When we reached out, we were offered only a small partial refund, which didn't feel like a fair response considering how much was missed. I've used Jazmin's services for both my current lodging to clean the restroom and to fully clean a separate condo. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well. I asked for a quote on Yelp and received a prompt reply however, when I asked what their availability to schedule service would be, there has been no response. This resulted in her having to stay over what she originally estimated the work for, and she completed it despite having an appointment with her family that afternoon. I was very grateful because my place was a complete mess, and having just gotten back from a trip did not have the energy to finish it up. Her work is very detailed, she wiped down the walls without me even asking since she noticed that there was layer of powder from the fumigation. I requested that she vacuum each area twice which she gladly did. As others have pointed she works really hard and that you can bet that she is giving it her all throughout the time that she's cleaning your place.
