Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! I did work with a to-the-trade showroom to provide Larry with the fabric, it's from the Holly Hunt Great Outdoors Collection, the fabric's name is "Journey", color is "Clover". Our high-end fabric combined with Larry's work (at very reasonable pricing and NO petty up-charges) has given us a brand new sofa and for half the price with twice the quality.
