I contacted Bluwolf Janitorial for a quote on removing Rejuvenate floor restorer buildup from vinyl/wood-look flooring in my apartment. The person I spoke with asked me to send photos, which I did, along with the exact product name, approximate square footage, access details, and the fact that portable equipment and furniture moving would be needed. I also clarified that I was not looking to add any new wax, gloss, seal, or coating -- only to remove the buildup and return the floor as close as possible to its natural clean finish. The issue for me was the tone of his response and the lack of follow-through afterward. He stated that the floor should not have been sealed or coated, which may be true, but the way he said it came across as judgmental and dismissive rather than helpful or solution-oriented. It felt less like guidance from a professional and more like I was being scolded for the condition of the floor. After I provided the requested photos and details, I never received a clear recommendation, final quote, or follow-up. read more
