DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you want respect for your time. SHOULD'VE LISTENED TO THE NO SHOW REVIEWS. I hired Tony to clean a studio unit for me. I was reluctant to send the entire price for the cleaning before hand because usually you just a deposit and I saw some reviews about him not showing up, but Tony assured me that they have more good reviews on Google and that I could trust him. When it came to the day that the cleaning was scheduled, they did not show up and I got no call or text until 11:30am!! When the cleaning was scheduled for 9:00am, so yes I was freaking out for 2 and a half hours thinking I got scammed, not a great feeling especially when I was reluctant to trust them in the first place, wow. When he finally did contact me it was some excuse about how his employees "don't want to work" and that he couldn't contact me because he "has another job". He then told me he wasn't able to clean it until a few days later when I already needed it done urgently. Could've saved time and stress hiring another company. Doesn't matter how well they clean, Tony clearly does not take this business seriously and should just focus on said "other job". I hope you get taken off of yelp, unreliable people do not deserve to run businesses. read more

I contacted this company for service. I was provided available dates. They came out as scheduled. Toma went over the scope of work and payment. They (3 in team) went to work promptly. We were mostly interested in the 'nooks and crannies' cleaning, as we are putting our home on market. Toma took lots of time in the kitchen, and I felt like it was almost a 'makeover', because of the detailed cleaning. We have 3 bathrooms, and they were cleaned immaculately, where I didn't want anyone using them. Stairwell, dusting up in high areas, window sills, appliances, were part of what they did. They are very professional, and pleasant. They were very efficient, not lagging around, but focused on where to move on to next. I felt at ease, not having to watch what they were doing. I found this cleaning service trying to help my aunt who was in a difficult moving/life situation. When I reached out to them they promptly replied with a quote and were quick to understand the strange situation that we were in. While I wasn't there for cleaning day, my aunt relayed to me that they did an amazing job and we're an absolute delight during the entire cleaning process! She needed 2000 sq ft of hard wood floor cleaned as well as two 12ft x 14ft rugs in delicate condition and they did just that at a more than reasonable price.
