I know we're all humans making money and times are hard now, so I don't want to be rude but I'm just upset. Customer service was, just okay. The girls didn't speak English so it's hard to communicate. The owner David kind of ignored my text messages for scheduling but the second I went on Yelp to book, he booked me for the next day when I had been texting for weeks trying to have them come. For $600 I expected a complete job. Grout around the edges and under toekicks in kitchen and bathrooms was still dirty. I brought my own soap and a brush and it is cleaning up. He keeps telling me we inspected it. Well, I made the mistake of only inspecting the hall and believing the owner when he said nothing else would come clean. Wow just saw his response and he just keeps on lying! He had no problem waiting until we got back to be paid and never made racist comments. My husband also did not say we should pay half. Owner just scams! Horrible experience quoted me with one price and said he stays true to his price just to find out he wanted to charge me more! The old "bait n switch". Discussed over the phone how many rooms I needed cleaning and was given a price. I confirmed the price snd the number of rooms several times during the conversation. However after the person arrived I was told the home was much larger than I said over the phone (really?!) so the price went up by $80!!!! I was in a bind because we had to have the carpets cleaned and out of the house by the next day otherwise I would have thanked him for his time and showed him the door. So I agreed to the extra. Then when I returned the house smelled musty, like old water, not like freshly shampooed carpeting, but there was nothing to do about that at that time either since this was our last day in the home. So just beware, be sure whoever you talk to CLEARLY understands the size of the home you want cleaned (providing square footage might also be good) and maybe even record your call just in case. read more

I felt compelled to write a review to explain how amazing they provided for what I needed. Last Friday (May 28, 2021), i was having a huge nervous breakdown because I was getting overwhelmed with having to deep clean, move furniture out, put stuff in my car, etc. I had a deadline to move out by May 31 so i was soooo stressed to think and plan about cleaning as well as to move the furniture out. I messaged them late at night and I was able to get a reply from them within 10 minutes and mind you it was at 11pm lol. The following morning, he (David) was willing to work with me to find a cleaner to clean the same day (May 29, 2021). Somehow he found a cleaner to show up at 10-11am and she came by to clean . I was so happy because it meant I could solely focus on moving the unneeded furniture out and put the rest of the stuff in my cars. She cleaned really good, respectful and so friendly. I loved her! If I could give no stars I would! The Cleaning service is horrible. We just bought a house. There was no furniture in the house, the house was empty. The only appliance in the house was a stove. We had just paint the walls. We needed the carpet cleaned. Upon searching online we came across this cleaning service they offer carpet cleaning and home "deep cleaning." We called to have them come clean the house and the carpet. They arrived late, they did text me to let me know. I trusted them to clean my new home without me there (BIG MISTAKE). I asked how long it would be they claimed 4 hours. Hubby was off of work and we came back home to see if they were done.... nope they were "cleaning." We waited outside, I had to work so my husband stayed around to wait. They started at 9:30am did not finish till around 5pm. What were they doing for that long, only God knows. We started moving into the home 3 days after they cleaned. The carpet was still really wet. We did not mind we thought it was normal till friends and family stated it was not suctioned properly. The cabinets were filthy! I mean dirty! I had to spend 3 hours cleaning my cabinets when I paid this cleaning service to do it for me. I was extremely upset. I was not able to unpack or get stuff done because not only were my kitchen cabinets dirty but so were my bathroom cabinets. My stove was not cleaned either. I messaged IGIT to let me know how upset I was. I also sent pictures of how they had left my cabinets and how my cabinets should have looked once I was done cleaning. IGIT responds with a thumbs up. Wow! I was even more furious. I asked for a refund, I don't know if I was more upset that I paid them to do a deep cleaning or that I was taking time cleaning my cabinets instead of unpacking. There was miscommunication in our text messages. I understood them saying they would come back to clean the porch and something else for my unhappiness. But no they claimed to have cleaned my porch and my garage for free. Which they did not. They took off a little bird nest from porch and they did not even clean off the poop. They literally just removed the small bird nest, nothing more. Everything was the same in the porch. They also blow out the leaves in my garage which they claimed that's cleaning it. They just blew them out did not bother picking up the leaves just blow them out to our front yard. We did not ask them to do that If I would have known that my cabinets and my house wound still be dirty I would have taken off that bird nest and sweeper the leaves out myself! IGIT started threatening claiming I was being self fish and they were going to post the text messages showing how I was trying to get free service LOL. Get free service?? Really... My house was not cleaned! I don't think they understood my frustration on having to Re-clean my house when I was MOVING IN!! I had unpacking to do, organizing and so much more! IGIT offered to send someone back to clean but what good was that going to do. I was already cleaning and practically done. Plus they said they wouldn't send someone that day to re-clean. I would NOT recommend them! Look elsewhere and don't be fooled by the reviews. read more

Long story but I'll keep it as short as possible. About a month ago my dog had an accident in the house and we tried our best to clean it up.
