Rosa and her team provided me and my family with a fantastic cleaning service. I contacted Rosa a few weeks to schedule a cleaning, I had to reschedule due to a conflict, and Rosa was flexible and moved the cleaning date. On the date of the scheduled cleaning, Rosa's team arrived first and got quickly to work. They brought their own cleaning supplies and tools needed. When Rosa arrived her and I walked through my condo to discuss needs and expectations. The condo was in need of a deep cleaning, however, Rosa and her team went beyond my family's expectations- inside the oven, and the refrigerator were the wow factors. So much so our teenager was impressed. lol. Rosa and her team were thorough, efficient, and well worth the cost of services. Also, for a three bedroom condo, it took them close to 3 hours to complete the cleaning. We are definitely planning on scheduling a future service with Rosa and her team. read more

Wow! Beyond what we expected, Rosa and her team made our bathrooms sparkle in ways we never knew was possible. This is the best they've looked ever since we've lived at this house. We highly recommend! Great with communication, reasonable price, and a team who isn't afraid to put the work in! Thanks again! read more

My husband and I were in the middle of moving and realized our new place hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, so I sought out a move-in cleaning focused solely on the kitchen/appliances, and two bathrooms, so we could focus on packing/unpacking. The pros: Maids At Your Service was incredibly responsive to my request, and was available the very next day. They were kind and efficient, and I felt much better after they'd done their work. The cons: Simply put, areas were missed. There was grime still left in the fridge doors, and in one of the medicine cabinets in the bathroom. It's just incredibly discouraging to find mess remaining in areas that we requested they focus on, especially when the scope of work didn't include any other rooms. We paid $225 for these three total areas. We'd been quoted $200 prior to the work being done. Although I appreciate how responsive and efficient they were, I'm afraid I don't feel our experience was worth the value in this case. read more

Rosa and team were thorough and did amazing job! Rosa was clear in all her communication and this job went like clockwork. Highly recommend Maids at Your Service for all your cleaning needs. Price was excellent as well. read more

Forgot to write a review for Rosa back in October, when she did a move out clean for us. We had a 2 br, 2 ba 2 story townhome, ready for move out, and needed a little extra love. Not only did her & her crew go above and beyond windows inside & out (and we have big balcony windows), cleaned appliances, inside the appliances, floors, walls, everything was SPOTLESS! And she even offered to empty out areas for us! (bathroom cabinet, inside fridge, and garage)! When we returned, the place looked brand new, as if no one had lived there before. Just wow. We were in absolute awe with the amazing job they did. And affordable pricing, too! Quick, very detailed cleaning, and so friendly & professional. I'd hire her again anytime we ever need anything clean again. read more

Our housekeeper of 10 years retired recently and I found myself struggling to keep up. There were a lot of areas she had neglected over the years. I contacted Rosa last minute for a deep cleaning before Christmas and she happily accommodated. She quoted a reasonable rate and showed up at the agreed upon date and time with a team of 4 ladies who immediately got to work! I can't remember the last time my house was this sparkling clean all at once. I've already set up maintenance cleaning every other week. I have no complaints about any of the work they did. Spectacular job and service! read more

Just an update to say we have now used Rosa's service a few times and are always so happy with how quick and thorough the team is. I especially appreciate the attention they give to detail and how they go above and beyond whatever my basic requests are. Can't recommend them enough and we will only use them going forward. read more

Rosa and her team did a fantastic deep clean of my apartment! I was surprised when she arrived with a crew of 3 and they all did a great job with their respective areas. She gave me a time estimate that was within 15 mins of actual time and was based on a flat rate. They cleaned areas I wasn't expecting them to do and did a good job of putting things back in relatively the same place they found them if they needed to be moved to clean. I would definitely recommend Rosa and use her again! read more

We had Rossa and her team clean our home today. They were "all" obviously experienced, very focused and professional ; Wow how refreshing and rare !!! We have used various houses cleaning services regularly for over twenty years, but, I have never experienced this level of detail and truly deep cleaning. Rossa and her team are by far the best of the best that I have observed in this industry. They also were very considerate about my sensitivities to certain cleaning agents, and only used what I requested and was comfortable with. (This is not what I typically have experienced from other cleaning services, who usually ignore such request) More over they were careful and did not damage or break anything; which our previous service did routinely. I would therefore enthusiastically, and most highly recommend, without any reservation. Rossa and her awesome team; I only wish I could give six stars ! read more

I put in a request through yelp for Rosa during the holiday season She was responsive and answered my request right away. After talking with me about my needs, she gave me an estimate for what an initial cleaning would cost. She brought an entire cleaning team with her the first time to give my home a deep clean. My home has never been so clean. They took care of every dusty shutter in my home and got my bathrooms sparkling. The entire team was friendly, respectful, and detail-oriented. The first cleaning was in budget and well worth it. We then talked about a cleaning cadence for follow ups. I've since had them come out on a biweekly basis. I'm thrilled with how clean my home is, and how wonderful her team is. I highly recommend Rosa and Maids at Your Service. Thank you Rosa and your team for cleaning my home with such care! read more

I've been using this crew since 2017. It was not bad at the beginning, easy to schedule, show up on time. But it went downhill after Christmas last year. I use them twice a month. One week prior to the show up, Rosa will ask me if a certain day was ok. But she would never give me what time until the day before they supposed to show up. And usually it would be around 6 or 7 pm. She would ask me if a certain time was ok. I don't have any choice! If not, she would simply tell me too bad, they weren't available any other time but that one hour. If I'm not ok, wait till next week then. Really?! I booked the day a week ago but got zero choice of what time? She's not sorry, not even give any choices, like " you don't like it, then find someone else" type of attitude. What I want to say is, you are a service company after all, if you are not providing good services, you will loose all your customers eventually! I'm not even picky about the cleaning itself, just the basic things: keep my schedule, show up on time! read more

Rosa and her staff did a deep cleaning of our home as we were moving out to sell. They did an excellent job cleaning up our home. Rosa was professional and easy to communicate. Rosa, the manager/owner, was very professional and prompt in her approach to cleaning two of our bathrooms that desperately needed deep cleaning. Pricing was fair, it turned out to be a three hour job for one person, she stuck to the originally quoted price. Her helper did an outstanding job on removing hard water stains from the glass shower doors and heavy residue and build up in the showers, especially the toilets. I will definitely be using her services in the future and will probably expand to include the kitchen, shutters, and whatever else is dirty. Great work ladies, I would recommend you to family and friends for sure. read more

Had my house cleaned for the first time by a cleaning crew and it came out beautiful. Very happy I have a new house read more

Wow wow wow! Let me start by saying that we have used the same girl for 14 years. While she wasn't phenomenal she was OK and because she had been with us for so many years we kind of kept having her back because at this point she become a friend in addition to her being our cleaning women. However because of a particular situation I was forced to have to find somebody to fill-in until she could start up again. Well what I thought would only be a one time cleaning has led me and my husband to have been so wowed by Rosa and her crew, that I just had to let our girl go. I was a little leery since we've only used our one girl, to have a crew of three working on my house. But after the first few minutes where I could see how attentive and diligent each were to the areas that they were cleaning I soon relaxed. Rosa and her crew will always come to you on the same day but she will call you the night before to let you know what time of day she will be coming. But let me tell you our house is sparkling more than it has ever sparkled before. She and her girls are professional and so thorough where they were cleaning things not only that had never been touched by our girl in all the years, they were doing things that I wouldn't even think would be looked at to be cleaned. Our white counters in our bathrooms are sparkling. Our stains under the rim of the toilets that had been there for years made only slightly lighter by our girl we had been using were magically gone. Rosa and her girls are polite and they also work until they get everything done. They are so thorough that they even found a remote control to one of our TV sets that we have lost over a year ago. Why were they able to find it...? Because they adhere to such details. They actually were pushing our heavy couch away from the window so that they could sweep and wash the floor behind it. They even cleaned the windows! We have a large dog and none of them had a problem with her even when she jumped up on one of the beds when they were making it LOL. While they charge more than what we have been paying our other girl, it is worth every penny. I have already booked them for the next time since we will be having them as we did with our previous girl every other week. Rosa speaks both English and Spanish where her two girls speak primarily only Spanish. If I had to find anything wrong with the experience yesterday the only thing would be is that for some reason they took our dog's leash which was hanging on the front door knob where it's been for the past 15 years, and when my husband went to walk the dog at 5:30 this morning the leash was no longer there and after us scouring the whole downstairs he found that they had put it in her pile of toys. But after that happened I texted Rosa letting her know that from now on to make sure they don't remove the leash as it is always supposed to be on the door knob so it can be easily found... I don't think there will be any other problems. It is such a great feeling yesterday and today to be walking through our house knowing that it is really really clean! I seriously cannot remember the last time that our counter tops sparkled. You can just feel how clean the house is. While it saddens me that I had to let our girl of 14 years go, I am so looking forward to having Rosa and her crew be part of our lives so that we know when they leave, we will be left with a clean feeling and a clean smelling home. If you are looking for a new person to clean your home, or you need somebody just to fill-in, don't be intimidated by the fact that it is three people. I was at first I admit. But we are so happy that we gave Maids At Your Service a chance! read more

We had Rosa and her girls in our house for the first time on Monday. They estimated three hours for a deep cleaning, but worked four hours at no additional charge! I am so happy with the spectacular job they did! Rosa came in with them, took them room to room and told them what to do in each room. The girls did everything! All our windows inside, the blinds, window sills, and the glass sliding doors to the yard were washed inside and outside! they even scrubbed the sliding door tracks. All mirrors were cleaned including our huge closet mirrors! They also scrubbed baseboards and celling fans! All this work was done along the regular vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms and mopping. Rosa returned during the finish and pointed out things she felt weren't done well and grabbed a rag and cleaner and jumped in! This house is perfectly clean now and smells wonderful. In the past, we used Molly Maids until I felt they were just not cleaning things very well and let them go. After Rosa's Maids At Your Service has cleaned our house, I now know just how bad Molly Maids is! I am looking forward to having Rosa and her team clean our house on a constant basis! read more

My boyfriend and I just recently moved to another house. As we were almost done moving all of our stuff, we considered hiring a house cleaning service to finish things up. Thankfully, I found Rosa's cleaning service via yelp. When she had arrived with her crew, they started right away while I walked through the house with Rosa, giving her specifics of what we had wanted to get done. She and her girls worked tirelessly and at a rapid pace. The house appeared to be spotless as it was when my boyfriend had moved in 5 years prior. The only reason I give her 4 stars is because she didn't inform me that her service accepted cash only and she arrived with her cleaning crew 10 minutes after the time she said she would arrive at the latest. Other than that, we were very pleased with their service! read more

We first met Rosa after purchasing our home, which really needed a thorough cleaning before we could move in, and our move in date was only 4 days from when we contacted her. She agreed to clean it top to bottom and arrived promptly with her crew of 4 people the day after we first spoke and they cleaned the entire two-story, 2.568 sq ft in a little over 5 hours. I realize they had 4 people working during that time, but it was amazing what a difference it made in the cleanliness of everything, e.g. hardwood floors, slate floors, cupboards, windows & sills, plantation shutters, ceiling fans, kitchen, bathrooms (3), toilets, sinks, closets, stairs ... They virtually transformed what was a very dirty and neglected house into a home that sparkled! Obviously, we were very pleased and have since hired Maids at your service to clean our house on a monthly basis for what we think is a fair and reasonable fee. Am happy to recommend them to anyone living in the Santa Clarita area. read more

Rosa and her wonderful team came in and made my home sparkle. They dusted and vacuumed everything and not just around things. They moved furniture and such, cleaned and put things back. Rosa had clear communication with me until there was a mix up about there being a first time charge of 175 instead of 150 we talked about it and she agreed to stick to 150. There were two women that came and it's took 2 and a half hours. Very reasonable for a 4 bd. 2 and a half bath. Technically she didn't touch 2 of the rooms per request. It just felt and looked so much cleaner and was great for it to get done somewhat short notice. read more
