He went above and beyond and came to my rescue!! Thank you so much again!! You were my hero today!! read more

Just completed my 2nd cleaning with this company. We have lived in our house for 4 years now and with 2 small kids, a puppy and plenty of carpet in nearly every part of the house; we've had the opportunity to try a few local carpet companies. What had me hooked is his honesty. I ask about things that might be considered an add-on and he tells me truthfully if it would realistically be helpful for the type of carpet we have or not. He gives me wonderful advice on how to take care of future stains and assures me that I can always call him with any questions. Prices are totally reasonable and I truly trust his opinion. read more

Mike showed up on time and did an outstanding job. He was professional and got to work immediately. Our office carpet was really stained and I did not expect some of the stains to come out, but Mike was able to extract every stain out of the carpet. I recommend them and they have great prices too. read more

This is the BEST company around to clean the floors, couches and everything you have. They did an AMAZING job the first time and we even had them over again to clean the couch after the dog had an accident on it. The best thing about Mike and his company was that he taught us how to maintain our floors, what to use for spot cleaning and what products to stay away from. If you want the most TRUSTWORTHY company out there then you found them. Mike came when he said he was and did everything we needed him to do and more!! I called everyone out there and THIS IS THE COMPANY to use - hands down the BEST PLACE and we are SOOOOO glad we found Mike and his company!! ** This is an updated review as the first one was 5-stars also. The reason for the update is because this is the second time we called Mike out to clean and I will keep calling him for all my tile and couch cleaning needs! AMAZING!!!!! read more

I called and spoke with Mike. Then his wife called me back and I'm so glad that she did! This is a mom & pop shop and I support their business. A very nice and caring couple that do good work. I had a custom made rug that they cleaned for me as well as an antique handmade Persian rug. They both turned out fantastic and we couldn't be happier! This is American entrepreneurship at it's best. I would highly recommend them to all friends and family as they are quality people that are trustworthy and do good work. read more

Initially, I called Trust Carpet Cleaning to get an estimate to clean the tile in my house because they are supporters of the Free Clinic of Simi Valley. Also, some friends that I know in the property management business said that they were really good. The tile grout in my house was a dark taupe color. Trust gave me an excellent quote. I hired them. My tile grout is now back to its original white/light grey. I was super impressed about the cleanliness of the tile and the no hassle, honest way that Mike carried out the work. A week later, I became even more impressed when my house cleaners, who come every 4 weeks, thought that I had re-tiled the whole house. Thanks Trust! read more

Amazing service! We originally purchased a livingsocial deal for another company and when they came out they wanted to charge me over $250 more for "heavily stained" carpet, which was not the case. I called Trust a few days later and scheduled an estimate and cleaning appointment. Danielle was so nice and really eased my mind on the phone after the incident with the last company. My appointment was scheduled on a Saturday between 9 - 9:30am. The tech arrived at 9:05 and after looking at the carpets and measuring, he gave me an estimate that was 1/3 of the price of the other company. The tech worked REALLY hard and was very professional. It did take him quite a few hours, but it was well worth it. The carpets looked almost brand new and having two small kids and two dogs that is pretty much a miracle. If you ever need your carpets cleaned call Trust, you will not regret it! read more

Mike and his assistant came out to clean my very old white carpet. The carpet was badly stained from our very sick little dog. I did not expect the stains to come out completely. Other carpet cleaners who have tried could not remove the stains - they would always wick back up as the carpet dried. It's been over a week and the carpets still look great. There is only a faint outline left on a couple of the really bad stains, but all the others are gone. I would definitely use Trust again. read more

I was totally incensed by my first quote! The man came in and acted like a condescending freak! Quoted me 75.00 on the phone then over 500.00 in my home. After being thrown out, he came offering 200.00! I called Trust ( very gun shy) and Danielle made me feel Sooo great and totally empathized with my trauma!! She promised that her husband would come out and tell it to me Straight! I still had reservations.. Then my mom came home with RAVING REVIEWS about Trust! She heard about them from the YMCA and from "FOR THE TROOPS" where she volunteers! Mike and Paul came and were FLAWLESS!! Do yourself a favor.. For honesty and an AMAZING JOB!! Call these people... FIRST!!! read more

Time crunch and dirty tile flooring, during a stressful household move?? Mike called me back quickly and squeezed us into the schedule to meet our needs. Mike was really friendly and did such a nice job cleaning our carpets! I highly recommend Trust Carpet. I will definitely use them again!

Since we moved into our home in 2016, Trust Carpet & Tile Cleaning has been our go-to company for all our deep cleaning needs - from carpets to tile and upholstery - and I can genuinely say that I am a forever customer of theirs! Their customer service has been on-point every single time with their responsiveness being so quick, their over-the-phone assessments of our cleaning needs being super thorough, and their communication being so good that I know exactly what to expect and how to prepare our home for a smooth and thorough deep clean. They are superb at remembering their customers and make you feel like you are their only priority when it's very likely they have tons of customers and their work never stops. What prompted me to leave my review this time around was that Trust went out of their way to fit my upholstery cleaning into their schedule after my new cat accidentally urinated on our custom couch. I called Trust minutes before their closing time, and Mike took the time to ask me exactly what happened, gave me suggestions on what I can do to help my situation immediately, then MADE the time (during this full and busy holiday time) to come by my home the very next morning to turnaround a same-day upholstery cleaning so we had a clean couch to sit on come Thanksgiving. Trust Carpet & Tile Cleaning is a gem of a company, and they will always have my family's business. read more

In addition to the absolutely fantastic service they provide, extremely reasonable pricing and top notch customer service, my tile and carpet look brand new! Perfect name for this company because you can TRUST that you will will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!! read more
