I cannot recommend Magnum Power Clean . Alex was amazing to work with. His prices were very straightforward so it was easy to tell what a job would cost. He was cleaning my mother's home that I was getting ready to sell, and there were several terrible stains that had been there for a long time and Alex did his magic and did an amazing job getting them out. He's a great guy and very enthusiastic about the science of getting stains out and really takes his work seriously. I can't recommend Alex and Magnum power clean more. The carpets look beautiful. read more

They did a great job! They came on time, and told us what to expect. Alex put protection on the corners so that the hoses wouldn't rub against them. They cleaned the travertine tile in our large kitchen and small bathroom. They also cleaned the ceramic tile in the guest bathroom. The rooms look so much brighter because of the floor cleaning! So happy I was recommended to them. I recommend them now. read more

Very good service did a great job reliable great customer service and good price thank you .

Craig is a great communicator. We had an appointment but unfortunately his truck broke down. He promptly texted and then called me around the time he was suppose to arrive and explained the situation. We rescheduled for the next day and everything went great. I was able to go into work for the day. Time is valuable and he completely respects your time! Craig walked through the areas we needed cleaning; our carpet, kitchen floor tiles, counter tiles, and an island's travertine tiles. Craig explained the process in which they would tackle specific areas, provided an estimate. It took about 2 to 3 hours to complete the job. Alex did the job and the carpets look great. The kitchen floor looks brand new. They were tainted yellowish colors and they now match the freshly painted slight blue grey color. I am happy with the results and clear communication. I can recommend Magnum Power Clean for carpet and tile cleaning services. They also offer addition custodial and cleaning services as well. read more

I've been using Magnum Power Cleaners for over 10 years. They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and best of all, they get my carpets looking as if they were brand new! I've had them out when my carpets were dirty from cat puke, dog doo-doo, make up, and just plain ground in dirt and they are always immaculate when they are done. I've been too ill these past two years to have them come, so when I called Craig to set up the appointment I was nervous about how dirty things were. He showed up, never passed any judgement about how long it had been or how bad it was, did the job with Alex, and my house is amazing again. I will always use them! read more

Craig and Alex were absolutely fantastic in a pinch ! Professional, quick, and effective. Alex got our dogs diarrhea stains out of an almost $10,000 persian rug with just 20 mins of work. They came back to back days and within hours of both incidents. Thanks guys, will be using you for more regular maintenance cleaning. read more

No call back after 2 calls. I hope they can continue to do business, but, ignoring customer calls is not good.

My carpet was a disaster, my poor little dog was so old and confused in the end she never made it to the pad. After her passing I had to clean away all the reminders of her not so great days. Thank you Craig, my carpets look better than when I moved in (landlord sucks). My apartment is so small that I just had to pay the minimum fee, which was definitely worth it. It is a small part of everything that's helping me get through the loss of my Baby girl. read more

I was referred to Craig by Dale from Puro Clean when my washing machine flooded the house. After my light green carpets dried, there was a large stiff brown stain where the water had washed something up from underneath. I made the appointment with Craig to come out after all had dried sufficiently. Alex showed up exactly on time and took a look at the mess. I was afraid I would have to install new carpet but Alex felt he could clean it up and he did. The work was totally professional and immaculately done. Great people to work with! They have my future business!! read more

I have been using Magnum Power Clean for about 10 years and I must say that working with Craig Toth has been an absolute pleasure. I love the fact that he is trustworthy, professional and makes you feel like a friend. I have referred him to friends and family for that very reason. I love the fact that he is so accommodating and can get to us in just a matter of a few days unless it is an emergency he will make it work. One of the best things I like is that he seems to always be on time and it seems to me that that is a rarity these days. I can't recommend Magnum Power Clean enough I know you won't be disappointed. read more
