I created a yelp inquiry and went with ihor because his reviews seemed honest and from real clients. He was very fast with his responses and was patient with my questions and timeline. When he came he was very punctual with his eta. He went over the areas he was going to wash and set a realistic expectation for me. He went over what he couldn't get out because it was either too old or a prior chemical had set into the carpet. Overall I was very happy with his communication. His rate was very competitive with the other 5 offers I received. He wasn't the cheapest but overall I am happy with the effort and professionalism. He did not try to upcharge me or add any additional sneaky services. The price was the same as he quoted before he came out and he finished within a timely manner. Would book again for sure. read more

My goodness! What an amazing job they did on our couch and chair! Top notch quality, looks brand new! No funny chemical smells (like other companies we've tried). Super friendly, on time, extremely courteous. The abilities brought the original color of our couch back! Best of all, they cleaned up as they worked, no extra scuffs on the ground. A great value for what they charges far better than the rest! Overall the service as requested was far better than expected! We love the work they did! read more

10 out of 10! Absolutely amazing service and my carpet feels brand new! Mind you I have not had it cleaned in 3 years and wasn't expecting it to come out as clean as it did. Blew my expectations away. Ihor was professional and kind and showed up right on time. I scheduled this super last minute and this is literally a day before Christmas Eve and I reached out to him the day before and he was able to schedule me in, so I'm really grateful to him to be able to come in so last minute and do such an amazing job before the holidays. He also cleaned my sofa and it looks brand new! I never give reviews so believe me when I say that you're in good hands with Ihor. Also he was super adorable compared to other quotes I got. Thank you Ihor! See you in 6 months for a retouch. read more

Overall my experience was great! He was responsive when I first sent out the request, was perfectly on time, and was done within an hour. I have a white two seater couch that he got old stains out of, ones that I didn't make, as well as the new stains from moving. He was great! I totally recommend especially at his great price point. Thank you! read more

We had a great experience with Upholstery Cleaning Experts. We have white couches and a messy grandson and they hadn't been cleaned in two years. We also had Ihor clean two area rugs and a couple runners. Ihor was right on time, put on shoe covers and went right to work. He was finished in about three hours and the price we agreed upon was the price we paid (he takes Venmo). Our white couches look like new...we don't even want to sit on them they're so clean. We will use this company again! read more

We can't say enough good things about Ihor and Upholstery Cleaning Experts. We were honestly ready to give up on this chair--it had years of stains, discoloration, and wear that made it look like it belonged on the curb instead of in our home. From the very first interaction, Ihor was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He gave us a clear quote, showed up on time, and got right to work. The results? Absolutely mind-blowing. Just look at the before and after photos--this chair looks BRAND NEW again. Every stain is gone, the fabric feels fresh, and the whole piece completely transformed. It's rare to find someone who delivers above and beyond like this, but Ihor truly does. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate--he's the one you want to call. 5/5 without question. We'll be calling Igor again for every upholstery or carpet cleaning job in the future. read more

Ihor was awesome. I've used at least a half dozen other carpet cleaning companies over the years for pet accidents, apartment move outs, general cleaning... Ihor was definitely priced fairly and not gouging like some other companies that talk about up-charged for enzymes or soil treatment or smells. He just handled the couch and rug cleaning that had stains and it came out good as new. Save yourself the hassle of looking at other 5 star yelp places with high volume reviews, they'll charge way more than you need to pay. Maybe double. I'm saving this yelp business for all my future read more

Cannot say enough about Ihor! Called last minute and he came within the hour. I was debating on purchasing a new sofa, but couldn't fathom spending that type of money. I love my oversized sofa and the best bet was to pay minimal cost to have it cleaned, best decision. It refreshed the look of my sofa bringing its vibrant color back and eliminated the stale smell. Ihor was very well priced compared to other and I will have him back to clean my carpet in the bedroom. Thanks again, Ihor!! read more

I decided to go with Igor after reading all the reviews here so just adding my two cents in case it helps with other people's decision-making. I wanted to get two accent chairs cleaned and Igor did an excellent job. My main concerns were cat hair and dander and debris stuck between the cracks. His price is competitive, and I want to say it did make me wonder if his job would be not as thorough as his competitors. Most of them quoted higher and almost all had minimum order. But Igor got the job done!! and excellently too! He made sure that I was happy with the results at the end and kept asking me to see and feel the chairs for myself. If you are reading this and are considering other places, you don't need to, just go with Igor. He's also very pleasant person who's very communicative and courteous. I would recommend him to any of my friends and have him again for my next upholstery cleaning projects. read more
