I had my carpets cleaned last week by another company called Certified Cleaning Pros . I had my carpets cleaned before and I noticed a big difference. It looked like they just did the surface . All the stains were still there . I was recommended to Quality Carpet Cleaning and had my carpets cleaned once again a week after . Robert came and was so efficient and awesome . He showed me the bucket of water after he cleaned and it was black . He did an amazing job . I will recommend Quality Carpet cleaning to everyone. I am very appreciative . Victor read more

Do not trust this company!!!! They have threatened my family, given out all of my information and are spreading lies that we are refusing to pay. We asked for a different form of payment where I didn't have to give my full credit card information over the phone because clearly they are dangerous!!! Do not give them any of your information, their service was not worth it read more

Quality Carpet Cleaning - One of the many threatening calls we received from this company - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Glendale, California

Mark was very communicative and the technician was friendly and great as well. Prices are reasonable too and I can see why they've earned so many good reviews on here. I called 10 companies for quotes and for them to explain what they do and ended up going with QCC. Would be happy to be a repeat customer in the future, along with giving them a call can also use their easy to use website for a quote which saves a lot of time too read more

First let me say that Robert, the gentleman that did my mother's carpet was an incredibly polite, respectful, and professional Individua. If he's an indication of the work ethic at Quality Carpet Cleaning, then please make them your first choice in carpet cleaning service. My mother's carpet looks incredible, the service was quick and efficient. Please let Robert know how much his patience and professionalism was appreciated. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Had this company scheduled for a week. Explicitly told them when I scheduled that I work full time M-F & asked for a weekend. They scheduled me for the following Saturday morning 8-10am. Got a call from them mid week asking if I can change the time between 1-3 pm on Saturday, but if not they'll have to figure something out with another technician (not my problem). I told them I would check with my husband & get back to them if it works. They called me 3 times during my work hours on the Friday before my appointment, I returned their call when I got off work around 6 pm leaving a message that I unfortunately couldn't change my other appointment on Saturday & didn't get a call back. They called me at 8 am the Saturday I had them scheduled completely canceling my appointment & saying they can get out Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Again, I had EXPLICITLY said I cannot do weekdays. If you're going to set up customers for a specific appointment, how about you make sure you have the proper manpower to run your business. Complete waste of my time & now I have to go call around to try to find same day service. read more

Quality Carpet Cleaning gave me a prompt and fair estimate to clean the carpets and a couch in a small 200 square foot office. Other companies had high minimums that didn't make any sense for smaller projects like ours, but Quality Carpet Cleaning came through. Robert was very professional and did a very thorough job cleaning the couch and carpets and the office looks great. Would use QCC again. read more

Mark was super nice, great communication, made things happen quickly! Scott was incredibly nice, friendly, experienced, and was able to repair a giant snag in our carpet. Looks great. Highly recommended! read more

Alex did an overall good job. Several stains were removed easily without extra charges. Thanks

Had a great experience from start to finish with Quality Carpet Cleaning. When I put out a message for pricing, I received and timely response along with a very competitive quote. They scheduled me in for an appointment and worked around my time constraints. The day of the appointment, Ryan arrived towards the beginning of my appointment window. He was courteous and professional. He took it upon himself to move a few lingering items off the floor (thank you) and had me check each room and area to ensure I was satisfied. He left the ceiling fans running in each room and instructed me to either open the windows or turn on the a/c. He was also adamant about my family and my safety, telling me where to lay down towels and such. Mark, who is either the owner or the manager, is responsive and communicative. He really knows how to treat his clients well! Thanks for an easy and smooth job well done. read more

We are longtime customers because Quality Carpet Cleaning does excellent work. Robert has cleaned our carpets, area rugs and sofa cushions. He is fast, efficient, knows what he is doing, makes recommendations when needed, and everything is spotless when he's done. Mark makes the appointments and is really knowledgable about his business. This is why we have been their customers for so many years. read more

I've been using quality carpet cleaners for years now and I always have amazing service. I finally decided to write a review today because the the customer service and the cleaning was beyond excellent. I had booked the appointment for the wrong day and called to ask Mark if there was anyway we could do it today And he said yes Gilberto came and did an amazing job on the carpets and was very nice read more

I've never gotten my couches professionally cleaned before, but after a few years of usage (they were second-hand couches to begin with), it was time to get them cleaned. I called a variety of companies, and Quality Carpet Cleaning had the best price. They also have a good Yelp deal going on right now. They gave me a quote over the phone based on a few questions (size of my couches, if I had pets, etc.) and were available the very next day!! They told me the cleaner would arrive between 10-12 in the morning, and the cleaner arrived around 11:45. It took a few hours but he did such a thorough job!! Be warned that the couches take a while to dry - I wasn't able to sit on them for about 24 hours and flipped the cushions every 3 hours to ensure they dried correctly. But LOOK at the before & after photo of my white couch to see the amazing change! Thank you Quality Cleaners for turning my couch white again!!!!! read more

I had a small area on the carpeting - literally just 4x6 - that needed to be cleaned because my cat had an accident. Not only did they charge me the $87 minimum, which is for at least 2 rooms, but actually had the nerve to charge me like 40 bucks extra for pet services, which consisted of him spraying some enzyme on the carpet (3 squirts) which he then promptly washed away with the carpet cleaning. First of all, enzymes for cat urine cost $25- 30 MAX for the whole bottle. They applied 3 squirts and charged an extra $40. Second, when you apply enzyme, you are supposed to apply it afterwards to let it do its job as it takes time to digest the urine etc. You are not supposed to clean it off. Regardless, given that they were doing such an extremely small space, the $87 should have been enough. Instead they charged me $120 total for a small patch - not a room, half a room or even quarter of a room but for a 4x6 mini patch. Really don't appreciate places with such business practices that have no shame and decency! read more

These guys put out a letter citing 2 rooms for $87 but it is too good to be true, apparently, that is only for "steaming" and for the "real" cleaning that is going to be $160 for one room + $60 per room.... So that got us off to a bad start. We had a few bad stains on the carpet which he did get out, overall he did an OK job but I just don't like how it feels like the entire industry is all about the upsell. If you are dealing with them over the phone, be sure to be very specific on exactly what you need done and what it will cost. If you are responding to any print ads they send out, again, you need to call them and be very specific in what you get. The ad I have is "creatively worded" for plausible deniability and upselling you. read more

Steve Cho was great with his work. My cat had torn up a bit of the carpet and he fixed it right up, efficiently with speed. He had arrived a couple minutes early than the time we agreed on which was great. He asked what happened and he got right to work as I told him what happened. I very much recommend this business. read more

Used the $75 for $125 deal and it was very affordable! Robert came early and was very communicative and straightforward. We had another cleaning person from a diff company come the other day to give a free estimate and they seemed so sketchy that we were hesitant to have someone else come, but, gladly, Robert was very pleasant! He explained the process and was very honest about the cleaning. My 2+ yr old couch lives w 2 humans and had 4 pets on it at one point so it was very dirty. We also bought it used. We just wanted to get it cleaned for guests that were coming inThey offered to sanitize it as well and we're glad we took them up on the offer! This company has good service and will give you the most affordable pricing. Recommend! read more

I called Quality Carpet Cleaning to ask if they did carpet stretching. I was told yes they did. I told them I had a small area in my bedroom that needed to be restretched. The area is about 3x4 feet . The technician came today for an estimate. For this small area he wanted $ 450. I was shocked. I had checked online about carpet stretching prices and for a single room 200 to 400 sq ft the average cost was between $ 40 -$80 A 1500 sq ft house was between $ 120 -$ 350 To quote me a price of $ 450 for a 3 ft x 4 ft section of my bedroom was ridiculous. I am a disabled senior citizen. Quoting me a price of $ 450 is outrageous. When I said no he technician said he could give me a 50% discount $ 225. This is not a good business practice. I will never use this company and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company. read more

Scheduling with Mark was quick and easy. Robert was on time, and COVID sensitive. He not only did a fast, thorough, and excellent job, he is a super-friendly man. Carpets dried fast. No weird residual smells. Perfectly, I only enjoyed my beautiful, fresh carpets for a few days then had both spilled wine AND cat puke "incidences." So, Mark was able to have Robert return SAME DAY I called. He redid the areas just as quickly and thoroughly as the first time around. Fully, highly, completely recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning. read more

Fantastic job! Arrived on time, polite and efficient, reasonable rates, and great results! My carpets needed attention! Like many of us in DTLA, I have a dog. Never, never hire Quality Carpet Cleaning Company everything about them is a scam and a lie. I called over 24 hours ahead to book an appointment. They said they would arrive between 3 and 5 pm the next day. Prior to arrival they called me 7 times to guarantee I would be there. This is an upscale building in a good area and carpet cleaning to be done in an empty apartment. They lied; no they never showed up. The tech called at 3 pm to let me know he would be there at 3:30 pm- At 4 p.m. I called the company to find out what happened. The phone woman said she would call me right back....no call back. I called again 4 times each time I was told that I would get a return call. No call was ever received, no work was ever done. Quality Carpet Cleaning Co. reeks of dishonesty and gets a sick pleasure of not showing up to do work. They are irresponsible. I do not believe they have a license and their business is a complete scam. Do not bother with this company; even if they ever show up they have no client respect or pride in their work. It is a disgrace they re allowed to say they work in Los Angeles. read more
