I called Delsa because my housekeeper is injured and hasn't been able to come in a couple of weeks. From the first meeting and on the service date Delsa was very professional, she tailored her service to my needs and she was polite. With all that goes on in my home as far as schedules for school and activities, punctuality is a priority, she was absolutely punctual for her initial visit and the service date. While providing service she never once disrupted the virtual learning and my working that was going on. her work was absolutely impeccable. I think attention to detail was missing. One of the workers decided to quit I guess and just sat outside my house which was odd. I prefer people who call or respond back because then I know I can count on them only because she never responded back to me with days passing.
