I hired them for restroom cleaning and they did a decent job but they stopped responding or were not available.

Gonzalez D&K did an amazing job in throughly cleaning my bathroom!!! I just moved into a new place and the bathroom was so filthy and had mold in the bathtub and tiles. I called Gonzalez D&K Cleaning to request for a deep clean to remove all the mold and mildew stains in my shower and Daniel was so patient in answering all of my questions. I was worried they may not be able to remove all of the mold stains but Daniel assured me they would do their best and he addressed all of my concerns. I received many quotes and Daniel gave me the most affordable price with top reviews so I decided to book an appointment. It was the best decision ever! Miriam and Hilda did SUCH an amazing job in deep cleaning my bathroom! They removed most of the black mildew stains that I couldn't remove myself. They even removed the ugly grout at the edge of my bathtub! I was pretty impressed they cleaned and removed almost everything! My bathtub looks brand new now! I also really appreciated that they really listened to what I wanted cleaned and delivered beyond my expectations! They were quick and thorough and were done in about an hour and a half! They even cleaned my dressing drawer and vanity in my room! My only regret is that I wish I tipped them more for their hard work because they did such an amazing job! I highly recommend this company for their cleaning services and affordable prices! I would definitely book them again the next time I need a deep cleaning. read more

Gonzalez D&K Cleaning - Clean bathtub! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Pico Rivera, California

The communication and pricing were initially great. i can't actually speak for the quality of the cleaning as i did not see my condo after the cleaning. my property manager allowed the staff in to clean. few weeks later with the condo still vacant, my new tenant requested another cleaning stating it was not too clean. i contacted daniel the owner and his initial response was quick and price not to my liking so i asked for reduction since it would not be a full clean but a freshen upper. after that, something must not have settled well with daniel he ghosted me. i messaged him 3-4 times stating the original price he quoted is fine then but i need it done. but still crickets. this is my experience, not completely good but not bad but definitely not professional. read more

I was very happy with the service. The two cleaners who came were prepared and professional. They brought everything they needed, they were efficient and did a very good job. I'd pay for the service from Gonzalez again. Just wish it was a little cheaper if getting it every 2 weeks. read more

I really wanted to love their services but I was veryyyy disappointed to say the least. I asked for a move out cleaning service and the only rooms that were cleaned were the two bathrooms. I did state that the rug did not need to be deep cleaned as they would be pulling it, but they did not even vacuum it!! Waste of time and money honestly. I literally did not even believe the cleaners were there at all due to how bad it was. Still tipped the cleaners though because they were polite among entry. Let the pictures speak for themselves (all taken AFTER services). read more

Gonzalez D&K Cleaning has exceeded my expectations many times now, I am so happy to have found a reliable company. I usually book with the owner Daniel-- who is friendly, professional, and straight forward. The cleaning teams are great too, they do an amazing detailed job, are super nice, and extremely trustworthy. To top it all off their prices are VERY reasonable! This last time I worked with them they had a scheduling issue and bent over backwards to make sure their team arrived on time and ready to go. If they didn't mention it I wouldn't have even known, which is admirable as other companies would have cancelled or rescheduled. When I refer them to people, they always call me after to talk about how wonderful their experience was. Thank you to the entire D&K team! You guys are the best. read more

Quick and efficient! Daniel and his team were fast to respond to my messages, providing me a quote and getting to work. A week later, my apartment still feels fresh & clean. They cleaned our floors, vacuumed our carpets, moved and cleaned furniture (behind couch, bed, tables, etc), cleaned my pet's area, dusted all our light fixtures, completely wiped and cleaned our kitchen stove, microwave, fridge, counters. Cleaned our bathtub, sink, cabinets, toilet - everything! They are affordable, reliable and I will DEFINITELY be using their services again, every 3 months at least. read more

No need to keep looking! This company is the best. We hired them for a deep clean at our home (we just hit the 2 year mark in our place and wanted to get in all the nooks and crannies). They did such an unbelievable job that we have now hired them for a monthly clean. It takes a level of trust to let somebody into your home, especially when you've found them on the internet, but you can tell that Daniel (the owner) and Miriam are good people and talented professionals who care about what they do. They do a great job, are very responsive, and the price is incredibly fair. We feel lucky to have found them! read more

Feeling so lucky that I found D&K Cleaning. I received a handful of quotes and this company was the fairest price out of companies with top reviews. It instantly became obvious why they deserve their 5 star rating. The owner Daniel is fast to respond, easy to communicate back and forth with, and got me scheduled immediately. Miriam and her friend arrived early, did an outstanding job, were friendly and trustworthy. I really couldn't imagine a better experience than the one I had. Would recommend to anybody in the LA area and can't wait until our next job together. Thank you!!! read more

Reached out to get a quote and confirmed a time and date the next day. They asked for my address & everything. I just got off the phone with him to re-confirm since I had not heard anything and he told me ,the evening before he was scheduled to come, that he has another job and thought I was "playing". This is not a good way to communicate when you are unable to do a job. I won't be using them in the future. Next time reach out to your potential customers if there is confusion on your part. You just lost potential business. read more

Daniel (owner) responded to my Yelp inquiry within less than an hour and he arrived on time the following day as scheduled. He and Kenia make a great team. They worked straight through as promised, deep cleaned the entire home including the windows, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, inside the kitchen cabinets, oven and bathroom, vacuumed and washed from floor to ceiling. The place was move-in ready for the new tenants. His price was very reasonable and they were so friendly and easy to work with. I have already recommended them to my family. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed. read more

Daniel and his team were punctual and polite. They had masks on the entire cleaning duration, and at the end, they also reviewed with us what was worked on to make sure we were happy. The first and second floors were mopped and vacuumed. I would definitely schedule more services with Daniel again! read more
