I recently hired Jose and Jose's Deep Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in a home I'm preparing to list for sale, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jose was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He was also very accommodating with my schedule, which I really appreciated. He and his crew did an outstanding job--the carpets look amazing and made a huge difference in the overall presentation of the home. I'm extremely happy with their work and highly recommend Jose and his team to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning services! read more

I waited a while to post because I wanted to see if my couch was as awesome one month later and...it still is!!!! It looks wonderful and smells good. Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe. Showed up like clockwork and were done in under 2-hours. I will try my best to keep my 2-pups off the sofa, bit who are we kidding...I know I will be calling them back for an annual cleaning. I wish I could give them 6-stars! read more

I had a one bedroom and living room carpet that needed to be cleaned and dried in less than a week. I searched for several close to the Memorial day weekend. The prices were somewhat similar. Jose's prices were probably in the middle of the pack. I decided to choose him because I liked his reviews and how he responded to my questions. His employee Candelerio came on time and did a terrific job. I liked how he took pics and videos and explained what he was doing. I would definitely use Jose's company again and I would definitely request Candelerio to do the job. read more

I definitely recommend Jose's Deep Carpet Cleaning. It was a same day recliner cleaning. Service was fast and reliable. I spoke to Jose in the morning by 2:00 they were done and out. This is the 2nd time I've hired Jose's Deep Carpet Cleaning. Over the near 30 days since the 1st time trying their services, my apartment has been totally reconfigured (via professional organizers/decluttering,) now with more carpet space uncovered. I've had a Team of various industry come through and thought it best to do another deep carpet cleaning, plus upholstery cleaning of 3 couches, and 2 ottoman. The same team of Javier and Genovy came at 8:00am and ready to work. They are professional and hard working. They completed the job at 12:15pm. I am very pleased with their results. I tipped them $20 each as money for lunch. I highly recommend this Team of Javier and Genovy, without reservations, and the company Jose's Deep Carpet Cleaning. read more

Jose's Deep Carpet Cleaning IS THE BEST!!!! Alexander and Geovany are excellent at their job and spent several hours removing stains on our old carpets that have been there for a long long time and other carpet cleaners refused to touch . Good communication so far. No quotes yet he do an on-site visit soon for an accurate quote.

TLDR: Great, professional cleaning service. We had a party, and someone got sick on our white (I know...) couch and rug. Let's just say... tomato salsa, chips, and red wine pollock. We took a 2HR stab at cleaning it, and did..... okay. THAT smell was still there. Called Jose for a deep cleaning, and his team came out the next day. The FIRST thing they did was check fabrics. Apparently, according to friends, this is RARE. Jose's team called in to double check on the best approach that would clean the couch without damaging it. Once they got the OK, the were done in about 1hr. Very reasonable price for a great job. read more

Honest review!!! I found Jose's Deep cleaning here on Yelp choose him out of many others. Let me tell you I am not disappointed! Not only was he super responsive and friendly, but the magic his team worked on my damaged carpet?? Amazing. Huge shout out to Javier and Giovanni I believe his name was? They were both so kind, so understanding, so efficient! Will definitely keep them in my contacts for future projects. If you need a good job done then hit Jose up! Pics of my disaster and the great job they did. read more

Jose's Team responded to our last minute decision to perform an interior cleaning leading to a BIG family event. His ability to work with our schedule is what makes a professional service provider exemplary. His Team performed exceptional work in cleaning our carpet, kitchen tile, and area rug. They moved all the agreed upon furniture pieces with care and concern. His prices were reasonable and realistic, not "lowball" teaser rates. We found our future service provider..!! read more

The process from start to finish was seamless. Staff was professional and communication was exemplary. Pricing was competitive but chose this company because they picked up and delivered. Within 1 hour of sending my Yelp message, I received a response from Jose. He was informative, kind and eager to be of service. Jose made sure that no question was left unanswered, to over communicate and reassured me that whatever I decide will fit my schedule. In today's world where many businesses don't go "the extra mile", I must commend Jose for doing that and more. His team arrived 15 minutes early, also over communicated what they were going to do and how long it would take. Price was reasonable for 1,200 sq ft condo + sofa. Call Jose! read more

Our pull-out sectional sofa was long overdue for a cleaning -- plus our puppy had soiled one of the cushions. Jose's team came out in a very short time, set up in our living room, and cleaned the couch inside and out. I've used Jose's Deep Carpet Cleaning in 2021 and in 2024 to clean my custom couch as I have pets that will get it dirty and smelly over time. They are always quick to respond to quotes over Yelp and via text. I was able to get scheduled within a couple days and they were able to clean my couch within 2 hours! Very professional, friendly, they wore shoe coverings in my no shoe household which was nice. They made sure that everything around would not be damaged and stayed dry once they were done. Jose was incredibly communicative and helpful through the whole process. We hired them to deep clean our upholstery and rugs coming out of the Eaton Fire because of the smoke damage to our home. Excellent job cleaning my carpet and sofas. Great service and outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Jose did a great job, the team was professional and they took care of all the problems with a quick turnaround

They truly do care about their mission and service. We had a major chocolate stain and they were able to get it out ! They asked good questions ahead of time and shared guidance on pre-cleaning preparations. Overall they managed our expectations well in terms of the results. Price was pretty reasonable and service was quick and efficient with kind staff. They were able to coordinate an appt time quickly and the team members arrived in the time window they shared. Overall process took ~60-70m. We live in an apartment and got a noise complaint - it's unavoidable, so be sure to let your building managers know ahead of time. read more
