We discussed my primary concerns for cleaning/trouble areas and he was able to address the issues and cleaned it up the stains that are no longer noticeable! He helped me discover areas of the house which were painted over by the previous owner and we're not just "stains" and helped cleaned up the painted areas so it was not as obvious! In response, MC Power Wash immediately revoked their offer and declined the job. Judge for yourself whether this is a business you want to work with. We recently moved into a new home that was long overdue for an exterior cleaning. This was my first time hiring someone do to pressure washing (usually, I'll DIY) but we had several large areas that needed cleaning (front porch, back patio, driveway with some tough rust stains), so figured it was time to go with the pros. Other companies that had looked at the stains said the stains probably wouldn't come out and they couldn't guarantee the results. Matt did his best and I am very happy with the results. He also moved things out of the garage and off the patio to do the work and then replaced them back to where they had been. I recently had a backyard renovation. After completion my driveway was unfortunately left unsightly do to the heavy machinery, three bobcats moving back and forth leaving big tire marks. I called MC Power Wash and found Priscilla and Matt to be courteous, professional and quick to respond. I believe their prices to be competitive. He did remove about ninety percent of the stains and those that remained were much lighter. Not too often I'll have an occasion to have my driveway power washed, but there were some stains on the driveway that also somehow spilled over onto my neighbors driveway, but I could not get off on my own. As another reviewer wrote, there is a very good reason for MC Power Wash to be so highly recommended. Really, stop scrolling and contact this company! Matt just cleaned our stained concrete, marked with horrible rust and calcification, and it is jaw dropping how great it looks. We also had an algae issue on our brick patio and he took care of that, too. The patio looks terrific and is much safer now that it's not slippery. Matt takes pride in his company and in his work, he is utterly pleasant and he works hard for a fair price.
