When I say quickly, I mean it. Over the past 6 months, they've managed to "lose" our keys, shatter an entire glass desk (and somehow deny they did it), and come up with blatant lies. We've written documents detailing exactly what needs to be done, taken them on walk throughs, and given them, in my opinion, far more chances to do better than they ever deserved. When asked how long the service takes during after-hours, QCS responded with a grueling 3-4 hours per visit, twice a week. Any standard security system can track when someone punches in and out of the building, and when checked, they were here for an average of 45 minutes to one hour. How does anyone think that would go unnoticed. This company lacks professionalism, common sense, and courtesy. I'm extremely disappointed with this company, and I would never recommend their "cleaning" services to anyone. By the way, they recently quit because "you can probably not afford our increase, so we're done". That's nice of them.
