Updating my review from 2021 (also 5 stars) as Alex has added some services. I've now had him do windows, roof/gutter/drains and power washing and he always leaves the house looking sparkling is new. Alex is trustworthy, punctual, kind and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. His work ethic is out of control. Do not hesitate to hire him for any service that he offers you - he will do anything to make sure that you are satisfied, and charge you a very reasonable price in the process. I've referred him to friends who are equally happy with his services. A hidden gem! read more

Disappointing Christmas Lights Installation Experience After they reached out to me due to being a previous customer we hired this window cleaning company to install Christmas lights, and it turned out to be a regrettable decision. Also keep in mind we paid $110 an hour for the lights to be installed! Within a week, some lights fell, and when we sought help, they demanded $50 to fix the issue. The blame game began, with them pointing fingers at the clips that came with the lights (brand new from Ace). During installation he asked for tape, we offered various options like nailing or duct tape, but they insisted on using our painters tape. I would expect a light installer to come with the appropriate materials to secure lights. Most people don't even keep their clips or they break. To make matters worse, when we contacted them about the problem, they shifted blame to the product and claimed they only guarantee their work if you use their lights. This policy is absurd, as most customers already have their own decorations. This lack of accountability and refusal to stand by their work, especially during the holiday season, is unacceptable. We had used their services before for window cleaning, but this experience has left us disappointed and determined never to use them again. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that values both quality and customer service. read more

Glass Shine Pros - Solar Panel Cleaning Near Me

Alex was very responsive, reaching out immediately. He came same day, did a great job and at the best price.

Glass Shine Pros did a great job on my windows. I needed them cleaned sort of last minute and they were able to accommodate. I was having my windows cleaned in-between my AirBnB renters. They were very dirty. He came and did a great job. He was fast and efficient and sent me pictures when he was done. I was not able to be at the location because it is a rental property and I do not live in town. I gave him a code to access the property and he communicated well with me throughout the entire process and let me pay with Venmo. That was nice and convenient for me. My windows look crystal clear now! Thanks!!!! read more

Fast, efficient, nice and trustworthy! He and his team took care of our whole building and couldn't have asked for better service.

In the past Glass Shine Pros has provided excellent service in cleaning our windows both inside and out. There are so many window challenges in this house that I thought the job would be declined. Not by Alex! He did indeed make all of the glass shine - the floor-to-ceiling walls, the glass-to-glass corners - all of them. And his attitude was very exceptional in terms of courtesy and efficiency! The price was more than reasonable. He was very timely in his response and service. read more

One of our HOA board members hired Alex and asked us if we wanted to also hire him to do our windows, and I did and how I met Alex. I have to say that he is such a gentleman and so nice and accommodating and did a beautiful job with the windows and the screens. He was here working together with Hector although I didn't meet Hector as I just did the exteriors this visit but I was thrilled to meet him and so happy that I had this chance to get to know him. I'm definitely planning to have him come back. I've got some other things now I want to hire him to do, and I've been recommending him to anyone I know who might want to have their windows done. He did a terrific job and is a super nice person to work with. I only have great things to say about him and his work. read more

Alex was awesome! I feel like we have a brand new house, the windows look amazing! He was very kind and respectful as well: thanks!

Good golly! This is a terrific company. Polite and professional. On time and organized. My solar panels are just like new. Best part, Alex worked silently with filtered water. No loud power washing, good old elbow grease and care. They were also the lowest bid among the companies I called. No haggling, their price was fair. read more

Can't recommend Alex enough! He cleaned many units within our complex over a 3 day period. He was very mindful of people's schedules, house rules and the work he does is top notch. You won't find a more honest, hard working, communicative and affordable window washer than Alex. After scouring every window washing business on Yelp, and requesting quotes from many of them, Alex ended up being the only one who showed up for a free inspection, explained his approach and estimated costs at half the price of his competitors. When the day came, he showed up on time, followed instructions and meticulously cleaned every window and screen on our two story building. He did such a great job that our neighbors hired him to do more work that very same day. In the pantheon of window-cleaning professionals, Alex shines the brightest. read more

Alex is great to work with. We've hired him twice to clean the windows of our home and he provides top notch service. He's reliable, friendly, professional and quiet. I still work from home and totally forgot he was here while I was working. Which is something I didn't think about until now writing this review but thought it was worth pointing out to others and know he's considerate of his clients and surroundings. We will be using his services again. Thanks, Alex! read more

Alex did a great job with our interior and exterior window washing. I had another service do our windows previously and didn't think it was as thorough. For example, I appreciated that he took out all the screens and washed them separately outside. I recommend him if your water-stained windows are giving you grief! read more

I cannot say enough great things about the service we received in our home. He was very communicative and arrived on time. Thoroughness is an understatement. He went above and beyond to clean our windows inside and out along with screens. I could not believe the price and am so happy I chose Glass Shine Pros. I always thought it would be too expensive or not worth the price, wow was I wrong. I put out a message on yelp and got a quick response with a very reasonable quote that I initially thought was a mistake. I am so happy we hired Glass Shine Pros. We will absolutely be using them for our townhome a couple times a year. Thanks for the great work and ease of doing business. My husband can't believe how easy it was and questions why we waited to so long to get our windows cleaned. Thanks again and we look forward to using you in the future. read more
