When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.

UPDATE: As of October, Rosario and I have agreed that he will come back and do a walk through himself, so I can point out what I perceived as problems, and he can comment on issues. What a disappointment!....In June of this year, I hired Oasis to deep clean my house. I was very anxious to have them come based on all the reviews I had read on Yelp. One bedroom, two small bathrooms, front room, dining room, utility room, kitchen, hall way. I had initially suggested that for the kind of deep cleaning I had in mind, it might take longer. The end result: Two women, Spanish speaking only, at $60 an hour for both, and in five hours, they cleaned less than HALF of a 1200 square foot area, in what was supposed to be deep cleaning, rather than just simple housekeeping. The sad thing is that I always spend a lot of time cleaning before I let housekeepers in! I had even advised the supervisor of that by email. Before these ladies arrived, surfaces were dusted, the house swept and vacuumed, there were no dishes to wash, no trash to take out, and the toilets had been scrubbed CLEAN before I even opened the door to the crew. I was hoping for deep cleaning of cabinet doors, molding, baseboards, indoor door frames, cobwebs off of ceilings where I cannot reach, utility room etc, the kind of deep cleaning I struggle to do myself now that I am in my seventies. I had advised Oasis that the house had not been PROFESSIONALLY cleaned for four years. That, of course, did NOT mean I had never cleaned house! If I have visitors, I regularly clean, sweep and dust beforehand. I am limited in what I can do, so I wanted help with the cabinets over the microwave, which I cannot reach without a ladder, (and at my age that is not advisable), the baseboards around the rooms, the short thermal curtains needed to be vacuumed for cat hair (they cannot be washed or dry cleaned) and due to a bad back I have problems keeping the oak flooring everywhere as shiny as I would like it to be. Except for sweeping, I can almost never get to the utility room, and was anxious to have that cleaned and vacuumed . There are several cats in the house and a small dog, so pet hair accumulates, despite dusting, sweeping and vacuuming. There are no carpets in the house at all. Even with deep cleaning, two women working five hours in 1200 sq feet should have most of the house sparkling, with perhaps some areas left to be done. It was not. Not even half of the house had been cleaned, and what was done in the back of the house, was just simple and very limited cleaning. In five hours.... I had been advised I would have an English speaking crew. At that hourly charge, that is what I would expect (of course, it is OK if English is not their first language) for a private residence. I was told these women are independent contractors, if that is true, I am hoping their contracts were in Spanish. It left me unable to communicate or suggest. I left the house to stay out of their way. The woman in the back of the house worked five hours, and cleaned the back bathroom, and partly dusted the bedroom. I have no idea what she was doing in those hours, as some items were left undusted, and the floor did not appear to be clean and shiny. No moldings or baseboards had been touched. The back bathroom toilet had been clean before she started. The hallway, the front room, dining room and the utility room were never touched (she left a smear on the hallway floor). The high kitchen cabinets were cleaned and the stove was cleaned; that was the one good thing of this event since little else was done. However, it just does not take five hours to do those things! In recontacting the company, I initially agreed that it might take longer to do deep cleaning at my house and set another appointment. However, after giving it some thought, and then checking the house, I was so shocked at how little had been done for the $270 I paid, and that this crew had not even accomplished ordinary housekeeping in 600 square feet, leaving half of the house untouched in five hours, that I began to have second thoughts. The supervisor advised he tried to get in touch with me to advise that it would take longer, but I was unavailable. I initially thought this meant that in five hours of two women working in such a small area, that may have meant they did not finish baseboards etc....no, unfortunately what was done in this small house was less than what had been done for me IN THE PAST by one woman in three hours and one half hours. I was so disappointed, as I would have had them in at least four times a year, and if I moved or rented out the house, was planning on using them again. Afterwards, on June 3, I OFFERED BY EMAIL to let the supervisor at Oasis come and look at the house to determine what was done and what was undone. There was no response to that email. I truly cannot recommend them. What a disappointment! read more

I also use A LOT of different cleaning services since I'm super busy...but the one thing I'd like to point out on why I'm a raving fan is the way Rosario handles his business, his employees, and his customers. Not only do his employees perform the cleaning services with integrity but they're also just nice people! This was my first time using Oasis Natural Cleaning for my 1600 square-foot healthcare office. The word that comes to mind is THOROUGH. This team really cares about doing an excellent job, and making sure you're happy. Other cleaners I've used pale in comparison - no where near as detail-oriented or thorough as Oasis Natural Cleaning was. Rosario, who is the owner, is a top-notch guy - warm, professional, and obviously skilled in customer service. Communicated everything very clearly. I trusted him and his quote. Had our house deep cleaned yesterday as a Mothers Day gift for my wife. (Her request). We couldn't be happier!!! Two extremely sweet, caring ladies arrived 10 minutes early and did an AMAZING job throughout the entire house!!! There is no way I would be able to accomplish as much as they did in such a short amount of time!!! They were extremely nice and very respectful the entire time!!!! Called Oasis after researching a bunch of other cleaners and I just liked the way I was treated from the beginning. I also liked the fact that they use organic products... After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning".

They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.
