He was cleaning my mother's home that I was getting ready to sell, and there were several terrible stains that had been there for a long time and Alex did his magic and did an amazing job getting them out. Craig is a great communicator. We had an appointment but unfortunately his truck broke down. He promptly texted and then called me around the time he was suppose to arrive and explained the situation. We rescheduled for the next day and everything went great. I was able to go into work for the day. Time is valuable and he completely respects your time! Craig walked through the areas we needed cleaning; our carpet, kitchen floor tiles, counter tiles, and an island's travertine tiles. Craig explained the process in which they would tackle specific areas, provided an estimate. It took about 2 to 3 hours to complete the job. Alex did the job and the carpets look great. The kitchen floor looks brand new. They were tainted yellowish colors and they now match the freshly painted slight blue grey color. I am happy with the results and clear communication.
