We are vey satisfied with LCG's performance replacing our roof…read more Our neighbor recommended Luis Campos and LCG. It was easy to arrange a visit. Afterwards, Luis promptly sent the estimate document via text message and provided samples. Once we accepted and chose our roofing material, LCG started work when they said they would. Working to their estimate, LCG removed our old roof, replaced damaged plywood, and installed new roofing and skylights. They were careful and professional throughout. In particular, their clean-up each day was exceptional: it was by far the best of the 3 different roofing jobs I've been involved with in the past few years. Inspection reports and invoices were also conveniently sent by text. Luis kept us informed throughout via text and responded quickly to queries. There were no surprises in the final bill. I can definitely recommend LCG. PS, an added bonus: Luis sent us a nice aerial photo of our new roof!

I had a kitchen leak but that was not it. There were other areas in my roof that needed attention. I had three different quotes and after doing my research, I decided to go with Miguel because of his thoroughness. He even went to our home to place a tarp before the two days of heavy rain arrived to prevent more water damage. He took time to go buy a tarp since I had a sudden emergency. He discovered that my porch roof had been installed incorrectly. He secured all the vents. He matched colored my roof with the porch something the previous fake-roofer couldn't do. He replaced wood. Overall, I was satisfied. He even worked with me on getting my mom a senior discount. Miguel and his team will be my "to-go-to" for any future problems. His price was within range. Of course, any projects will have last minute discoveries and changes in cost, but he worked a price to fit my budget. Also received a year warranty. Keep up the good work, Miguel. Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience…read more I had an appointment scheduled with this company today, but no one showed up. They didn't call or send me a message to let me know they weren't coming. After the scheduled appointment time had already passed, they finally called, asked me a few questions, and then told me to find someone else. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I had arranged my schedule around this appointment and expected at least some basic communication and professionalism. If they were too busy to take the job, they should have told me beforehand instead of making an appointment they couldn't keep. Very disappointed with their lack of respect for customers' time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

He found a fifth cracked tile I hadn't noticed, replaced it too, confirmed the underlayment underneath was in good shape, and again charged fairly. What stood out most was his honesty.
