Where do I begin? I'll give the short story. I had multiple issues with this company the first one was the the cleaning I had some issues with the floor and kitchen island not being properly clean I reached out to the company a week or later or so as I have an extremely busy schedule. For that reason I'm not able to take calls very often. I am able to be contacted via text or email and I respond back in a timely manner. The next day I made it clear I could not receive calls and best way was via text. I still got a call. Here's the thing my major issue wasn't so much the cleaning it was minor. The major issue is the way Celene communicates: she is very passive aggressive and condescending via text. She is also very aggressive when it came to getting me to sign up for re occurring services. read more

We have CELENA'S cleaning service on a bi-weekly schedule now for our household because they did such a good job with our first deep cleaning. Celena is extremely responsive, transparent, personable, and professional. Her team is the same and she expects top notch service from her staff. Adriana is detailed and efficient with cleaning our house and we are very happy with their service. We look forward to future cleanings and so glad we finally found a trust-worthy team to get the job done well and actually show up on time! read more

Excellent cleaning job! I'm very satisfied with the price and a job well done. 2 Gals showed up on time and worked together, very efficient! My next cleaning came down in price, which I appreciate. Celena was very professional and easy to communicate my cleaning needs. 5 Stars! read more

Celena's Cleaning Specialists are exceptional in the work they do. We used them for a deep cleaning and then regular cleanings. We also used them for two empty home cleanings. The results were spectacular! They are timely, hard working and dedicated. They take extreme care and do all of their cleanings with pride. We are planning on using them again. Since we were selling our home, the cleanings were critically important. The owner has the utmost character and integrity. Whole-hearted, unconditional endorsement for fantastic work at a good price. read more

I hate house cleaning. But when I hire somebody to do it for me I'm really picky. I hired them to do a deep Spring cleaning and they exceeded my expectations. So far, I haven't found anything that I'm not happy with. I would absolutely recommend them for your cleaning needs. read more

I wish I could leave a better review, but I was disappointed with the results. We have had cleaners come over twice a year for DEEP cleaning and our usual guy was booked for the needed day so I had to do research to find someone else. I really wanted to give business to Celena and was excited when I booked her, however, I will not be requesting her services again. First time ever a team of 2 came to do a DEEP cleaning in an 1800 sq ft house which included 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 4 windows and 2 sliding doors. I mean... unless you're here for 7 hours it will not happen! The reason I mentioned DEEP cleaning is not because our house needs it, in fact complete opposite. My mom and I maintain the house very clean (my mom is a very neat person). In fact I meantioned this to Celena, and she agreed with me. Which is why we needed extra help with the small details and hard stains here and there. We even asked her not to dust anything since we do that every other day, we needed them to use their commercial grade or secret formula cleaning supplies and get the job done. However, things were left dirty after my mom asked her to clean here and there since it wasn't being done! Any cleaning company that has ever cleaned our house washed our bathroom tiles all around. Celena didn't even clean the light fixtures as it was in our contract/invoice. No furniture was moved around to clean dust bunnies. Kitchen cabinets were left dirty and backsplash wasn't even cleaned! I mean, I can keep writing but I will stop. $$$$ for all this and headache in addition was not worth it!!!!! read more

The most professional company. Celena answered all of my questions no matter how many times I asked the same question and was extremely accommodating. Very knowledgeable and extremely detail orienteers. Her and her team were on time, did an INCREDIBLE job. If you are looking for a cleaning company I recommend you look no where else. They will get the job done and make it an easy transaction. read more

The staff was hired for cleaning, the owner and constructor were very disappointed. Contractor had to hire another staff to properly clean the house. Basically from bath tub to floor to windows, a lot of places it wasn't cleaned properly. read more

Celena and her team did an amazing deep cleaning on my apartment. I put out a request for pricing through Yelp. Celena was the only business owner who responded with clear communication on what was included in a deep cleaning, pricing and even provided references. When she arrived at my place, I found her to be very professional. She walked through my apartment and she talked again about what was included and pricing just to make sure we were on the same page. The cleaning was completed within the timeframe she quoted. I am a clean freak and she did a better job than I would do on a deep cleaning! I have a puppy and they were very dog friendly and made the experience good for him and me. I was able to work from home while they cleaned my place. I am definitely using her again!! Fantastic job!!! read more

So sad. I never leave negative reviews but ewwww. Customer service is trash!! I called to see about a last minute job for an employer (which fyi they don't do same day must be before 5pm the day before) I asked what their rates were for future reference. She said "what rates, what does that even mean?" I said " immm your rates ?? Like how much you charge... uhh to ya know clean ?? I'm confused that she's confused by my question. She hesitantly answered my rates question, and then proceeded to tell me that competitors call to try to find out rates which is why she was so guarded. So I'm sorry that you have a competition but it's kind of part of business is pricing and knowing how much are gonna be charged for a service is a regular business question and being secretive about it it's not good and what was worse was her attitude. Then I proceeded to ask for the rates for my personal space she said "mame, I'm not gonna,... This is ridiculous bye " and hung up. WTF !! not even just poor customer service, but disrespectful on top of it. Just ugh. I feel bad for the poor girl. read more

extremely unprofessional when i asked for the cleaners to come at a different time. cleaning is basic and was overpriced for my place. celena is horrible at communicating with customers and when i had an issue with my house being cleaned incorrectly. please take your money anywhere else !!! read more

Excellent service! I am a general contractor and I recently used Celena's Cleaning Specialists to clean a home that we had completed and they did a great job. The place was spotless. Highly recommend them. read more

I asked for a quote from this company and they left a message on my phone that was less than nice. I have a certain recording on that phone for my own reasons and if they wanted to be hired by me, then they should not have left the message ..."What is stupid dummy? I'm not holding my breath dummy." So, I won't be hiring them. I'd be careful leaving asking them to give you a quote. If they don't like your voice mail, they will leave you a message like they did me. read more

I had a situation where I went to move into my new apartment and the landlord hadnt cleaned it. It was gross. I only had two days to make my move and Celena came the next day and cleaned my apartment so well. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and I came back to a home I could actually move into. She was kind and thorough and I will definitely use her company in the future. read more

Great service! I was very pleased with how thorough the cleaning was done. I definitely recommend Celena's Cleaning Specialist

Celena's is THE BEST cleaning service! I have been using them for about a year all during the Pandemic. They do the BEST job. Everything is so thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. This service has made my life so much easier and my home so clean for my family. I would highly recommend using them to anyone and everyone. I originally hired them to do a one time cleaning when I first moved in, but they were so good I wanted to keep them coming regularly. Thank you so much! read more

I had them come and clean after a major drywall repair and they were excellent and getting all the drywall dust out of my house.

Celena's Cleaning Service is superb!! In addition to providing exceptional cleaning of my home (which includes 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms) their impeccable attention to detail and professionalism is unsurpassed. I also included the optional "ironing" service which was handled in a pristine fashion (by Celena herself) that rival any well-known "cleaners" franchise. I have now utilized their services on two occasions and expect to continue the service on a regular monthly basis into the future. Celena (the owner) embodies an extraordinary entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in all aspects of her business and I recommend her (and her team) in the highest regard. read more

Celena was amazing! I had a move out vacant cleaning and the place was spotless after she left. Celena and her team did an amazing job doing a move out clean for me. They went above and beyond to help make sure I get my deposit back and were extremely thorough with everything they did. They even cleaned the porch for me and went the extra mile every step of the way. Celena was in contact with me the whole time providing updates on their progress, calling about specific issues they noticed, and just taking great care to make sure I was in the loop and happy. I highly recommend Celena and her crew. Their thought, care, and attention to detail is outstanding and they did a wonderful job! read more

Celena and her staff did a great job. They were professional and thoroughly cleaned everything that I needed. Would recommend.

When Celena and her gals arrived, she wanted to review the home, and I mentioned the windows downstairs. She was adamant that the windows were not discussed on the phone, and when I tried to remin her that on the phone I only needed the downs stairs windows done along with a 3 window slider, she seemed almost angry that I should question her. She did say on the phone windows were $15 each for 5 $75, and the slider was $18. She later looked it up on her phone, found I was correct and apologized. But from that moment on, there was an underlying attitude and I found her quite rude. Almost as if I was beneath her, and not the one paying the $525 and could perhaps get future business. The upstairs, I felt, was rushed thru and things missed. The downstairs I felt they did a good job, and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen. This was not an easy home because of two pit bulls that we had to keep contained and my grandson who has emotional issues and does not deal well with strangers in the home, and I made here aware of the situation. But Celena's curt attitude towards him and me at times was not appreciated. Never did get the $30 fall special she mentions. read more
