I called Gonzalez D&K Cleaning to request for a deep clean to remove all the mold and mildew stains in my shower and Daniel was so patient in answering all of my questions. I was worried they may not be able to remove all of the mold stains but Daniel assured me they would do their best and he addressed all of my concerns. I received many quotes and Daniel gave me the most affordable price with top reviews so I decided to book an appointment. It was the best decision ever! Miriam and Hilda did SUCH an amazing job in deep cleaning my bathroom! They removed most of the black mildew stains that I couldn't remove myself. They even removed the ugly grout at the edge of my bathtub! I was pretty impressed they cleaned and removed almost everything! My bathtub looks brand new now! I also really appreciated that they really listened to what I wanted cleaned and delivered beyond my expectations! They were quick and thorough and were done in about an hour and a half! They even cleaned my dressing drawer and vanity in my room! My only regret is that I wish I tipped them more for their hard work because they did such an amazing job! The communication and pricing were initially great. i can't actually speak for the quality of the cleaning as i did not see my condo after the cleaning. my property manager allowed the staff in to clean. few weeks later with the condo still vacant, my new tenant requested another cleaning stating it was not too clean. i contacted daniel the owner and his initial response was quick and price not to my liking so i asked for reduction since it would not be a full clean but a freshen upper. after that, something must not have settled well with daniel he ghosted me. i messaged him 3-4 times stating the original price he quoted is fine then but i need it done. but still crickets. this is my experience, not completely good but not bad but definitely not professional. read more

No need to keep looking! This company is the best. We hired them for a deep clean at our home (we just hit the 2 year mark in our place and wanted to get in all the nooks and crannies). They did such an unbelievable job that we have now hired them for a monthly clean. I really wanted to love their services but I was veryyyy disappointed to say the least. I asked for a move out cleaning service and the only rooms that were cleaned were the two bathrooms. I did state that the rug did not need to be deep cleaned as they would be pulling it, but they did not even vacuum it!! Waste of time and money honestly.
