Wow. We bought a house the former owners didn't clean at all when moving out. It was a MESS! The bathrooms, carpet, kitchen appliances... they were all gross. We're all busy and cleaning on top of moving was just too much for us. Less than 48 hour after I requested a quote my wife and I walked in amazed at how clean the home was. We simultaneously joked and said "should we cancel the carpet cleaning?" What an awesome service at an awesome price. If they service your area, give them a call because you won't be upset. read more

Their deep cleanings are life changing. Especially when you peek in half way through and realize how much dust and hair they put from under your furniture half way through. They deep clean appliances and your mental health along with it. read more

Literally THE BEST cleaning my house has ever had! Holy smokes! This crew cleaned my house today...OH MY LORD, they were beyond phenomenal!!!! Talk about a deep clean! They pulled dirt out from places that I had no idea even existed! My oven and windows and walls and cabinets and fridge and bathrooms and EVERYTHING are shining. I'll tell you what... from now on, if someone wants to give me a gift, they can skip the massage and the facial. Get me Living Verde and I will be one seriously happy person! Thank you, everyone! I am a true fan! read more

Cleaning crew left a little bit ago....I didn't expect a crazy thorough deep clean but for $170 I expected regular stuff to be pretty clean. Don't get me wrong, the house is clean and smells good so not all bad or anything. We'll probably shop around for a different service next time & see what else is out there. A few normal cleaning spots weren't touched or half-assed ‍ Crumbs on the kitchen counter is kind of a dead giveaway the countertops weren't thoroughly clean which is the most basic cleaning service in the house. read more

Maria and team, Thank you for your service. You and the (2) ladies that came over did such a great job. Between asking us if there is anything special, doing that request, and the fantastic job you did.. we appreciate you so much. We were working from home that day, and you made it easy. You followed Covid protocol with masks at all times also which is impressive. You created a new standard for the industry for me. And you are affordable. Thanks again for being very professional, punctual, and thoughtful. I will be using you 100% in the future. read more

They declined to clean for me after coming twice. The first time they broke a picture frame and a vintage knickknack doll. Then the lady misplaced by blender blade. The next day I notice the knob of my oven was loose and falling off. I had to search for another one. I went to the store where I purchased the stove I made phone calls I searched the internet until I found a reasonable priced knob. I could have gotten the $105.00 knob and be done. But I thought that was way too much. I was very gracious to this company. When I asked when they could come back, He had the nerve to tell me " that I should look for another company that would fit me" Oh my goodness what type of business are they doing. Beware of your things! They may get broke or missing or left broken with no notice. How sad. read more

Used their service for a while. Typically 1 English speaker who did the translating and a couple ladies who only spoke Spanish. It was okay for the most part except cleaning crew would continuously change and we had to tell to keep telling them how to clean certain items and which products to use on which surfaces And after each cleaning, we'd typically find a few items they neglected e.g. sink not cleaned, floors not mopped, trash dumped in recycle bin, etc. Again, not perfect, but okay. A couple visits ago, the usual lead guy/English speaker, Marcial, was replaced by a younger cleaner. After the first visit with the new crew, we found several areas that were missed. Then the second time they came, the first thing the lead cleaner did after he came in was to ask if he could use the bathroom. I said sure thinking he had to urinate, but he proceeded to take a massive dump, clog up the toilet, and then I could hear him trying to unclog it. Afterwards he laughed it up with rest of the crew. I realize emergencies do arise, but I'm not paying you to come to my house to use the bathroom. They parked in my driveway and waited about 10 minutes before they rang the doorbell so he had plenty of time to take care of it beforehand. And there are 3 Starbucks within about a mile of my house. I called the company and and let them know what happened, but was put off by their cavalier attitude. I asked them to have the crew wrap up what they were doing, clean the bathroom that was used, and leave. These pics show how they left the house. read more

They are a great cleaning service. Highly recommend them and the crew does a wonderful job, dusting, vacuum, and my floors.

They have been excellent to work with. We have them come monthly (although the pandemic threw things off a bit), and it is so nice! They do a very nice job. They worked with our budget, and we come home to a house that looks, feels and smells clean. They are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling has been easy, even when I need to move a scheduled cleaning. I look forward to future cleanings and definitely recommend their services. read more

Had a deep cleaning service from Living Verde, and I am very happy with their work. They cleaned every bit of my house in about 3 hours, and I'm so happy! It's been a year of trying to keep things in order, but nothing beats having someone who knows how to get things done come in and do their magic. read more

My kitchen cabinets and ceiling needed to be clean. It was easy to setup the appointment. Three people came and finished in an hour and half. There were some details I wished to be done but it was worthy overall. read more

I hired Living Verde to do a move out cleaning on a condo I was renting. Maria was quick to respond and book a date. When we had some delays in emptying the condo she was quick to handle the problem and do a little rescheduling. Very professional with great communication skills made it an easy process. And the place looked fantastic when they were done. It was so clean it would make Felix Unger look like a slacker! Thanks Maria! read more

I am moving to a new house that had not been cleaned. Ivan and his team cleaned it top to bottom leaving it syperclean; they even cleaned the walls! I wish i had taken begore and after pictures. I also loved this team's attitude and dedication. They followed up to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and the pricing is reasonable. I am planning to use their services monthly for cleaning maintenance. read more

Yay! I finally found my cleaning service! I've had two other experiences with services for cleaning my home and was so disappointed with the work. Not Living Verde! They left my house immaculate and smelling so fresh and clean. Communication was easy, Ivan and the two other ladies were nice and trustworthy, and their work was A-mazing. So much so that this was supposed to be a once in a while thing, but have decided to continue the service biweekly. Nothing like coming home to a nice clean house!! Thank you Ivan! read more

I called these guys last minute. They came within the hour. I had just moved into my condo the night before so everything was a mess! I had work all day and needed it done ASAP. I was so relieved when they showed up with everything they needed for cleaning the condo. All I had to do was stay out of their way. They were really fast and even cleaned my walls!!!... I mean I didn't even think of that! My new home is now spotless and I couldn't thank this business enough for accommodating me so last minute and working so hard and fast to get in done! Highly recommend, I will definetly be calling them again in the future. read more

Super professional and efficient. I used to use the Handy app, which has horrible service and is full of hidden fees. I decided to find a real cleaning service, and came across Living Verde. I picked them because they had the highest star rating on Yelp, I can see why, they showed up with 2 cleaners and were done in under 2hrs. They went above and beyond, my shower hasn't been this clean since I moved in, they got the stain out from under my sink?(no idea how), they even put my clean dishes away and washed the dirty ones. All for just $140. Above and beyond the best cleaning service I have ever used. Highly recommend. read more

This company is by far the BEST!!! I've gone through COUNTLESS cleaning companies in the past year, all of them unprofessional, unorganized, rude, or just plain ignorant. Living Verde went out of their way to make sure I was 1000% satifised, moved around other appointments for me and my family, waited out front like I asked, they were so friendly, polite, organized, & just plain AMAZING!!! I fully recommend them to everyone in the valley 10 stars !!! Thank you!!!! read more

This company is amazing. We have been using them for almost a year now and they never disappoint. They are always on time, reasonably priced and are very fast and efficient while also being thorough. My very social 3 1/2-year-old loves them. They are so friendly and if we happen to be home during their visit they will always make the time to humor her and engage is conversation. To her delight they always carefully and creatively, arrange her stuffed animals on her bed and will leave one or two roses for her made out of bathroom tissue. It's hilarious that she is as excited as we are in for cleaning day. Seriously though, if you're looking for a reliable and consistently excellent cleaning service that you can trust in your home, book this company! read more

I called this company on the 4th of July in a major pinch. They were scheduled full but said they would call me if anyone cancelled. Within an hour they responded back and I had an appointment for the next morning! The communication was effortless! Two men showed up and gave a VERY deep clean to the old home I am moving into. The bathroom, kitchen, blinds were in ROUGH shape and I can now say they're truly SPARKLING CLEAN!!! These guys worked so hard the entire day for a very reasonable price. We tipped them extra because they truly tried so hard. I'm now so excited to move into my home. Thank you so much!! Will call you guys again!! read more

Did a great job cleaning vacant house on short notice and tight schedule. THANK YOU!

3 cleaners showed up and did an amazing job. House came out squeaky clean. Showed up right on time and did it fast and for a good price.

One word....EXCELLENT! Maria and her crew are absolutely amazing! Our home is brand new again every other week when it is serviced. Maria is professional, friendly, thorough, committed, caring, appreciative and knows how to keep customers happy! This company is so great that I expect to be their customer indefinitely....as long as they don't throw me a curveball! Lol. I have had a few previous companies in the past, provide cleaning service for me and they do not come close to the quality that Living Verde offers! I really have zero negative things to say about these guys! I would highly recommend them! read more

Like several other reviewers I called Ivan with a very short timeframe. He got back to me very quickly and was able to send a team out to the house the next day for a deep clean. Without embarrassing myself too much, let's just say that I work full time outside the SCV, have three boys, a dog and a cat and I'd much rather hang out with the family and/or knit than clean and my house reflects that. With my mother in law coming for a visit, I needed help. The team did amazing work and were courteous and professional. I also found the price very reasonable. I am so glad that I called them, cannot believe that I waited so long! I highly recommend their service and will definitely be calling them again. read more

I'm a newly single dad and between working and kids on the weekends the last thing I want to do is worry about cleaning the house. I called them on short notice and they made me feel like I was the priority. I don't like chemical smells and their "green solution" does the job! Very impressed of this mom and pop shop. read more

I called Ivan, and we agreed upon a mutually convenient appointment. Maria and a crew of three other ladies (two of whom were new) showed up exactly on time. They were very friendly, and Maria explained exactly what they would do during the three-hour "move-out" cleanup. The window sills were clean, everything was dusted beautifully, carpets vacuumed, and, to my wife's delight, the oven was cleaned very well. The shower stall never looked so clean! Outside windows on the sliders were even cleaned. They left the house with a wonderful lemony smell. And, the price was very reasonable! We recommend Living Verde to everyone. read more
