We could not have been more impressed with Gabriel and Rose! I reached out to three companies and…read morewas most impressed by both Gabriel's response time and professionalism. His pricing was very fair too! On top of that, he's knowledgeable. We have two large picture windows that have been cloudy for years. We have tried and tried to clean them. Gabriel told us they are plexiglass, but he knew how to make them sparkle (pun intended). We are in awe of the results. They have NEVER been so clear. Rose was equally impressive doing the interiors. She was careful and so conscientious of keeping our home (including white carpets) clean. So happy we found this team and thrilled that we're now on their maintenance plan. Bottom line: They are brilliant!

Disappointing Christmas Lights Installation Experience…read more After they reached out to me due to being a previous customer we hired this window cleaning company to install Christmas lights, and it turned out to be a regrettable decision. Also keep in mind we paid $110 an hour for the lights to be installed! Within a week, some lights fell, and when we sought help, they demanded $50 to fix the issue. The blame game began, with them pointing fingers at the clips that came with the lights (brand new from Ace). During installation he asked for tape, we offered various options like nailing or duct tape, but they insisted on using our painters tape. I would expect a light installer to come with the appropriate materials to secure lights. Most people don't even keep their clips or they break. To make matters worse, when we contacted them about the problem, they shifted blame to the product and claimed they only guarantee their work if you use their lights. This policy is absurd, as most customers already have their own decorations. This lack of accountability and refusal to stand by their work, especially during the holiday season, is unacceptable. We had used their services before for window cleaning, but this experience has left us disappointed and determined never to use them again. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that values both quality and customer service.

About half and hour into the cleaning, I overheard one of the guys saying they needed to be at another job soon and they needed to rush. When I asked the worker about it he said, oh "yes, but don't worry, we'll really hurry!" Not something you want to hear when someone is working on your house. I called the owner and he said he instructed them to take their time. I noticed they did windows with a brush and a huge amount of water from these tanks they brought. They literally sprayed my French doors with this for more than 30 minutes, even though I told the owner not to do the French doors. All of my windows's woodwork around the house windows was scrubbed within an inch of it's life with these brushes and the water. They also didn't move my doormats so they were soaked. I'm used to Dave the Window washer who just comes and does windows the old fashioned way with a squeegee. And everything is always perfect. Why did I stray?! I was going to let it go but my woodwork and doors are so water-logged I still can't open a set of my french doors. And the paint inside, which was perfect is bubbling up. I will need to have someone out to fix this. And yes I wanted them to not rush but just, wow... they took forever. It was awkward. They really seemed unsure of themselves and not professional.
