One of their representatives made the effort to come out to our place same day despite the short notice. Our issue ended up being a fix we were able to do ourselves but he explained the process to us and was nice enough to sweep the roof and also remove some rocks that were on our roof. Once we need either a full replacement or even a repair we can't do we will definitely be using this company. My 6yr old roof has been leaking by my chimney every time it rains for the past 5 yrs. The contractor that installed the roof only put a bandaid on the problem, never fixed.
