A couple of months ago we were looking into getting a new roof. We stumbled upon Selah via Yelp. We had a few roofing companies scheduled to come over to do an assessment of our roof and get an estimate. Selah was our first appointment, and we had a couple lined up the next week. The owner named Paul came over and gave his presentation which consisted of him going on our roofs and measuring and seeing what we need, then speaking to us about what materials will be used, the technology used, explaining the process of roofing and giving an estimate. Paul's presentation was so good and the price we felt was very good that we went with Selah without getting further estimates. We cancelled our other appointments. Paul was clear and concise and gave us fact, not fluff when giving the presentation. We had only one other presentation and that was a year and a half ago. That guy was full of himself and was two and a half times as expensive as Selah and the presenter was at our house for two hours, I kid you not. I tried to get rid of him, but he insisted on talking for about two hours. I told him I need to leave to meet a friend so end it now, and this was an hour into the conversation, but he seemed insulted and said how important it is to hear his presentation. He claimed his company had a special technology and material that justified the high price. I don't believe him. After he left, we knew his roofing company was not for us. We shelved the idea of a new roof until a couple of months ago when Paul came over to present. Paul was a breath of fresh air after putting up with that other guy about a year and a half ago. I know it makes sense to get additional presentations and bids but truthfully, we felt good about Paul and his company, and we felt Selah was for us and no further presentations from other companies were needed. My sister and I discussed it. We were right, Selah did a great job. I believe this was a blessing from God to bring them to our home and replace our roof. It took us a few weeks to decide what color we want for the shingles. Then we set up a date for them to start the roof but when that date rolled around it rained, so we were delayed. Not a problem because we were in no rush. Eventually the rain was done, and we were back on track. The start was on a Saturday, then they continued the following Monday and worked until next Saturday. Then continued Tuesday and were done Wednesday. So, it was a nine-day project. Reason it took so many days is because they needed to rip off all layers of the roof down to the frame. Then replace some wood that was rotted, then do the plywood and all the material and whatever needs to be done. We also have two roofs to do. One house and a detached garage. His team did a very thorough job. They don't cut corners. They do the job right. Reason why we had to have all the layers removed is because we had three layers of roof already and when there are three layers you need to remove them all and start over. If you have three layers you can't add another layer, therefore you tear it all off and start over with a new layer. Not only did they do a great job when it was done, the next day, they cleaned up the back yard because in the process debris fall all over the place. They did cover the pool with heavy plastic to prevent debris from falling in the pool and clogging the filter. They did such a thorough job cleaning the backyard, the backyard looked cleaner than it had in years. Thanks for cleaning it up of not just debris but other things that were dirtying the backyard and driveway before you started. We are pleased with the whole process of getting the roof done. Selah roofing came out to my home last year 2/24 and installed a new roof. I noticed in an area on the roof some shingles were bowing and it did not look correct. I called Selah roofing (Angela) and told her what occurred. She requested pictures and Paul came out to inspect the roof. The bowing shingles were removed and reinstalled with new shingles. We don't know what caused this. However, it was corrected and happy with the work. Selah roofing stood behind the 10 year warranty included in my contract. Fantastic experience. Needed to replace shingles in our home it had been 40+ yrs since the house was built and certain areas had some water damage. Paul came in quick. Did the measurements. And gave us a very detailed run down of what will be done. Got a quote that day and project is now done 3 weeks later. Selah roofing's team did a very professional job. The City Inspector took one look at the roof and asked how long my warranty was for. Even to my layman's eye, my new roof was a disaster. So I employed an O.C. Preferred Contractor to perform a forensic inspection. The inspector found Selah Roofing's installation to be "An unprofessional job." That it was "done by inexperienced roofers" and it showed "sloppy workmanship." It violated building codes. The shingles had not been laid straight. The rake and eave edges had been hacked at, making it look like rats had gnawed on them. The ridge caps were not properly installed, causing large cracks to form. Defective installation of dormer shingles. Tiny patches peppered the roof, some no more than an inch in width and already falling off after little more than a month. The shingles themselves were in such bad condition they never should have been used. When giving his sales pitch, Carlos told me Selah Roofing was not like other outfits, that he would be personally supervising the workers every minute. But 3 days after signing the contract, having received no response from him despite several urgent calls, I began to have forebodings. Indeed, I never saw or heard from Carlos again and no one took his place as supervisor when the roof was installed. Carlos said my roof had inadequate ventilation and needed a ridge vent; it was not installed, though I was charged. Our contract stated they would "Replace all roof jacks and caps" Selah did not replace them. Our contract stated a starter strip would be installed, they instead used laminate shingles which O.C.s Technical Bulletin says is "Not Acceptable". Selah repeatedly lied, claiming they had installed "an entire O.C. roof system" including a ridge vent and starter strip. Since this was not true I was ineligible for an extended coverage warranty, leaving me open to pay out of pocket, several thousand dollars for the tear-off and removal of Selah's roof. When I told them I was aware they had not installed "an entire Owens Corning roof system" and itemized 7 defects (a list which was later expanded by the inspector) they said they would be by to fix the issues "next week", "this afternoon", "tomorrow". The only appointment they kept was to pick up the final payment. Paul Paredes, owner, saying he would then "address all issues". But when Mr. Paredes made his appearance that day it was only to collect payment. He said he would not make any repairs to the roof. I said "I'm afraid we'll have to go to arbitration." Mr. Paredes exploded "No wonder no one likes you. You pay me now or I'll put a lien on your house." He shouted so loudly that a man two houses down turned to watch. He continued to hurl insults as he got in his pick-up and shouted out the window as he backed down the driveway, finally taking off with a screech of tires. When he slapped a lien on my house I agreed to pay and they responded "We will be by tomorrow morning with the materials we need to fix the issues." I paid Selah but they did not fix the issues. Selah had signed a contract agreeing to resolve any dispute through arbitration, they refused to abide by that agreement. In order for the Arbitration to proceed, I had to pay Selah's fees. The arbitrator found in my favor but Selah refused to pay the judgment. I took him to Superior Court and the Judge found in my favor again, at which point Mr. Paredes stormed out of the courtroom shouting "Bullshit" at the Judge. Mr. Paredes had to be summoned back twice before he would return to face the Judge, who admonished him that such language was not acceptable in court. Mr. Paredes' demeanor was such that the Judge advised me for my safety, to wait in the courtroom and give Mr. Paredes time to leave the courthouse. I received a number of emails from Selah after the Superior Court Judge confirmed my award. They said 'We're sending a check next week', 'We're mailing the check tomorrow', 'Check #211 is in the mail.' None of it was true. After a year I submitted a complaint with the California Contractors Board and with their power to suspend his license, lit a fire under him. The city did not cite me for having an unlicensed roofer. The roofer was an O.C. Preferred Contractor as you well know, or perhaps it is you who have memory loss. You did not lose in arbitration because you didn't attend. You lost because I presented evidence of your cheating. I was required to prove my case. First heavy rain it leaked badly, especially around the dormer; all the wood in the attic became wet. read more

I have been happy with my new re-roof done by Selah Roofing. Paul and his crews acted honest to do their job. 2025-Oct-14-15. 2025-Nov-14-18. Richard remotely monitored the attic by the surveillance camaras. He did so when it was heavy rain. He found no leaking in the front attic. 2025-08-10 Installed two surveillance camaras in the front attic. 2024-08-02 to 2024-08-10 Richard fixed misc items around all three exhaust fans' discharge port. Fixed bracket pieces. 2024-07-17 Wednesday A crew came to pick up trash and unused material. 10:30 am A fire marshal came and signed off the permit after inspection. Later Paul came to pick up the final payment. 2024-07-16 Tuesday 10:30 am City's fire inspector came to inspect; he interrogated the two crews to see if they know how to operate torch guns and fire extinguisher. He gave green light to finish the two dead valleys re-roof. Two crews finished it around 4:30 pm. They picked up a ladder left behind the previous Friday. They left a nail picker on the roof. 2024-07-15 Monday Selah crews did not come; they could not proceed to work without fire inspector's inspection. 2024-07-14 Sunday 5:30 am It rained briefly (3 minutes) with roaring thunders(15 minutes). It left two huge puddles on my new concrete slab. It really scared me about the prolonged rain that I hesitated so much to text Paul. Paul promptly sent two crews to inspect my roof. The rain (not a shower) and roaring thunders came a surprise in the summer season of Sothern California. 2024-07-13 Saturday. They did not come. 2024-07-12 Friday The crews went extra miles to address many old problems. For examples, (1) They combined both step flashing and a counter flashing to arm 3 areas where ""flood and wind-driven-rain"" runs against a wall. They used additional extensive saddle flashing and head flashing to leak-proof the premier of my A/C compressor on roof. (2) I don't see exposed nail heads on flashing, shingles and cap shingles. It stands out above two previous re-roof(2008-04-22 Hired Sunshine Roofing; 1989-05-10 Hired Golden Key to re-roof 1708.) (3) They re-connected three fan vent hoses that leads to new vent caps, which I originally planned to do it myself from the attic, they did it from roof top professionally. (4) The new location of two vent caps proves better than I originally planned - relocate to little higher place thus away from flat roof areas. (5) Same color for both flat roof area and its surrounding shingle. The connection edge of the surrounding shingle is trimmed to even, thus improved the visual appearance. (6) No more dormer vent caps, plumbing vent caps and furnace vent caps when I look from the front of my house. The new visual experience is evidently pleasant when I look at my cross-street neighbor house - its dormer vent caps, plumbing vent caps and furnace vent caps can be seen dotted in the front view. (7) They cleaned up at the end of each day; still I double checked to make sure no nails left behind before I re-parked my cars. (8) It did rain (more than a shower; 3 minutes) and roar thunders (15 minutes) on 2024-07-14 in the summer in Monterey Park of southern California. They immediately sent two crews to check and to cover my roof. (9) Day1(4 crews), day 2(4 crews), day 3(4 crews), day 4(5 crews), day 5(6 crews), day6(Sat), day7(Sun), day8(Mon),day9(fire marshal and 2-crews). All his crews seems to be his veteran skilled employees rather than a 3-party contractors. (10) Paul and his crews are friendly to work with me. They did what I want rather than what they wanted; Paul overrode some technical requirements with more practical and better solution; and thus yielded a better outcome. For example, the A/C compressor and its goose-neck vent on the roof top created leaking problems in the past which needed a better flashing protection. Paul came up with a feasible solution that I believe is better than the other contractors. 2024-07-12 Friday Six crews arrived to work from 8am;8:30am to 4pm. I later knowledge from Paul that City's fire inspector failed to show up so that they were forced to leave the two dead valley opened without granule sheet. 2024-07-12 Friday 6 crews arrived to work from 8am;8:30am to 4pm. Reliable, reasonably priced, excellent workmanship. Our 18 unit 4 floor building hired Paul / Selah to diagnose and repair roof vulnerabilities that led to leaks in several units the last few years. Paul deemed our issues solvable with some intense seams sealing, silicone application, also torching sections and applying silicone over that. He did the above work and more to seal up large sections of our roof, and the work is exemplary. Everyone showed up when they said they would. Great service from the folks at Selah! Due to the unexpected storm this pas week, I found a leak on my ceiling. When I called them over the weekend, I was pleasantly surprised that someone answered the phone and promised to get back to me to schedule a diagnostic visit. Promptly got a call on Monday from Angela and Paul was out to my house on Tuesday (today)! It turned out that the leak was caused by a couple of cracks on my skylight, which Paul helped me seal. He gave me the info on replacement cost but didn't push it on me in any way. There was no charge for his visit and helping me seal the cracked skylight. I don't know why they even bothered to send someone trying to give a quote when they never provided a quote. I even followed up several times (call and message), but still no quote at all. At first, I was told they can send a quote by the end of the day, and I said the next business day is fine. Two days passed, nothing. I contacted the company, and I was told that I will get the quote. Few days passed, still nothing. I messaged the company again, and I didn't even get a response this time. If you do not want to waste your time, try other companies that are more responsive and professional. I have uploaded more evidences to prove that Calvin is lying. I had four roofing and three AC contractors coming in to give a quote, and each contractor got the same information about the roof condition and AC units. The first evidence is a quote from a roofing company to include the work for a new roof and to fix the AC using their affiliated service provider. The second evidence is a quote from a commercial AC service provider just to fix the AC. Both quotes were dated before I first posted this Yelp review. So, it is not true that I forced contractors to do some work that is illegal like Calvin said. I could sue Calvin for defamation with all evidences that I collected. By the way, he never said any of those things he mentioned in his response to my review. Why spending some much time and energy to lie if you can just do your job. Roof repair might be the most expensive job that you can do to maintain your property. Most contractors said that my roof is still in good condition, and I don't need to replace it. So, I am just doing some preventive maintenance to ensure safety and structural integrity. So, why do you want to hire a guy who is willing to lie for the most expensive maintenance job. read more

Have use Selah before for a leak around the chimney, which they repaired inside and outside. Recently with the winter rain, there was another leak in the same area. They came out and checked out their previous work, both going in the attic and on the roof. They took pictures and showed us the current erosion of the chimney, that was causing the leak, not their prior repair. They also showed us pictures of the repair that was done last time and explained how the leak was not coming from that. Paul was very straight forward and helpful. The Selah roofing company sells you a dream but delivers your worse fears. They lack communication and are unreliable when it comes to punctuality for services. In other words you have to ASK for updates, they are NOT given. A portion of my flat roof was pooling water and I found Selah roofing on Yelp. They seemed promising with their sales pitch and assured me that they could address my concerns over my flat roof. They also offered me a discount in exchange for a Yelp review (so here's the review that I owe you guys). When they started the job and removed the old roofing material they brought it to my attention via text that some of the wood on the roof would need to be replaced because the center of the roof was sagging. I had a feeling this would be likely anyways and I said okay, may I have an updated quote and photos of the area in question? They didnt get back to me and the next day the workers had installed the flat roof!! I was extremely confused and reached out to Paul. He told me that in the end it was not needed and that they moved some of the wood to offset the slope in the center (biggest mistake). Once the job was completed, I checked the roof a few days later and after the first rain fall I noticed the puddle of water. I reached out and they reassured me that the standing water would not cause damage to the roof. In the course of 2 years the roof has deteriorated rapidly. I reached out to Selah roofing again and the best they could do was add a small Silicon patch. That was the extent of their services and warranty work. Now look at my flat roof! Its far worse than it was before and now it's my problem because according to Paul (the president) the roof structure is bad; not their work. I dont understand how a roofing company installs roofing material and neglects the other important details. Flat roofs are not their expertise- i strongly recommend you find someone else for this type of roof. They contradict themselves and will change their stories. Had a horrible experience hiring Selah Roof Corp. When Paul (owner) showed up, he was courteous and nice. I signed a contract with Selah because they were local and Paul gave me a good vibe. When the job started, there was no issues. Two individuals showed up to tear up my old roof. They made a mess and understandable since it's not a clean job. Problem is they promised to clean up daily and trash stood in my front yard from Tuesday through Saturday (see picture). Nails and trash was on my neighbors driveways for several days. When Angela picked up first payment check, I asked when they would be done. She stated Thursday, but most likely half day on Friday. I had planned a Mother's Day BBQ on Saturday. I contacted owners on Friday that trash had not been picked up all week. They sent only one workers to install the new shingles. Seemed odd and a lot of work. I asked the worker why, and he stated that he rather work alone. I asked if he would be done Friday and he stated no. He stated he would be done like 2pm on Saturday. I emailed owners since they NEVER called to check in on how everything was going and ask about finish date. Owner stated that they had callouts, which is a lie based what solo worker had stated. The solo worker stayed late into Friday and completed the roofing job. Trash was in front yard and now backyard as well. They sent one person to clean up the trash and he still left a mess. He went in the backyard but decided not to take the trash back there. I emailed the owners on Saturday morning around 10am and heard nothing back till Monday. When they contacted Monday, no apology or explanation and only said, Here is you final invoice. BTW, I had to cancel the Mother's Day BBQ at my house. To top it off, they broke Ring solar panel and light fixtures and wasn't notified. I advised owner that before I pay the final invoice, I demanded a final walk through. Also at this time, Angela (owners wife) stated the the owner Paul had been on site and clean up all the mess. Again, another lie, and I know, because I have ring cameras. Finally on Wednesday, the owner came to do a walk through. When I showed him all the issues that had happened throughout the week, his response was, I GET IT, YOU WANT A DISCOUNT! I said, I don't care about a discount. I care that you and your business treat people/clients well. Not once did he contact me through the process, or even spend more than 10 mins on the site. Company is so disorganized and sloppy that they left invoice for material they purchased. $5000 cost for materials and charged $11,000 in labor. To have 2 workers for demo and only ONE workers for install. Took extra days and left a mess. I asked the owner if this was ok to treat clients like this? He ended up giving me a $300 discount. I paid it, because it wasn't about the money. It's about a service that is already stressful for a homeowner. Advising anyone that is thinking of hiring this company l, not to. My neighbor used ACCURATE ROOFING and they had no issues. One last note, will be filing a compliant through the contractors licensing board as well as BBB. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!' Update to owners response: the roof looking good and the roof actually not leaking are two different things. As for the "addendum", you listed on your proposal that AC unit would be lifted and reset. Only additional charge would any wood that would need to be changed out. So the $600 you said should be charged, should also need home owner approval. Which nothing was communicated till I complained. Lastly, you quoted me 6 dormer vents and only installed 4. I am assuming that your charge to buy and install is atleast $250 for each. I didn't get discounted $500 for this, if my math is right. Attention to detail should be a focus for you on future jobs. read more

HEADS UP - Be sure to confirm that their contractors license isn't expired before hiring them for any work. I wrote a review on 2/6/2022 and following up with an additional one to share a photo of what my (newly refinished) ceiling looks like after last week's rainstorm. Selah Roofing replaced our HOA's roof in December 2020 and ever since, I've had substantial leaking in my ceiling anytime we get more than an inch of rain. They said they corrected the problem back in February 2022, but refused to pay for the interior water damage to my ceiling. I went ahead and paid to repair my ceiling myself and - lo and behold - when it rained last week, the leak has returned in the same spot and my new ceiling is damaged (again!). I met with Paul Paredes (Owner/President) today, 11/15/22...he tried to blame the leak on a "bent t-top vent" (again), but we shut that down pretty quickly when my partner (a general contractor) confirmed we'd already tested that theory and it isn't the problem. In fact, it's the water pooling on our (flat) roof around the t-top vent that is leaking down to my unit. We're not talking a few drops of water - it's a few gallons. I also reminded Paul that we had never had any issues with a leak around the t-top vent prior to Selah's work on our roof. Paul went on to say that Selah "didn't replace the roof" back in December 2020 only "applied a silicone coating." If that's true, we were charged $20K just to have a silicone coating applied and none of the roof replacement and patching work outlined in our contract was done. Paul said the best he could do is send some guys out to put more silicone coating around the the t-top vent where leak is occurring, but he couldn't guarantee that this leak wouldn't happen again. LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN FOR ANYONE WHO MAY HAVE MISSED IT: Selah Roofing won't guarantee you won't get gallons of water coming through your ceiling anytime it rains after they've done $20K in work to your roof. We have a flat roof, so some pooling of water is to be expected...but I have never had any issues with leaks until Selah came in and did their job. I'm concerned about the quality of work on our roof as well and will now be hiring a third party to verify if they actually did the work outlined in their contract. Buyer beware...and keep in mind all the 5 star reviews on their Yelp page are for people looking for estimates (not having any actual work done). They also don't respond to any of the legitimate one star reviews, so I would pay attention to those to get a sense of what to expect when dealing with them. Litigation is probably something they're all too familiar with and they know better than to reply to those of us with a legitimate concern over Yelp. read more

The guys at Selah Roofing were terrific with my roof repair job. Carlos was my inspector and was highly professional in the estimate process. I've shopped around with other roofing companies and I could tell his inspection was very detailed and price competitive. No other roof inspector shared pictures with me of the concern areas. Carlos didn't just speak about the issues/recommendations but also showed me pictures and provided options. I was able to get the job scheduled right away and I was in constant communication with their office and also with Paul. When more tiles needed replacement than originally planned, they worked with me on a reasonable price. I will certainly consider Selah Roofing again for future roofing needs. read more

My experience with Selah Roofing was brief but SO GREAT. Calvin is who came out to assess my roof issues. He immediately impressed me. Unlike ANY OTHER roof estimators -- Calvin extended a ladder and actually hopped up on the roof to take a look - how did no other roofer think to do that? My concern was about places that rodents might be getting into my attic. Calvin inspected all the relevant areas (including the inside attic -- all with admirable COVID compliance) and made a very reasonable recommendation that just happened to NOT REQUIRE A ROOFER. He also made some sensible recommendations to places to watch on my roof where problems might develop if not tended. Calvin addressed my problem and Selah earned a customer for life. When I DO need a roofer, you can be sure I"ll be calling Selah and I'm going to ask for Calvin. read more

This is a follow-up review to the warranty service. Selah has yet again proven their exceptional and professional service. They delivered high-quality service and excellent communication during the peak of demand for services during these recent storms. No matter how busy they were, they guaranteed to provide service and accommodated our request to fix a leak in the garage. It is now resolved. No more issues. I'm very pleased with the roof assessment and estimate report from Carlos at Selah Roofing. Carlos arrived early for the appointment and began his tasks before I arrived. He explained the report and trouble spots. He suggested the different ways the work could be scheduled, different materials and financing options. Carlos is very pleasant and professional and I think he is a great asset to the Selah roofing company. I was satisfied with the Selah company from start to finish. "Receptionista", Tialisa, promptly answered my first call and every call thereafter. She accommodated the appointment time I requested and smoothly coordinated the actual arrival time between me and Carlos. TL; DR - don't bother working with them if you have any expectations of quality work, that they'll honor their warranty and that they'll communicate honestly, act with integrity or respect your time. Selah installed our new roof for condo building in December 2020 and that experience was fine overall. A year later in December 2021, we had our first major rain storm and my living room ceiling started to leak. I called Selah on 12/29/22 to report the problem and spoke with both Calvin and Angela. Calvin suggested I "poke a hole" in the ceiling to relieve some of the water that was building up in the meantime, so I did; about 6 inches of water came out and filled a small waste basket. They did send someone within a day to come out and assess the problem with our roof but weren't able to actually do anything about it at the time while it was still raining. I followed up the next week about whether the issue and if they'd be fixing the (now, extensive) water damage to my ceiling inside my unit as our roof is still under warranty. Angela at Selah assured me they would take care of the roof and my ceiling's water damage. They sent someone out maybe a week later to fix the roof but that person "didn't know anything about it," when I asked if they'd also be coming inside my unit to repair the damage to ceiling. I followed up several times over the last 6 weeks and have been given the general run around "our dry wall guy isn't available this week," etc. Finally, they agreed to send someone out on 1/24/22. That someone was Paul Paredes, president. I met with Paul in person and on that day, he informed me the reason for the ceiling leak in my unit is because the area around the t-top on roof had not been properly sealed. I asked if this had been resolved or if the leak would happen again the next time it rains and he assured me the issue had been resolved and no, the leak wouldn't occur next time it rains. He went on to say he'd follow up with me about getting the ceiling drywall repaired/replaced and check for mold as well.  I have not heard from anyone at Selah since that conversation with Paul. Yesterday, I had my partner call Paul directly and follow up with him. Per their conversation on 2/4/22, Paul and Selah Roofing are no longer taking responsibility for the water damage to my ceiling that occurred on 12/29/21.  On that call, Paul changed his story completely and suggested my ceiling leak and damage was not a result of Selah's roof replacement or improper sealing of the t-top vent but from wind blowing rain water through the t-top vent.  This explanation suggests I should expect water damage to my ceiling anytime we experience inclement weather (which is absurd). I've reached out to Selah via email and given them an opportunity to make this right and assume responsibility; however, I'm not expecting to hear back given my experience with them and lack of communication, follow through and now - complete change in story and lack of accountability. Unfortunately, I'll have to go through legal channels now but did want to share this experience on Yelp for anyone considering their services as they are not honoring our warranty, have lied and said they would fix my ceiling damage but are now changing their story and in general won't follow through/will string you along and not make good on any promises or agreements. I've been strung along and lied to for 6 weeks and only when I had my partner (who happens to be a general contractor himself) call Paul did he get the (ridiculous) explanation he received today and confirmation they won't take responsibility for the damage which covers about half my living room. Your estimator, Calvin Black, was AWFUL! He treated me terribly and bad-mouthed us for requesting an estimate!!! Even though his card clearly stated "free estimates" he said he was "doing us a favor" and that they normally charge for estimates. IN FRONT OF ME, he even said that we were just wasting HIS time - HOW RUDE!!! WHY would you put FREE ESTIMATES on your card if you are going to chew the client out because they asked for an estimate? They were recommended to us because they are part of a trusted networking group but CLEARLY they do not care about their clients or potential clients. I will be reaching out to said group (BNI) so that they are aware of the issue and deal with him accordingly. This company is absolutely terrible and I will NEVER use them again. Please save yourself from this verbal abuse and just find a different roofing company - LITERALLY ever other roofer is better than Calvin. I am truly disappointed.
