We have been using Priority Maids for about eight months now. The maids they have are meticulous and friendly. Christina has been great and we have had to shift some schedules due to various reasons and it hasn't been an issue. Note this is a local small business and sometimes they don't reply within the next few hours. For our family, we want to support local businesses and deal with a real person than a giant call center. This is one of the reasons we love Priority Maids as they're bigger than just a single person but still small enough where we get that personalized touch of service. read more

I'm so happy I came across Priority Maids on RAQ. I have been looking for a regular cleaning service since moving to LA and I've been a little disappointed with the price relative to the quality of service from other cleaners we've hired. Christina responded quickly to all of my messages and provided a quote immediately. We were able to find a time that worked for Lorena to come and she arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. She was also very sweet and easy to work with. It took about 3 hours for her to work through our 1100 sq ft apartment and she did a wonderful job! We are so appreciative. I can't recommend them enough!! Berta and Yoselin were our cleaners. I had to cancel our appointment a couple times and Christina was very accommodating. My mom passed away a few months back and things have been really hard for our family. My parents house needed a serious deep cleaning and needed a lot of work. I was actually worried about someone cleaning it I didn't know if they'd be able to do it. Berta and Yoselin did an outstanding job!! My parents have a beautiful home and it looks like brand new again!! My dad was thrilled as was I!! I've had several cleaners over the years in my own homes and this is the best i've ever seen!! They barely cleaned the areas I requested they focus on and informed me that they couldn't do as well a job on floor cleaning since it sat so long and the dust impacted. Tried to work with this company for home cleaning, but communication was awful. Said they had availability and would get back to me in 30 minutes and didn't hear back until a full day later. Tried again thinking there was a glitch, but they were unable to work with my schedule at all and always extremely slow (more than 24 hours) to reply to messages. So frustrating. read more

I opted not to mention names or circumstances, but simply to express my displeasure at the treatment I received...from you in particular. You were wholly belligerent and completely unwilling to so much as speak with me directly. Could that be because you have something to fear from your dissatisfied customers, which, according to your company's reviews, are plentiful? I do wonder... Evidently, it's simpler for you to blame others for your poor performance than to take responsibility. That's shameful. To potential customers - I DID NOT choose non-payment and I have Christina's text message 'scream-stream' as proof. I expressed many times I would pay for services rendered once I was able to speak with Christina directly regarding several concerns I had as to the the lack of quality work completed, as well as work requested and never completed. She refused. It's unfortunate an employee was forced to suffer non-payment of wages as a result of this company's abysmal customer service contingent. I would pay the employee directly, given the opportunity. It was Christina herself who told me, quite specifically, NOT to pay for services rendered, her text 'scream-stream' available for validation and review upon request. This is an update from my last review, I honestly don't want to leave any bad review for any business because things might happen. But if incidents repeat and they don't care to change or even fix them, its better to let their clients know.. i think this company is recently going through some difficulties, I have them booked for the first Friday of the month but since June i have problem with them.. , they supposed to come June 2nd. I got a last min cancellation on the 1st. it was my husband's birthday on the third but I thought things might happen and i like them so i was ok with that, They send me a new group the next week. I confirmed with Christina for my next cleaning on July 7th she responded a week after and confirmed.. July 7th no one showed up, i texted her and also called her, i got no response. After few days she finally responded to my messages and apologized and booked for the Friday after, Friday 14 no one showed up and she still didn't reach out or answer me.. unfortunately this company is not reachable recently and they are not reliable any more.. read more

I like their service but their communication is not the best. First time they canceled due to family emergency, which was understandable. They came week after and the service was good. Second time request similar as the first a no show no call or message letting us know. I think they have potential but is missing big part that is the trust to let someone in to your home. read more

For the price paid, as a first time customer $211, I am not satisfied with my services. None of the furniture was cleaned, which wasn't completely needed, however I specifically requested all of my cabinets be cleaned well all throughout the house, and the only ones which were cleaned were in the kitchen. The house is basically empty as it was a move in request, but what did they spend time on to have me pay over $200 to have all of my cabinets remain dirty from the previous tenants. The windows weren't cleaned either, which I requested and even the ceiling fans still had lint hanging from them. ON TOP of the terrible cleaning job, I called the following day because we couldn't find my partner's HEART medication.. I left a message and never received a response. I had to have my back unit deep cleaned for my next tenant, and priority maids was the most responsive and had a great value and the first availability. They sent two maids and though the original quote was to be finished within 3 hours, the back unit was a lot dirtier than they expected and they finished all the cleaning 2 hours later however they did a great job and I'm happy with the results. I will definitely book again as I feel like even though they stayed an extra 2 hours the quality is reflective of it and they did not gouge me on price. read more

I think this company has the best of intention but terrible execution. Our cleaner arrived early to our deep cleaning for our 800 sq ft house. She did a great job cleaning for 1 hour in our one bathroom and then was called away to a family emergency. That is completely understandable, we encouraged our cleaner to leave early. I asked Christina for another cleaner to finish the job, since we scheduled the cleaning before a year-end party we were throwing. Christina ghosted us. Then after this ghosting, we were billed half of our cleaning fee, despite our cleaner only cleaning 1 bathroom. I mean, I'm pretty sure my house has more than rooms than 1 bathroom to be cleaned. Christina explained the situation and I rebutted that they cannot be charging for services they did not provide, that makes your business feel like a scam. After this exchange again, she reduced the service fee to 1/4 of the total fee, which was all that was done. I disliked that Christina was unresponsive to her employee leaving the job early, did not find us a replacement, and then attempted to charge a fee for services that were not rendered. It left a very sour taste in my mouth and I will not be using this service again. read more

Had my apartment cleaned by two cleaners they did a fantastic job I like how they left the floors nice and clean I don't know what kind of solution they use but the floor was absolutely clean bathroom was nice and clean my box wooden blinds were spot less they did a whole 360 in the apartment I didn't even expect they were there for about three hours they even told me to take a look in the bathroom which I was shocked all the stuff that I try to take off they took off they were scrubbing the bathroom from top to bottom which I really appreciate overall the cleaners did a fantastic job. read more

Christina with Priority Maids sent the quote over quickly, quoted me a good price , and was able to accommodate my busy schedule. She scheduled me for a Saturday evening which was great. After 2 times canceling the service, finally Cristina found someone who were able to come for move-in cleaning job. The lady who was sent name Renee and the moment she came, she complained right away that the house is dusty and she's allergic with dust. I mean if she's allergic with dust why did she take this job? I was really unhappy with her attitude and the way she cleaned our house.
