He and Maria arrived right on time, we did a walk around to scope out the house and they went to work. They were probably done in about 1.5hrs (inside and outside cleaning including screens) I found out they can also do shower glass with chemicals to break up the hard water stains. What I would of liked was an explanation to me that the screens were going to be bent because of the way they are before they actually did the work. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I had known the trims were going to come out the way they did. Also I let them know that my condo was on the 2nd floor. Why did they not bring any ladders? They were maneuvering and trying to get these screens in place all from the inside and long sticks outside. Lastly, no mention that I needed a water spout. Lucky for me I had one in my garage, but condo communities don't have that. They did offer to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks which I can be thankful for, but I didn't like the way the business was handled from the beginning and my condo was being sold.

Michael and Lauren did such an amazing job with the clean-up. They had to go over the windows four or five times using different removal techniques before they were clean. They were so patient, diligent and persevering and the end result is that the windows are perfectly clean. If I could give more stars, I would! They are literally the best. In the past, when we've had our windows cleaned, it is such a messy proposition but they were so neat and tidy.
