I contacted this business via Yelp by sending this exact message "I need stove, microwave, kitchen floor and windows get cleaned. A quick floor cleaning can be added too although they are not dirty. It is a 3 bedroom condo in Santa Clarita. Please let me know what your price and availability is." The owner Reachelle replied and said "it would be $150.00" and I agreed. On the cleaning day, instead of 9 am, they (Reachelle and a young man) arrived 9:30 am, which is fine. And started working at 10 am. It took 2.5 hours Reachelle to clean the stove and microwave. She was constantly on her cell phone. She then started cleaning the copper kitchen sink but I told her it was already cleaned by my handyman with a special chemical for coppers. She said it is clean because she cleaned it. The young man was upstairs cleaning the windows and the bathtub. When he finished, the glass shower door was still not clean, it had white residue. They said because the stains are too old and cannot be cleaned anymore. Reachelle started cleaning the windows on the first floor. Oh my God. She was so slow... When I pointed out her some of the spots, she said they are from the outside and they can only clean the inside. Even the windows on the ground level?? So at 3 pm, they finally finished. She said they did a full cleaning and asked for $100 more. Adding 2 bathroom is for $100?? Well, if this was a full house cleaning, I asked her to clean the powder room and him to clean the spider webs in the garage as well. Oh my God! This guy was so sloppy and slow. I could not help myself taking the long brush and showed him how to do. He watched me but continued missing so many spots. I then asked him if he can clean the patio because so there were many leaves on the ground. He said yes. After he left, I saw that he just swept them from concrete to soil! After I paid them total of $250, look at these pictures. I cannot recommend them to anybody. Also, I sent 3 messages to Reachelle and asked an invoice for tax purpose, she never acknowledge my messages. Let's see if she will reply to this one. read more

Outside of windows were not included as in advertisement. Called to have someone return - didn't happen. Paid a "special price" more than current special price. Potential customers beware! I have detailed my experience below (it's lengthy... tl;dr...?) The gist of the message is -- I did not find them to be reliable, and the work was not so good. I was excited to have a regular housekeeper when I hired Busy Bee. Unfortunately, things haven't panned out. I have had issues with their timeliness, communication, and quality of service. Before I elaborate, I will say they are super friendly and nice. And that's where the positive part of this review begins and ends. Busy Bee has cleaned my house twice. The first time they came, it was one cleaner. I was given an estimate over the phone of $320 (because it is a two story -- sight unseen. I thought that was odd but I really needed some help. I have a serious illness and two special needs kids). She was here for four hours, but my house was in better order when she left. I asked to schedule the next cleaning at the end of that session but was told to call back to set that up at a later time. The next session was supposed to be a week ago Monday. I called and left a voicemail when no one showed up after about 20 minutes. After nearly an hour I sent a message over FB. I tried again 2 more times by phone (no voicemail). 3 hours past the scheduled time I got a phone call from the owner saying she had an overnight job and slept past the appointment and could we reschedule. I agreed. I understand things happen. We agreed upon Friday at 8:30. That time came and went and no one showed. 3.5 hours past our scheduled time I called and left a voicemail. I got a call back minutes later from the owner saying there was an emergency clean up job out of town and that they would come over shortly. I wondered to myself at the time why she didn't call me to let me know she would be late. The same cleaner came as had previously cleaned my home. During the course of the job, her vacuum stopped working. She called the owner to bring her another vacuum and that vac wasn't functioning. So she finished the rest of the job and said the owner would call to come back Saturday and finish the job. I did not hear from her on Saturday. This past Wednesday I messaged her via FB to find out when she would be coming back to finish the job. I also messaged her to let her know that I had discovered that the tub and toilet in my kids' bathroom had not been cleaned, nor had my oven. I stated that I wanted to give her an opportunity to correct the issue, and requested her response. Facebook showed that someone had viewed the messages (which were all respectful and not inflammatory) but as of yet, I have received no response, written or otherwise. read more

We were selling a house so we thought we would hire your team to do a touch-up to make the place look fantastic-- the place was pretty clean before they entered...clean enough for the realtor to take photos. In retrospect, I would not hire them. They charged $320. When I was back in the house in Feb for the final pack to clear the house, I noticed things like dirt in the sliding door, dirt behind a bed...they said that they cleaned the 'striping' and that is why it was so expensive. I used busy bee awhile back for my kitchen floor. They did a great job I recommend them for your cleaning needs. They are a little pricy but you get what you pay for or you can hire someone who is not going to do a great job. I will have to call them again for some serious cleaning. Unfortunately there polite friendly attitudes can't cover up the spots they missed. My wife was down on the ground cleaning and using the vacuum to get spider webs in the corners. We are moving in the house it's empty. They made comments about how clean the house was? WTF we hired a company to clean don't come in saying the house is clean. I had to ask them to clean window sills and base boards and still all the base boards and sills weren't clean. Unfortunately we will not be calling them back for monthly service. I set up a deep cleaning about a week and half ago to have my home cleaned before my sons second birthday party. Our apt was for today June 10, 2017 at 9am. At 9:30 I called and left a voice mail to see when they would be coming. I have called since then several times with no answer and sent a FB message. To say the least I am very disappointed. I altered my work schedule around to be at my home to let them in and to ensure my dogs were properly secured. I was going to pay $220 for the service, which is very high. But based on the good reviews I read I figured it was worth it. To not even receive a call canceling the apt or an apology on a schedule mix up is just bad customer service. I never plan on using this company again. My time was wasted this morning. This has to be one of the worst cleaning companies I have ever dealt with. I initially contacted this company to do a regular cleaning after the Christmas holiday. I sent a message requesting a quote, and was contacted immediately by the owner. I explained to her what I was looking for, and even sent her pictures of my home so I can get an accurate quote. I was quoted $200 for a deep cleaning which consisted of baseboards, cabinets blinds, walls etc. The day of the cleaning three women showed up, the owner and two younger girls. I would assume under the age of 23. They walk threw my home I explained to them what I would need done, the owner left the two young girls in my home and advise them to call them when she was done. When the job was finished none of my beds were made, none of the walls were cleaned , None of the base boards were cleaned. I asked the girls why didn't you guys make any of the beds and one girl replied to me she was not advised too. I have had my house cleaned many times at least once every three months and I have never not had my bed made. The girls apologized, And offered to make the beds which I told them it's OK I would do it myself I just need to know the updated cost of the service since none of the things that I was quoted we're done. Once the owner arrived to pick the girls up one of the ladies walk to the car to explain to the owner what had happened with the cleaning. According to the girl the owner did acknowledge she did not advise them to do a deep cleaning it was her fault for the oversight. She then proceeds to tell me that the owner says the cost would be $175. What???!!!!! You're telling me you did none of what you quoted and are still charging me $175 $ I told her absolutely not Im going to give her $150 which is still over payment and I will never do business with them again. The owner never got out of the car to approach me she has never called to offer her apologies. Run away from this place it is terrible. read more

A year ago I met the owner Raechelle and her husband David after seeing a post that they were hiring. Raechelle from the moment I stepped into the interview made me feel welcomed. I had very little experience cleaning houses I mostly cleaned RVs in the past however they were willing to test me out. The couple houses I helped them with I was amazed with. The girls were so fast but did a perfect cleaning job. I remember by the time I would finish the bathroom at one house the other girl had the kitchen and living room done and was starting the master bedroom. And it looked better then the bathroom she pointed out some things I even missed and kindly helped and gave me tips to be more efficient. Even when the cleaning houses didn't pan out because well I was slow like a sloth they did everything they could to help me because I hadn't had a job in quiet some time and have a son to feed. They tried coming up with a new position at the company for me even. Eventually they even got me a job somewhere else.
