During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. They were able to clean the entire the kitchen in the next hour. I liked that they cleaned the oven vent filters. Then spent the last 15 minutes cleaning window sills, which I ended up asking to be redone because they were in fact not cleaned when they verbally told me they had when I checked in with them. It probably would've been an additional 2 hours to get the rest of the home, which included 2 full bathrooms, and 3 closets. Ended up having to pick priorities at the time of the appointment, which again, was unexpected. Other notes: The cleaners had masks, but did not keep them on the entire duration (pulled down on chin everytime I walked in, not covering nose). Hired two sisters to do the deep cleaning. They showed up exactly on time, had all their supplies with them. Husband and wife team. Who did an excellent job.
