I don't know how many customers can say that they have had 2 roofs done by the same company but 26 years ago, I had our roof done by Accurate Roofing and here we are 26 years later with our second. The entire work was finished in 5 days. First 3 were focused on all the heavy work (removal, replacing of boards, and installing). Day 4 inspection day and Day 5 was wrapping up the fascia boards and final walk through. John L. was great to work with, stayed in communication and was very patient with us throughout the process. AR did the leg work with the city in getting the permits needed and scheduling the inspections. He helped with replacing the necessary fascia boards in addition to replacing all the necessary linear boards and didn't add extra/unnecessary work. I put on a 40 year roof so I don't think I'll be putting on a third roof but if I did, there's no doubt that I'd use them again. read more

I recently had my house re-roofed by Accurate Roofing. When I purchased my home five years ago, I knew the roof was nearing the end of its life, so I began soliciting estimates late last year. After evaluating five different bids, I chose Accurate Roofing. John is very straightforward and has a matter-of-fact approach to his reviews and estimates. I appreciated the lack of high-pressure sales tactics, in fact he gave me a runway of 1-2 years time for a re-roof. John and Marla (admin support) were both incredibly responsive and easy to reach via phone, email, or text. Communication was excellent, there was little to no follow up required on my part. Their bid was among the most competitive, and I appreciated the detailed cost breakdown - I like the details. Since my home was built in the 1960s, I was concerned about escalating lumber costs for repairs, but the wood replacement was reasonable for a home of my age and there were no pricing surprises. Permits are the owner's cost. The project took five days: one day for tear-off, one day for wood replacement, and three days for the new roof installation. The crew did an exceptional job with daily cleanup; they even used a magnet to ensure no nails or debris were left behind. I highly recommend Accurate Roofing, they ultimately delivered what was promised. read more

From beginning to end, my experience with John Lara from Accurate Roofing has been seamless! We had a complete roof replacement which only took 4-1/2 days to complete including 2 inspections. The crew did a complete cleanup daily, you wouldn't even know we were going through construction. We are very pleased with the quality of products and work. Additionally, when the city inspector came for the final inspection, he commented that he has never once had a correction for work done by Accurate Roofing, which says a lot for this organization. John is a very likable and accessible guy and very reassuring and confident throughout the process, all ending with a very fair price! I highly recommend Accurate Roofing for all your roofing needs! read more

I've been in this house for about 9 years and never had an issue with the roof. during these last crazy rains, i woke up to water leaking in where the addition was on my house. I saw Accurate Roofing was recommended repeatedly on Nextdoor and Facebook, so i gave them a call. I expected nothing to get done since I'm sure EVERYONE was having the same problem after these rains. But John managed to make it out and take a look. To my surprise he managed to get his guys out the next day to do some patching. It rained that same night, and it worked. I was SO relieved. I would definitely recommend John and his team. Super efficient, despite how busy i know they were. Very straight forward and honest, and didn't try to upsell me. read more

I would highly recommend John and his team at Accurate Roofing. We recently needed our roof replaced this past December before the rain began, and he came out the day after we inquired to check things out. You can tell he has a lot of experience and he just felt like an honest guy that wanted to help people out with his craft. He and Marla were great at always being responsive, getting all of the city permits coordinated, and recommending a great electrician to help us with uninstalling/reinstalling our solar panels. They explained exactly how things would go, they were all very kind, and I really felt like I could trust them. Their prices are very reasonable and would happily call them again if any roof work needed to be done. read more

John the owner was very quick to respond to our help with a leaking roof. He gave us a decent estimate and showed up the next day to provide a temporary fix until the big rainstorm was over. John was very professional. He was great to deal with and the crew that did the work were great and did an excellent job. Highly recommend

Fantastic professional service. I have a home in Whittier that had a roof repair on a roof that was at least 20 years old. Was not an exotic job. However, it required a large amount of detailed work to fit in the repairs on the older roof. John Lara the owner of this company made a 100% perfect estimation of what needed to be done and described what the finished work would look like after they were done with it. I feel this company is outstanding in what it promises and what it delivers at a more than reasonable price. I would never do any further roof replacement or repair with any roofing company now that I have experience with Accurate Roofing. read more

John and his team replaced my roof and did a wonderful job. The crew showed up each day on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Our experience with Accurate Roofing was not at all smooth. Don't let the face of the company Johnny Lara and his smooth talking fool you. Our 1917 Historic Craftsman was more then his company was use to or could handle. Attention to detail and craftsmanship was not something the crew was familiar with. The pictures show the work that you will recieve if you choose to go with them. They made endless mistakes, had shotty craftsman ship, were condescending and refused to finish the job. Dangerous materials and trash (bottles of piss) were left around my property for an extended period of time and we were expected to manage the workers while on our property. Johnny Lara only came to check on the job occasionally and generally did not know what was going on. Johnny Lara and the employees of Accurate Roofing refused to take accountability. Not what you would expect for a high price job. read more
