I contacted Integrity Cleaning Service after I did some construction on my rental property. The floors were a mess from the previous tenant, and they got even worse after the construction. I failed to properly cover all the flooring and got some paint over spray parts of the tile and laminate flooring. They came out on a Saturday morning for an estimate, and scheduled me for later on that week. They were in and out in a day, and the floors never looked better. He got out stains that no other carpet cleaner had before and was a wealth of information regarding the many floor surfaces that I have. I had him do all the floors in my offices and was very happy with the service. He did follow ups and offered regular cleanings, to which I put him on contract right away for quarterly and annual service based on his quality of work. Integrity could not be a less apt name for their business. I spoke with Tyler this morning who gave me a quote of $85 since they normally do not come as far out to pick up area rugs. Then I spoke with Tim at 1:50pm ish and was told it would be no problem for them to come out, pick up and drop off again by early next week. I made both individuals aware of our address and was asked to text the address - which I did to their number. We are a business in Downtown LA, such was reflected via our phone conversation and if the address is looked up. After taking several hours to send me a time, they tell me they would like to pick up at 8:30pm. I tell them as we are a business that we close by 6:30pm. They tell me abruptly that they are booked up and can't help me. They claim they did not know we were not a residence. I really don't know what to say. This was a complete waste of time and already ate into my small window to get this rug cleaned. I told them I am disappointed and they told me they bend over backwards for all of their customers and that their other customers feel differently. Unfortunately, the experiences of others do not translate into my experience nor do they make mine more favorable. The fact that there was little remorse over wasting my time knowing I have to rush this cleaning and then acting as though somehow this is acceptable behavior for a business is mind boggling. It is simply unacceptable to accept a job that you are not prepared to fulfill especially when given the information up front (twice). It's also not okay to shirk responsibility for inconveniencing your customers when you have to cancel cleanings due to issues on your end.
