Where do I begin? I'll give the short story. I had multiple issues with this company the first one was the the cleaning I had some issues with the floor and kitchen island not being properly clean I reached out to the company a week or later or so as I have an extremely busy schedule. For that reason I'm not able to take calls very often. I am able to be contacted via text or email and I respond back in a timely manner. The next day I made it clear I could not receive calls and best way was via text. I still got a call. Here's the thing my major issue wasn't so much the cleaning it was minor. The major issue is the way Celene communicates: she is very passive aggressive and condescending via text. I wish I could leave a better review, but I was disappointed with the results. We have had cleaners come over twice a year for DEEP cleaning and our usual guy was booked for the needed day so I had to do research to find someone else. I really wanted to give business to Celena and was excited when I booked her, however, I will not be requesting her services again. First time ever a team of 2 came to do a DEEP cleaning in an 1800 sq ft house which included 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 4 windows and 2 sliding doors. I mean... unless you're here for 7 hours it will not happen! The reason I mentioned DEEP cleaning is not because our house needs it, in fact complete opposite. My mom and I maintain the house very clean (my mom is a very neat person). In fact I meantioned this to Celena, and she agreed with me. Which is why we needed extra help with the small details and hard stains here and there. We even asked her not to dust anything since we do that every other day, we needed them to use their commercial grade or secret formula cleaning supplies and get the job done. However, things were left dirty after my mom asked her to clean here and there since it wasn't being done! Any cleaning company that has ever cleaned our house washed our bathroom tiles all around. Celena didn't even clean the light fixtures as it was in our contract/invoice. No furniture was moved around to clean dust bunnies. Kitchen cabinets were left dirty and backsplash wasn't even cleaned! I mean, I can keep writing but I will stop. $$$$ for all this and headache in addition was not worth it!!!!! read more

Celena and her team did an amazing deep cleaning on my apartment. I put out a request for pricing through Yelp. Celena was the only business owner who responded with clear communication on what was included in a deep cleaning, pricing and even provided references. When she arrived at my place, I found her to be very professional. She walked through my apartment and she talked again about what was included and pricing just to make sure we were on the same page. The cleaning was completed within the timeframe she quoted. I am a clean freak and she did a better job than I would do on a deep cleaning! I have a puppy and they were very dog friendly and made the experience good for him and me. I was able to work from home while they cleaned my place. I am definitely using her again!! So sad. I never leave negative reviews but ewwww. Customer service is trash!! I called to see about a last minute job for an employer (which fyi they don't do same day must be before 5pm the day before) I asked what their rates were for future reference. She said "what rates, what does that even mean?" I said " immm your rates ?? Like how much you charge... uhh to ya know clean ?? I'm confused that she's confused by my question. She hesitantly answered my rates question, and then proceeded to tell me that competitors call to try to find out rates which is why she was so guarded. So I'm sorry that you have a competition but it's kind of part of business is pricing and knowing how much are gonna be charged for a service is a regular business question and being secretive about it it's not good and what was worse was her attitude. Then I proceeded to ask for the rates for my personal space she said "mame, I'm not gonna,... This is ridiculous bye " and hung up. I asked for a quote from this company and they left a message on my phone that was less than nice. I have a certain recording on that phone for my own reasons and if they wanted to be hired by me, then they should not have left the message ..."What is stupid dummy? When Celena and her gals arrived, she wanted to review the home, and I mentioned the windows downstairs. She was adamant that the windows were not discussed on the phone, and when I tried to remin her that on the phone I only needed the downs stairs windows done along with a 3 window slider, she seemed almost angry that I should question her. She did say on the phone windows were $15 each for 5 $75, and the slider was $18. She later looked it up on her phone, found I was correct and apologized. But from that moment on, there was an underlying attitude and I found her quite rude. Almost as if I was beneath her, and not the one paying the $525 and could perhaps get future business. The upstairs, I felt, was rushed thru and things missed. The downstairs I felt they did a good job, and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen. This was not an easy home because of two pit bulls that we had to keep contained and my grandson who has emotional issues and does not deal well with strangers in the home, and I made here aware of the situation. But Celena's curt attitude towards him and me at times was not appreciated. Never did get the $30 fall special she mentions. read more
