Cleaners were young. They missed a couple of things. Managers were very communicative, responsive when issue arose. read more

Calieluxe Cleaners - Office Cleaning Near Me

In the midst of construction, my house was a mess with paint and construction dust all over. I called a few well known cleaning services, but their availability was to far off. A friend of mine told be about Calieluxe and their quality of work so I gave them a call and they made the impossible possible! Within minutes they were able to schedule a crew to come clean the main house, ADU, and ADU. Once completed, and I came to see their work. I was absolutely astonished. It was like my own mother had just finished cleaning the house. The attention to detail throughout all of the units was absolutely unbelievable! I am a client for life, any and every future project Calieluxe is the one to clean up!!! read more

This review is based on my conversation with the Owner (Mike) after I received the initial quote from him. So this is a very unusual review and hoping it will help other prospective clients to get a better understanding on my experience. I received a quote from him of $50 an hour with 2 cleaners and I was expecting a flat rate quote for cleaning services. When I requested for a Flat Rate, he later asked about the detail description of my house to give me a clear & flat rate and a description for the Backyard Patio, to that I sent him the video link that I have on Youtube. The video shows the complete backyard, but I asked him to see the first 3 seconds of the clip also for the Patio Size, which is actually a mid size. After looking at the video, he told me that my flat rate will be $550 (which means 11 hours of cleaning with 2 maids). I think and strongly believe after looking at the video, he thought of charging me that price as my backyard looks very glamourous and he thought I am a rich client, so decided to overcharge me based on my backyard. Now the whole service is for - 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a Mid Size Patio. I will let the customers to be the judge who will see this as a 11 hour service and decide, if the owner was right to price me $550 for this 4 hour job. Lets make it 6 hour job with 2 cleaners, still no reason to charge me $550 as his initial quote was $50/hr with 2 cleaners. Bottomline is that the owner decided to charge me more as he saw a potential rich client on based of my captivating backyard and its size. read more

Great price, job was throughly done and performed quickly. I am planning on using this service again.

My Friday was about to be a disaster but CalieLuxe Cleaners are a life saver!!! I own an Airbnb in the Valley and our cleaners canceled on us last minute due to an emergency. I get it, it happens to the best of us so I have a few other numbers on speed dial but they were booked and our guests paid for an early check in while I was getting ready to go out of town or I would do it myself. The last phone number I had saved for an emergency cleaning service was CalieLuxe Cleaners and boy were we pleased! CalieLuxe Cleaners did an even better job than the cleaners we normally use to clean the home, I was very impressed when I stopped by last minute to check the place before we headed to the airport. 5/5 very impressed, thank you Calieluxe Cleaners! read more

Calieluxe Cleaners cleaned our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment yesterday and they were fantastic to work with. They worked so hard on cleaning up the areas that we are (let's be honest) too lazy to clean. They were not disruptive at all, they were on time, and they were just so nice and polite. The fees were reasonable and we would definitely use Calieluxe again! read more

Highly recommended! I decided to book a cleaning with Calieluxe Cleaners after messaging a few companies here on Yelp. They offered a great price and were very accommodating with my schedule. I am so happy to have found Ara and Calieluxe Cleaners through a Yelp search! I have had cleaners come periodically over several years, but I never felt like I found the right match to set up weekly cleanings....until now! Ara has come every week now for several months. He, along with the second cleaner, do an excellent job restoring my house back to clean. I have three young kids, and it is amazing how messy our home can get in a short period of time. Ara brings a weekly dose of peace into the busy-ness of our week. I love that Ara checks in the day before each cleaning to ask if I have any specific cleaning needs. His communication is far superior to that of the average cleaning company. He also asked for and listened to feedback after each of the first few times he came. Now that he knows my house and my preferences, his cleanings are better than ever. He pays attention to details, making everything clean and fresh before he leaves. He genuinely has a passion to work hard and provide customer satisfaction. I respect the pride in his work. Because of all this, I have recommended him to several other families, and I recommend him to you too! read more
