I am so glad I found AHRCO and chose them over the other two roofing companies to do my roof repair of leaking boot flashings, redo a pipe flashing, and install the exterior portion of a skylight (they don't do interior). From the beginning, Kevin the site supervisor was respectful, caring and responsive, answering texted questions even when off hours. I could tell from how he took the time to help me understand all the details of the process that I chose the right company. (A competitor roofing company sent a salesman to give the bid, show me a PowerPoint slideshow and answer questions--but he doesn't even do the actual work day in and day out, so I felt he wasn't as knowledgeable.). Kevin even fit my work in earlier than anticipated when they found a schedule gap. He and Rodney were awesome--friendly, organized and efficient. The skylight even came from Home Depot with the frame slightly bent, and they made the best of the defect and built the skylight box nice and sturdy. AHRCO workers have a can-do attitude and positive energy that is lacking in a lot of construction these days. Trust me, I've talked to DOZENS of companies in the last 2 months due to urgent home repairs. I would call them again in a second if I had any roofing needs, whether entire reroof or repairs. October 29, 2018 The final inspection was just done and it passed. The inspector signed off on the permit. Again I knew it would pass as the crew knew what they were doing. The last thing will be after the first rains hoping no leaks. I am going to be optimistic and just know it will not leak, the old roof never leaked and it was not properly installed. We are very happy with the work and look of our new roof the color is the only one in the neighborhood with this color....Peter said it was a newer color and one the most popular colors. read more

AHRCO did a great job on our 1929 built home and garage. I was concerned with the stability of the roof on the garage, as it is a little warped but Art was confident they could completely the job correctly. I had a couple different quotes, one guy was not interested in doing our job because he was afraid he was going to run into too many problems because the age of the home. Art came out and gave me the lowest quote. 2 weeks later the huge trashcan came and his men began to work. They put large tarps down to protect my plants the best they could and cleaned up the debris well. Our garage shares a property line with the neighbor and they went over to the neighbors house to clean up too. The roofers were on time every morning and they completed the job by the estimated time, 3 days. We are very happy with our roof. Truly a genuine honest company, I had over 6 roofers come to our house and give estimates to repair our roof leak and to replace our flat roof, all of them had some sort of ways to sell you something you did not need or were late and telling a bunch of excuses. I contact Art, the owner of AHRCO ROOFING and he had his son, Peter, to come and give us an estimate the day after. Peter came exactly on time, he listened to me, found what I want, explained me everything, no sale gimmick! and gave me a full written estimate right on the spot, a VERY REASONABLE PRICE ESTIMATE. Art scheduled our roof repair for the following week after we signed the contract. His crew started reroofing my house and in less than 4 days they were finished with the job. Every day they CAME ON TIME! EVERY DETAIL OF THE JOB WAS DONE IN PERFECTION AND CARE, the house looks amazing!!! We are getting a lot of compliments from our neighbors. I needed a new roof and live in a historical neighborhood. Art, who runs things, has done other roofs in the vicinity. So he is well acquainted with the historical designation and what the city will accept. He obtained the permit for the new roof, the OK with historical neighborhood office, took the roof down to the rafters, did the aluminized wood sheets and then the shingles.
