I've been using Bio Clean for a decade now and cannot recommend them enough. The windows are left sparkling, plus he also does screen repair and cleans out gutters. read more

Brian did all of the windows in our 3500 square foot house + solar panels. He is reasonable, honest, communicative, thorough and fast. Windows look great! Will have him come regularly going forward. read more

Brian is super pleasant to work with. Quick and efficient and gets the windows sparkling clean in what feels like no time at all. He is polite and takes his shoes off inside your home. I recently had the exterior of my house painted and the painters left water spots on all of my windows. It was wonderful to see them so lovely and clean again after Brian tended to them. Great experience. I highly recommend Bio Clean Window Washing! read more

Brian and Chris are amazing to work with and holy smokes, I cannot believe how clean they got our windows!!!!!! Crystal clear, bright, no streaking clean!!!!!! They are very professional and affordable. Do yourself a favor and hire them to clean all your windows. The only regret you'll have is not hiring them earlier. Two thumbs up! read more

How hard is it to clean windows, right? Well, it turns out it's not that easy!! We decided to hire someone to clean up our streaky, cloudy windows. They had not been properly cleaned in YEARS!! Windex just won't do the job...Besides, it would take a whole lot of windex to clean every single window in my house! I took a chance on Bio Clean because if I have a green option and it's affordable, then of course I'll take it. Bio Clean Brian did a sparkling job!!! Yep, our windows now *sparkle*. If I have one complaint, its that the windows are almost TOO clean. I nearly walked into our sliding glass door!! Ha!! I highly recommend Brian and Bio Clean. He does a thorough job. No annoying sales pitch. Honest service and prices. I wish he was a mechanic too!! Thanks Brian!! We'll soon be calling to have you clean our gutters!! read more

Brian was awesome. Great on the phone, arrived when he said he would and did a great job. I had previously called two other window cleaners that were recommended here as "very responsive, etc" only to have them never call me back after they said they'd meet me here. Brian came when he said he would, worked quickly to do a brilliant job and was very nice on top of that. I would highly recommend him. read more

I live in a tall house on a hillside with a pretty view and windows that are impossible to clean from the outside. Or, I should say, *were* impossible to clean from the outside. Brian and his assistant cleaned my windows and screens inside and out in a little over an hour. The job was well done, he was incredibly pleasant, and his price was incredibly fair. It wasn't a "I'll do all your windows for fifty cents" and then they get out there and jack up the price kind of deal-- just smooth and professional business. Brian is affordable, professional-- and best of all, the quality of his work speaks for itself. I highly recommend him. read more

I've used Bio Cleans services twice now and would highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly, professional and reliable service, affordable prices and environmentally conscience products. As an indoor cat owner I always feel uncomfortable with services coming in and out of the house with no regards to leaving windows or doors open. Brian went out of his way to make sure he knows where the cat was at all times. It's those little things that make me a return customer. Good service with no worries. Brian - expect another call in the summer! read more

Highly recommend Brian!!!! My windows are just gorgeous and he was so fast and professional. It is the first time I have used a professional window washer, and I will never buy another bottle of Windex again! I will leave Brian and his team to professionally clean my windows from now on. If you want a professional that shows up (on-time) and does a great job then I would recommend these guys. read more

Recently I listed a house in Glassell Park and the owner had windows in her living room she couldn't reach. She used Brian and I swear, I've never seen cleaner windows in my life. She had great views before, but after Brian got through, people at my open houses were mesmerized at how great the view was. However he climbs up there, he does his job so well. read more

Brian and John were very friendly, showed up on time, and the windows look great. Our prior window washer who moved out of state recommended Brian; however, our prior window washer washed the screens instead of just brushing them and also cleaned the tracks. I did mention the track cleaning to Brian and offered to pay more if they would clean the tracks, but he just cleaned one slider. We have a removable dog door, and our prior washer cleaned that as well and removed it and then put it back. If you just want clean glass and not the rest, they are reasonable. After they left, we also realized they skipped cleaning the inside of one of the sliding doors. I supposed I should've done a walk-through prior them leaving. read more

One word. Awesome. Brian returned my call immediately and was able to come to our place the next day. Very cool guy, knew exactly what he was doing and he and his team made our windows sparkle so brilliantly. The windows are now so clean it looks like there is no glass! They took such good care of our home while they were doing the job. They were on time and efficient and very reasonably priced ( and really nice guys to boot). read more

I can see clearly now...the dirt is gone! Bio Clean Window Washing was professional, cost effective and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking window cleaning service. I am so pleased with the job that was done on my very dirty and hard to get to...19 windows and 3 sets of french doors. I have already set up an appt. to do them again in a few months. Thanks Brian! read more

I had this crew out yesterday and am More than happy with the job they did. I have a Big house, two stories, old fashioned windows with tiny panes, and everything looks fantastic! They were polite, great around my dogs, and didn't leave any type of mess in the house (as sometimes workers will do). I will recommend them to everyone who needs windows done, and they will be my choice for next year, too! read more

I just wanna emphasize how exceptional this firm is. Brian and his crew are unfailingly reliable, thorough, flexible and friendly. Most of all, they do an exceedingly professional job efficiently and with virtually no mess or inconvenience. Brian has cleaned my windows essentially twice a year for 5 years now and I wouldn't consider anyone else. He lives in the Northeast LA area, and I enthusiastically recommend him to all my friends in the LA area, and especially NELA. read more

Brian is great. Does excellent work on my solar panels, skylights and huge windows! So glad I found him!

I used to wash my solar panel myself, but had wasted lots of water getting very mediocre result because I don't have the right tool and procedure. Brian did a terrific job while using very little water, indeed very environment friendly. read more

Service date 5/13/2011 I am getting ready to use Brian again and cannot believe that I did not leave a review. I called 2 companies and they complained about having to drive so far (I live about 45 minutes from each of them). Found Brian and he and his guy were terrific!! Clean, courteous, prompt, and best of all....Brian communicates. I do not think I ever talked with him on the phone...I think it was all email - he was great and I am looking forward to another wonderful experience. read more

We're selling our house and we have one built in the early 20's. There's tons of adorable windows that are actually a super pain in the butt to clean. To make it look nice for prospective buyers, we decided to pull the trigger and hire a window cleaning business. Brian got my call on a Saturday and rearranged his schedule to come by and give us a quote. His quote was fair, reasonable and now that the work is done, I think we REALLY lucked out. Brian and his guys are great. They showed up on time, got the job done and man, if we were staying here, I would do this once a year. It's like such an inexpensive way to improve the look of your home. The house looks so beautiful! I really have to thank these guys. read more

Brian has been doing our windows for about 5 years. We have a large house with lots and lots of windows. He does an amazing job and I'm always satisfied with his work. What a difference it makes! You never really realize how dirty your windows are until they're all clean and the light shines in like new. Love it. I will always recommend Brian. He's professional and his work is impeccable. read more

2 years after my first review and multiple window cleanings since, BioClean is still the best ever. AAAAA+++++++

I've always been a DiY type, but I had been putting off cleaning my windows for AGES!! seriously disgusting stuff, and several of my windows are the old-school slat variety which is even more of a pain in the ass to clean! I came across Bio Clean here on Yelp and decided to give them a try, because I was just getting embarrassed every time I had people over and they'd joke about my dusty windows, especially the ones in the "cat business" room. Brian got back to me the same day and came out to do my windows that weekend, even painstakingly removing the slats on each window and cleaning them individually! Now that's service! My windows sparkle, and my cats can now actually see the birds outside. So glad I finally did this. Prices are totally reasonable, and he's a super cool guy to boot. Thanks Brian!! read more

I've been using Bio-Clean for the past 3 years both personally and for my clients' homes and they've been the best! They're easy to schedule, are reliable, and make your windows sparkle! And they're very reasonably priced. Love having them on my team for the homes I sell. read more

I live in Echo Park and have one of those old Craftsman buildings with high ceilings and lots of windows on the 2nd story. The 2nd story windows are very high up and they hadnt been washed outside ever as far as I know. Im glad I googled and found Brian and this place as he gave me a Reasonable price, quick service and my windows look very clean. I showed him a couple windows I thought were dirty still and he said that was on the inside, and he was right it was. I will use Brian every year or two for sure. read more

They worked fast and did a great job. My windows look new! The team did a quick assessment and worked with my schedule to fit me in. I'd highly recommend. read more

This is the first time using this company and I am very impressed and very pleased with the service that we received. Brian came with a helper and did a fantastic job on cleaning on our solar panels. Brian is very professional and a really nice guy. He got the job done very quickly. I will definitely use Brian again. read more

Brian and his teammate cleaned our windows last week (they hadn't been done since we moved in 18 months ago! Ooops!). He was bang on time, got right to it and did a completely amazing job both inside and out. It looks like a new house. I was so impressed. I will definitely be using him next time. Thanks to all you other yelpers for the recommendations that led me to Brian. Will never use anyone else. read more

I have finally found a fabulous window washer that I will now use at all of my properties. Brian was reasonable, he was there on time and his work was excellent. I will recommend him anytime. Very professional!! read more

I am very happy with Bio Clean Window Washers and will definitely use the service again and recommend it to everyone. I had bad experiences with Window Washing companies before, and was immediately impressed with Brian's professionalism. It was easy to schedule an appointment, he showed up on time and completed the job in about 2 hours with his assistant and charged exactly what he said he would. I love that environmentally and pet friendly products are used that really clean the windows. Five Stars! read more

I will definitely be using this service again. Brian and his crew were punctual, professional and did a great all around job. The house looked brand new with crystal clear windows. Brian is really personable and I knew I was in good hands as soon as he showed up. read more

Brian is fantastic. I've never left a review on yelp before but this guy is so far and above the rest of the industry that I wanted to make sure and leave one. He communicates really well and does a great job at a reasonable price. I have recommended him to all of my friends. The house I bought had windows that probably hadn't been cleaned in years and were encrusted with salt and very cloudy. He and his assistant worked hard to make them shine and cleaned out my gutters as well. I felt comfortable leaving them at my house without me and couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. read more

This guy Brian kicks butt at getting everything squeaky clean!! yay

Fantastic job! Brian was professional, courteous, patient (I have a dog and 1 year old), prompt and efficient. Being affordable and environmentally conscious is a bonus! His work is great and I'd recommend Bio Clean Window Washing to anyone looking for the services his company provides. You can count on them to deliver! I will definitely hire Bio Clean again. read more

I'm adding my voice to the chorus lauding Bio Clean's work. My windows look amazing! No streaks and incredibly clear. I hired Bio Clean after my floors were sanded/refinished. There was dust and debris everywhere. Now they sparkle. The owner, Brian, is a kind and genuine person offering excellent service with a great attitude. I'm extremely happy and will definitely use them again. read more
