I have used this company for house and garage roofing. Very professional and they provide quality service. Called and the owner showed up, inspected the problem to find it was my patio and not my roof. I have trusted AHRCO for over 15 years with no problems. They show up for all appointments. read more

I am so glad I found AHRCO and chose them over the other two roofing companies to do my roof repair of leaking boot flashings, redo a pipe flashing, and install the exterior portion of a skylight (they don't do interior). From the beginning, Kevin the site supervisor was respectful, caring and responsive, answering texted questions even when off hours. I could tell from how he took the time to help me understand all the details of the process that I chose the right company. (A competitor roofing company sent a salesman to give the bid, show me a PowerPoint slideshow and answer questions--but he doesn't even do the actual work day in and day out, so I felt he wasn't as knowledgeable.). Kevin even fit my work in earlier than anticipated when they found a schedule gap. He and Rodney were awesome--friendly, organized and efficient. The skylight even came from Home Depot with the frame slightly bent, and they made the best of the defect and built the skylight box nice and sturdy. AHRCO workers have a can-do attitude and positive energy that is lacking in a lot of construction these days. Trust me, I've talked to DOZENS of companies in the last 2 months due to urgent home repairs. I would call them again in a second if I had any roofing needs, whether entire reroof or repairs. One last thing, their prices were much better than some I got, and I'm not in a place to drop huge amounts of money right now or ever! I hope they continue to offer these reasonable prices. Thanks guys for taking good care of my home! read more

A year ago I had to replace my roofs at my duplex in Huntington Park. I did my research with roofers around that area, met with about 3-4 companies (one that had some just completed a neighbor across the street). I was disappointed with the ones I met, experience, cost, knowledge of material, so on and so on! I called a friend (Anita, who has rentals and does Real Estate in the area), she recommended Arturo and his company. Never looked back, these guys are the Best, 100% Professional and Customer Service, starting right from the start talking with Arturo himself. The pre-field of my property was quick, professionally explained, recommended the material and timeline of work. That Monday they had submitted the paperwork to the City, due to the relationship with the City, we had our approval quick and easy. AHRCO crew started the work, found some damaged wood (fixed at no extra cost, included in the price), completed, beginning to end in 3 weeks, IMPRESSIVE! There's no other place to go but straight to Arturo and his team of professional workers. They're clean, easy to talk to and answer all the questions while you're experiencing the work. I'm still recommending this company to friends here in SoCal. Thank You Arturo for all your support, buen trabajo Amigo!! read more

I have usedAhrco for three jobs now and thought it was time to do a review. Quality workmanship and professional service. competitive pricing up front with out a bunch of change orders or add on items that many roofers do. i enjoy working with a company that does what they say when the say they will do it and with quality materials. I have made the mistake of trying to save money upfront in the past and it costing more at the end of the project. read more

Arturo is absolutely AMAZING! To say this man has integrity is an understatement. He is professional, punctual and even good for a laugh. I'm a Realtor who is constantly meeting with different contractors, inspectors, electricians, plumbers and roofers. Arturo came to inspect a home for me and literally told me that the roof was "in great condition and didn't need any work." He said that if he was purchasing the home he wouldn't do any work on it, his honesty blew me away! I've seen a lot of professionals inflate prices and add work that isn't absolutely necessary. Ethically sound licensed contractors always remain at the TOP of my list. I will happily continue to give AHRCO my business because of Arturo. read more

We were so glad to have found Art and his crew. We were trying to sell our home in Lakewood and the patio roof and whirly vent in the garage kept leaking. The crew was able to replace both and no more leaks anywhere. The job was done completely and cleanly. Talking to them, you know they were subject matter experts and confident in their abilities. This showed in the quality of their work and we highly recommend this company. read more

I met Art of AHRCO as he was one of the 3 bidders to re-roof my home and garage. He wasn't the cheapest but decided to hire him since he handled not only the permitting but also getting approval from the historical architecture folks since I have a 106 year old Bungalow home. Art was responsive and started on the date he promised. He also told me his crew would take 4 days to finish and he was spot on. His team was very mindful of cleaning up at the end of every day. October 29, 2018 The final inspection was just done and it passed. The inspector signed off on the permit. Again I knew it would pass as the crew knew what they were doing. The last thing will be after the first rains hoping no leaks. I am going to be optimistic and just know it will not leak, the old roof never leaked and it was not properly installed. We are very happy with the work and look of our new roof the color is the only one in the neighborhood with this color....Peter said it was a newer color and one the most popular colors. read more

AHRCO did a great job on our 1929 built home and garage. I was concerned with the stability of the roof on the garage, as it is a little warped but Art was confident they could completely the job correctly. I had a couple different quotes, one guy was not interested in doing our job because he was afraid he was going to run into too many problems because the age of the home. Art came out and gave me the lowest quote. 2 weeks later the huge trashcan came and his men began to work. They put large tarps down to protect my plants the best they could and cleaned up the debris well. Our garage shares a property line with the neighbor and they went over to the neighbors house to clean up too. The roofers were on time every morning and they completed the job by the estimated time, 3 days. We are very happy with our roof. We will be using them again in the future for our other home. read more

I was so pleased on how smooth this roofing job went from beginning to end. Kevin the Project Manager was knowledgeable in the roofing supply choices to choose from, explaining the the contract, and never rushing us with choices and colors. He was always on the job working with the crew. The roofing team were all super hard working. The job was done efficiently and on time as promised. You wont be disappointed! They are a great group of men who work hard! read more

Truly a genuine honest company, I had over 6 roofers come to our house and give estimates to repair our roof leak and to replace our flat roof, all of them had some sort of ways to sell you something you did not need or were late and telling a bunch of excuses. I contact Art, the owner of AHRCO ROOFING and he had his son, Peter, to come and give us an estimate the day after. Peter came exactly on time, he listened to me, found what I want, explained me everything, no sale gimmick! and gave me a full written estimate right on the spot, a VERY REASONABLE PRICE ESTIMATE. Art scheduled our roof repair for the following week after we signed the contract. His crew started reroofing my house and in less than 4 days they were finished with the job. Every day they CAME ON TIME! EVERY DETAIL OF THE JOB WAS DONE IN PERFECTION AND CARE, the house looks amazing!!! We are getting a lot of compliments from our neighbors. Our roof was in a horrible condition (the roof is about 30 years old) and they did a very professional work. They kept the job site very clean, his crew was very friendly and caring. They replaced roof part that was not in our contract, and he made sure all the trimming matched the house. He took care of the inspection procedure and came specially to meet the West Hollywood Inspector when the job was done. We highly recommend him to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement he is truly a genuinely honest person. We will spread the word and introduce more people in West Hollywood and Los Angeles to AHRCO ROOFING. read more

I needed a new roof and live in a historical neighborhood. Art, who runs things, has done other roofs in the vicinity. So he is well acquainted with the historical designation and what the city will accept. He obtained the permit for the new roof, the OK with historical neighborhood office, took the roof down to the rafters, did the aluminized wood sheets and then the shingles. Very quick to repond to telephone calls and messages. Clean up was good. They even went over things with a magnet to get the nails. All done in 4 days for a reasonable price compared to other builders. Looks great. Very professional. Very easy. read more
